194例寻常型银屑病患者,经用激光血管内照射,功率3.5 ̄5mW,每日照射1次,每次1h,10次一疗程,同时伴有Vit C2g iv q.d及鼻吸氧。二疗程间d。经5 ̄40次治疗。近期疗效:痊愈23例(11.9%),显效61例(31.4%),好转110例(56.7),总有效率100%,复发10例(5%)。且有效加显效与照射次数有关,5次12.5%;10次31%;15次50%;20次73%;25次6  相似文献

对目前具有代表性的大穗小麦品系幼穗分化进行了2年系统观察,结果表明:大穗小麦幼穗分化速度快,比对照品种提高19.46%和22.82%;单棱分化时期短,比对照品种少42.5d,降低40.96%;进入二棱期早且二棱期长,比对照品种早50~86d,增加25.7d;护颖分化期和小花原基分化期比对照品种增长5.5d和5.7d,雌雄蕊原基分化期和药隔分化期差异不大。其中,幼穗分化速度快是决定大穗小麦具有较多小穗数的主要原因。  相似文献

分析了培养基中的小牛血清、贝血清、水解乳蛋白等几种天然成分和合成培养基TC199对中国马氏珠母贝外套膜组织细胞在体外的生长情况和珍珠质分泌功能的影响,并确定了它们在组成培养基时的适宜含量,其中,贝组织提取物,鸡胚汁对细胞的生长和珍珠质的分泌具有十分重要的作用:5%的小牛血清和10%的贝血清共同使用对维持细胞形促进细胞生长有很好的作用,但单独使用则有一定的负作用。  相似文献

对江西三处嫩毛竹自然制浆过程中的化学成分变化进行了测定,得知在此过程中,嫩竹木素下降50% ̄70%,半纤维素下降20% ̄30%;纤维素含量相对提高25% ̄45%,不同的土法制浆工艺得到不同质量的纸张,其化学成分也有明显差异。同时在实验室模拟了嫩竹发酵过程,对其化学成分变化进行了监测。结果表明,经2.5%为液浸泡嫩竹70d(室温),木素含量下降45%左右,半纤维素变化很小;用天然水浸泡嫩竹70d(室  相似文献

杨柴锈病的重寄生菌,经鉴定为锈寄生菌,寄生在杨柴锈病苗的冬孢子堆和夏孢子堆上,在人工培养基上,锈寄生菌生长最适温度是15 ̄20℃,在室温下培养至11d,供试7种培养基有3各(葡萄糖、甘露醇、淀粉)产生分生孢子器,在20℃下,PDA培养基上,10d即可形成分生孢子器。12d可见溢出淡黄色白色孢子角,葡萄糖,甘露醇,淀粉,麦芽糖均为该菌适宜的碳源。相对湿度93% ̄100%孢子均能萌发,在水滴中萌发率最  相似文献

针对老年人椎-基底动脉缺血发病机理及临床表现特点,分析了年龄男60岁 ̄80岁老年人椎-基底动脉缺血82例,均起病急剧。头位改变时诱发发病率占85.40%,头痛、走路不稳占78.00%,突然眩晕不能站立并伴有恶心呕吐占5.50%,构音障碍占0.24%。均卧床何处并给予复方丹参及小剂量甘露醇静滴治疗,1d ̄3d症状减轻或全部消失。  相似文献

20%氧乐果-腐殖酸钠水剂对茄子红蜘蛛的防效试验表明,稀释500,750,1000倍液均有较好的防效,药后10d其防治效果为83.7% ̄97.3%,而用40%氧乐果乳油1000倍液喷施10d后其防治效果仅为67.5%,生产上使用20%氧乐果-腐殖酸钠水剂时,可稀释750 ̄1000倍液喷雾防治。  相似文献

Given the potential use of stable isotope in the paleoclimate reconstruction from lacustrine records as well as in the local hydrology cycle, it is crucial to understand the processes of stable isotope evolution in catchment in the Tibetan Plateau region. Here we present a detailed study on the water oxygen isotope based on 2 years observation including precipitation, river water and lake water in the Yamzho Lake, south of the Tibetan Plateau. Temporal variation of local precipitation 5180 shows an apparent "monsoon cycle". In monsoon season, 5180 in waters is lower. In non-monsoon season, δ^18O in precipitation and lake water is higher and higher river δ^18O exists in spring, probably reflecting the effect of land surface evaporation, together with the higher δ^18O values in spring precipitation. It is also found that the surface lake water δ^18O varies seasonally and annually. The lower lake water δ^18O in the late summer is apparently related to the summer monsoon precipitation. The mean δ^18O value of lake water in 2007 is 1.2‰ higher than that in 2004, probably due to the less monsoon precipitation in summer of 2007, as can be confirmed from the precipitation data at the Langkazi meteorological data. It is also found that an obvious shift of vertical lake water δ^18O reflects the fast mixture of lake water. δ^18O values of lake water are over 10‰ higher than those of precipitation and river water in this region due to the evaporation fractionation. The modeled results show that the evaporation process of the lake water is sensitive to relative humidity, and the present lake water δ^18O reflects a relative humidity of 51% in the Yamzho Lake. It shows that the lake will take 30.5 years to reach present lake water δ^18O given a large shift in the input water δ^18O. The modeled results also reveal that surface lake water temperature and inflow δ^18O have slight effect on the isotopic balance process of lake water in the Yamzho Lake.  相似文献

The most reactive hydroxyl radical (OH) was generated by electrochemical approach with safe water as the complete atom source. The direct evidence for OH formation was obtained by electron spin resonance method. The powerful OH electrochemically generated could effectively degrade organic pollutants and reduce the toxicity of wastewater. Electrochemical disinfection by OH was considerably efficient even without the aid of active chlorine. Bacteria inactivation of 99.99% was achieved for contact time of 30 min and current density of 5 mA·cm^-2, In comparison with active chlorine, OH is rather attractive as a promising environmentally benign disinfectant and opens a new route for microbial inactivation.  相似文献

A new method is proposed for the preconcentration of vanadium(V) with crosslinked chitosan (CCTS) and determination by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). The adsorption rate of vanadium(V) by CCTS was 97% at pH 4.0, and vanadium(V) was eluted from crosslinked chitosan with 2 mL 2.0 mol·L−1 chlorhydric acid and determined by GFAAS. The detection limit (3σ,n=7) for vanadium (V) was 4.8×10−12g and the relative standard deviation (R.S.D) at concentration level of 2.6 μg·L−1 is less than 3.6%. The method shows a good selectivity and high sensity, and it was applied to determination of vanadium(V) in oyster and water samples. The analytic recoveries are (97±5)%. 在广西国营高峰林场界牌分场选择立地条件、营林和管理措施、林分长势基本一致的5年生尾巨桉无性系3229(Eucalyptus3229)、厚荚相思(Acaciac rassicarpa)和马占相思(Acacia mangium)速生人工林,采集林下凋落物测定单位面积储量、持水量、持水率和持水速率,研究3种速生树种人工林下凋落物的持水性能。结果表明,厚荚相思凋落物的持水量和持水率最大,分别达18.40×103kg.hm-2和70%,尾巨桉3229的次之,分别为17.34×103kg.hm-2和50%,马占相思的最小,分别是13.49×103kg.hm-2和45%。厚荚相思和尾巨桉无性系3229的持水性能比马占相思的强。  相似文献

A group of constructed wetlands (CWs) were applied to the recirculating aquaculture system. This study assessed the performance of CWs in treating the aquaculture wastewater, examined the water quality condition of aquaculture ponds and the growth and the survival rate of "target" species (Ictalurus punctatus and Megalobrama amblycephala). The results showed that CWs were effective on reducing the concentrations of 5-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5, at 70.5%), total suspended solids (TSS, at 81.9%), chlorophyll a (Chl-a, at 91.9%), ammonium (NH4^+, at 61.5%) and nitrate nitrogen (NOa-N, at 68.0%). Effect of CWs on phosphate (PO43 -P) removal was relatively lower (at 20.0%). The concentrations of BODs, TSS, Chl-a, NH4^+ and TN, TP in the recirculating culture pond were significantly lower than that in the control pond( p〈0.05 ). CWs could help to increase total yield, survival rate of the "target" species and significantly decrease feed conversion ratio ( p〈0.05 ).  相似文献

A rapid and sensitive on-line preconcentration method for spectrophotometric determination of chromium (VI) in nature water is described. Preconcentration and determination are based on (i) the quantitative and fast adsorption of chromium (VI) on the high surface area nanometer-size TiO2 (anatase) powders, which prepared by a sol-gel method from hydrolysis of TiCl4 and (ii) the quantitative and reproducible elution of Cr (VI) by 2.0 mol·L−1 HCl. A mini-column system for preconcentration is developed, Cr(VI) on the mini-column is eluted and merged with a stream water and DPCB (1,5-diphenylcarbazide) as the chromogenic reagent. The proposed system permits throughputs of 6 sample h−1 (0.001 μg·mL−1 Cr(VI)) or 20 sample h−1 (0.1 μg·mL−1 Cr(VI)). The preconcentration factor is 55. The detection limit is 0.8 ng · mL−1 Cr(VI). The reproducibility is satisfactory with a relative standard deviation of less than 3.35% (0.01 μg·mL−1 Cr(VI),n=5). The slightly polluted wastewater from oil refinery contains some COD, oil pollutants and suspended solids (SS). A small-scale fixed film biological aerated filter (BAF) process was used to treat the wastewater. The influences of hydraulic retention time (HRT), air/water volume flow ratio and backwashing cycle on treatment efficiencies were investigated. The wastewater was treated by the BAF process under optimal conditions: the HRT of 1.0 h, the air/water volume flow ratio of about 5 : 1 and the backwashing cycle of every 4-7 days. The results showed that the average removal efficiency of COD, oil pollutants and SS was 84.5%, 94.0% and 83.4%, respectively. And the average effluent concentration of COD, oil pollutants and SS was 12.5, 0.27, 14.5 mg·L^-1, respectively. The experimental results demonstrated that the BAF process is a suitable and highly efficient method to treat the wastewater.  相似文献

The light emission produced by thiourea in oxidation process by permanganate in acidic solution in the presence of Ru(phen) 2 3 + is used to determine 1.0×10−5 −1.0×10−5 mol/L thiourea. The limit of detection is 9.8×10−9 mol/L and the relative standard deviation is 1.1% for a 1.0×10−5 mol/L thiourea solution (n=10). The method was applied satisfactorily to the determination of thiourea. Alpine meadow is the predominant ecosystem in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.The firm turf of alpine meadow formed by sub-surface anfractuous roots can be effective in conserving water and soil.Alpine meadow is a primary contributor to the Chinese Water Tower.For quantitative assess anti-erosion ability of alpine meadow,this paper selected three typical meadow slopes with>60% vegetation coverage to evaluate soil erosion rates using 137Cs.The results showed that(1)soil erosion intensity of typical alpine meadow was slight to light.Erosion rates were 464 t km–2 a–1 in Malong Village,415 t km–2 a–1 in Yeniugou Town and 875 t km–2 a–1 in Zhenqin Town respectively;(2)soil erosion rates were correlated negatively with vegetation coverage,and the relationship was clearer at the slope scale than plot scale;(3)the relationship between soil erosion and vegetation coverage showed that vegetation coverage was a predominant factor in retaining soil and water on slopes.With complete turf and high vegetation coverage, alpine meadow was of great significance for soil conservation and prevention of soil erosion.  相似文献
