The thesis analyzes cognitive mechanism of metaphor at first and finds that metaphor has strong cognitive power and that metaphor cognition has played a significant role in language development. Then the author thinks that language acquisition is also a kind of cognitive activity after discussing acquisition mechanism of English learners. Based on these discussions, the author talks about how to apply metaphor cognition theory to English teaching and learning, especially vocabulary and culture teaching.  相似文献

To keep up with the time, culture is integrated to large-scale construction project management in China, which will absolutely add more vitality into construction project management in our country. Engineering culture is an integration of project construction and engineering culture. However, engineering culture development enjoys its own particularity as a project is constructed once only within a limited period of time. This paper gives affirmative opinion that engineering culture development in large-scale projects backs project management on the basis of thorough investigation of engineering culture development in Sutong Bridge Project and after deepened analysis, proposes new thinking pattern of engineering culture development in large-scale projects in a systematic manner, including thorough understanding of the essence of engineering culture, principle and contents of engineering culture development as well as efficient method in respect of establishment and implementation of engineering culture, and therefore provides a standard reference and systematic thinking pattern for engineering culture development in future large-scale projects.  相似文献

Qinshan Phase Ⅲ (PHWR) Nuclear Power Plant, the first commercial heavy water reactor nuclear power plant in China, was the biggest trade project performed between the governments of China and Canada. As the owner, the Third Qinshan Nuclear Power Company (TQNPC) persisted in independent innovation management during the project construction, commissioning and selfdependent operation, efficiently realizing the three controls of the project, i.e. quality control, schedule control and investment control, and persisted in technical improvement on the basis of digestion and absorption of CANDU6 technology to improve the unit safety and reliability. The project construction practice has helped China’s nuclear power project management to becomeprogrammed, computerized, standardized and internationalized management from the existing basis. After completion of the project, with unit safe and steady operation as the prerequisite, TQNPC performed several technical modifications and innovations to continuously improve the unit performance. In the area of staff development, TQNPC paid much attention to cultivation of corporate culture, strengthed staff training and built up a good circulating mechanism with staff training and project construction promoting each other. Further to “Zero Breakthrough” and a new step forward of locolization successfully realized in Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant and Nuclear Power Qinshan Joint Venture Company, the improvement and developemnt of nuclear power project management level in Qinshan Phase Ⅲ (PHWR) Nuclear Power Plant provided reference for promotion of nuclear power development in China and standardized management of introducing large imported project.  相似文献

Since the man-machine interfaces (MMI) of a main control room provide the control platform of a nuclear power plant (NPP),the development of the design quality of MMIs plays a very important role in the operation of a NPP. With the development of digital technology, the development of the advanced main control rooms (AMCRs) has become an inexorable trend. Therefore, the positive and the negative effects of AMCRs on human factors engineering need to be evaluated. For this p~, a simulation system has been studied and developed to quantitatively evaluate a MMI design from the viewpoint of human factors. The simulation system takes advantage of computer simulation technology to simulate an operating process of an interaction between operators and a MMI design under an instruction of an operation procedure of the AMCR of a NPP. Meanwhile, the necessary data are recorded for evaluation. It integrates two editors and one simulator. In the paper, the simulation system is presented in detail. Furthermore, one sample is given to show the results of each of these three subsystems.  相似文献

The construction process of modern project is distributed across teams, departments, or systems, each of which is corresponding to a particular project unit. Conflicts often occur in construction project organization because of the improper coordination among/between these project units. The primary mason for coordination puzzle in project organization is generally the diversification of culture and technology. In order to enhance the organization's performance efficiency, good and effective coordination mechanism aimed at diversification of culture and technology is needed. The relationship among/between parties and project units is defined and expressed through contract, so construction project organization usually relies on various contracts to deal with its cooperative partner relationship. However, the contractual mode is a defensive method which is more prone to conflicts than the conglomerate of diversification, especially evaluated from the aspects of culture and value. By culture integration-a more flexible way to make up the shortage of contractual mode, a harmonious atmosphere in which organization members can exert their potential ability can be created to help project administrators mitigate organization conflicts and achieve the common goals of project organization. Based on arbitration theory, moreover, this paper puts forward a combined coordination mechanismhierarchical coordination and nonhierarchical coordination-to resolve the conflicts resulted from diversification of technology. The introduction of intelligent agents system has the advantage of a more systematic and organizational method in reality without causing unnecessary emotional and the behavioural side effects is an effective instrument to utilize this coordination mechanism and realizes its established goals.  相似文献

This paper deals with the intermediate results of the development of a national standardized classification system called JCCS to ensure harmonized use of various kinds of information to be processed through the whole life cycle of construction projects in a nation-wide Japanese CALS/EC scheme. JCCS is planned to be a Japanese IFD and developped on the technical basis of ISO 12006-2 and 12006-3. Japan has currently no such an IFD-like library of terminologies which is to be an essential tool for the multiple and harmonized information processing, so that JCCS should be a key technology for the successful CALS/EC. First, the development concepts and related technologies are described. Second, evaluation of the current situation of information process in the construction industry is clarified, and followed by the requirements of the development of JCCS. In the main part, the current version of JCCS is outlined, major contents of which are the basic architecture of JCCS, JCCS schema, JCCS basic tables and the usage of JCCS in practice. Three Gorges Project (TGP),the largest water resources and hydropower project in the world with huge scale and complex techniques,has great comprehensive benefits mainly in flood control,power generation and navigation improvement.Through 17-year construction and practice,the project has been successfully completed.Some valuable experience from the successful construction of TGP has been gained for the management system and mechanism of hydropower project construction in China.Its construction management mode produces important influences on the management system of domestic capital construction.With combination of the construction management practice of TGP,the characteristics of management system and mechanism are summarized,and the suggestions on current hydropower development system and construction management mode are put forward.  相似文献

The natural transformation of Escherichia coli is a novel and recently developed system that has signifi- cance for genetic studies and the biological safety of genetic engineering. However, the mechanisms of transformation, including development of competence and DNA uptake, are not thoroughly understood. In this study, we demonstrated the effect of the general stress response regulator RpoS, which has been associated with E. coli transformation, on natural transformation performed in an "open system". We find that RpoS is required for natural transformation but not to artificial transformation and RpoS mainly affect trans- formation in the liquid culture prior to plating. In the liquid culture, RpoS over-expression promotes natural transfor- mation in early exponential phase and static incubation accumulates RpoS and promotes transformation to a limited extent. These findings provide detailed understanding of RpoS function on natural transformation.  相似文献

High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactors are recognized as a representative advanced nuclear system for the future owing to the excellent safety performance, high efficiency, multipurpose uses and hydrogen production. These type reactors are characterized by ceramic coated particle fuel, inert helium as coolant, and graphite used as moderator and reflector in core, which makes the outlet temperature of coolant reaching 950℃ even more. Under the National High Technology Program, the HTR10 project has been successfully implemented and achieved full power operation in connection with the grid in January of 2003. HTR10, which is the first module HTR with inherent safety feature around world, has carried out safety demonstration tests simulating the severe accident conditions in 2004.Based on the proven technologies and experience feedback during HTR10 design, manufacture, construction and operation, a HTRPM demonstration power plant with 200MWe power capacity sited at Rongcheng of Shandong province has been initiated.  相似文献

Good practices of maintenance optimization in nuclear power field need to be effectively consolidated and inherited,and maintenance optimization can provide technology support to create a long-term reliable and economic operation for nuclear power plants( NPPs) especially for a large number of nuclear powers under construction. Based on the development and application of maintenance template in developed countries,and combining with reliability-centered maintenance( RCM) analysis results and maintenance experience data over the past ten years in domestic NPPs, the development process of maintenance template was presented for Chinese pressurized water reactor( PWR) NPP,and the application of maintenance template to maintenance program development and maintenance optimization combined with cases were demonstrated. The development of the sensor suitable for measuring large load stress to the anchor cable becomes an important task in bridge construction and maintenance. Therefore, a new type of optical fiber sensor was developed in the laboratory - optical fiber grating sensor for force measurement of anchor cable (OFBFMAC). No similar report about this kind of sensor has been found up to now in China and other countries. This sensor is proved to be an effective way of monitoring in processes of anchor cable installation, cable cutting, cable force regulation, etc, with the accurate and repeatable measuring results. Its successful application in the tie bar cable force safety monitoring for Wuhan Qingchuan bridge is a new exploration of optical fiber grating sensing technology in bridge tie bar monitoring system.  相似文献

Construction of cytopathic PK-15 cell model of classical swine fever virus   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
No cytopathic effect (CPE) can be observed on classical swine fever virus (CSFV) infected cell culture in vitro. This brings an obstacle to the researches on reciprocity between CSFV and host cells. Based on the construction of full-length genomic infectious cDNA clone of Chinese CSFV standard virulent Shimen strain, partial deletion is introduced into genomic cDNA to obtain a 7.5 kb subgenomic cDNA. A new subgenomic CSFV is derived from transfection with the subgenomic cDNA on PK-15 cells pre-infected by CSFV Shimen virus. Typical CPE induced by this subgenomic virus is observed on PK-15 cells. Coexistence of wildtype and subgenomic virus in cytopathic cell culture is demonstrated by RT-PCR detection in cytopathic cells. For conclusion, the construction of cytopathic cell model exploited a new way for researches on the molecular mechanism of CSFV pathogenesis.  相似文献
