针对我国众多城市医疗机构临床用血紧张、血荒现象日趋严重的现状,提出了血荒影响因素及其体系结构的研究问题;基于解释结构模型(ISM),建立具有一定逻辑关系的影响因子递阶有向图,分析出各因素对血荒影响程度;结果表明:血荒影响因素分为6个层次、4个层级,分别为浅层、中层、深层以及最深层,而献血率低及其驱动因素是导致血荒出现的主要因素,献血率低受到一系列深层和最深层因素的影响;从根本上解决血荒困境,重点在于提高无偿献血率,这需要建立一系列的献血招募长效机制,营造更加公平、完备、顺畅、透明的血液保障体系与社会环境。  相似文献

Despite considerable advances in the treatment of cardiovascular disease, it remains the leading cause of death in developed countries. Assessment of classic cardiovascular risk factors--including high blood pressure, diabetes and smoking--has a central role in disease prevention. However, many individuals with coronary heart disease (a narrowing of the blood vessels that supply the heart) have only one, or none, of the classic risk factors. Thus, new biomarkers are needed to augment the information obtained from traditional indicators and to illuminate disease mechanisms.  相似文献

采用松果粉末作为吸附剂,进行了模拟含铬废水中Cr(Ⅵ)吸附试验研究,考察了不同吸附条件(吸附剂投加量、初始溶液pH值、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度、温度)对Cr(Ⅵ)去除效果的影响,并用红外光谱分析了吸附机理.结果表明:温度越高、pH值越低、投加量越大、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度越低越有利于Cr(Ⅵ)的去除.红外光谱分析表明,与Cr相互作用的基团主要是氨基、羟基、羧基和硫酸基.  相似文献

Anatomical and physiological investigations in monkeys indicate that olfaction is subserved by several cortical regions. But the areas implicated in the human olfactory system have not been definitively identified by functional criteria. Behavioural evidence has suggested that laterally specialized mechanisms for odour processing may exist, but the neuroanatomical substrate remains unknown. We used positron emission tomography to study the cortical representation of human olfactory processing by comparing cerebral blood flow changes evoked during olfactory stimulation with those of a control task. We report here significant cerebral blood flow increases at the junction of the inferior frontal and temporal lobes bilaterally, corresponding to the piriform cortex, and unilaterally, in the right orbitofrontal cortex. The results complement and extend previous data implicating these regions in olfactory processing, and indicate that a functional asymmetry exists in the human brain favouring the right orbitofrontal area in olfaction.  相似文献

为研究城市河道浮游植物功能群组成及分布特征、环境因子对功能群的影响,鉴定芜湖三条城市河道中浮游植物种类并划分了功能群,分析浮游植物功能群分布特征,利用冗余分析研究环境因子与功能群间的关系。结果表明,研究区共鉴定出浮游植物47种,隶属6门32属,以硅藻、绿藻为主。研究区浮游植物可划分出C、P、MP、W2、E、X1、W1、X2等8种代表性功能群,三条河道代表性功能群分布呈现明显差异,中央城河道、汇成河道、中山南路河道主要代表性功能群分别是C+P+MP+E、C+X1、W1+E+X1+C,适应一定富营养化、有机质充足水体环境的功能群出现在各河道,表征了芜湖三条河道呈现不同程度的富营养化。溶解氧、总磷、总氮、氨氮是影响浮游植物功能群分布的主要环境因子。研究表明,芜湖各河道主要代表性功能群与氮、磷呈正相关,控制氮、磷外源输入并降低水体氮、磷含量对控制河道富营养化具有关键作用。  相似文献

Many tissues including blood, skin, gut and germ cells are continuously maintained by tissue stem cells. Under certain conditions, however, other organs can undergo repair using stem-cell-like progenitors generated by cell de-differentiation. Cell fates have been broadened experimentally, but mechanisms allowing de-differentiation to a stem cell state are poorly known. Germline stem cells begin to differentiate by forming interconnected germ cell cysts (cystocytes), and under certain conditions male mouse cystocytes have been postulated to revert into functional progenitors. Here we report that four- and eight-cell Drosophila germline cystocytes generated either in second instar larval ovaries or in adults over-producing the BMP4-like stem cell signal Decapentaplegic efficiently convert into single stem-like cells. These de-differentiated cells can develop into functional germline stem cells and support normal fertility. Our results show that cystocytes represent a relatively abundant source of regenerative precursors that might help replenish germ cells after depletion by genotoxic chemicals, radiation or normal ageing. More generally, Drosophila cystocytes now provide a system for studying de-differentiation and its potential as a source of functional stem cells.  相似文献

Among the many neuroimaging tools available for studying human brain functions, functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is the most widely used today. One advantage of fMRI over other imaging techniques is its relatively high spatial resolution. High-resolution fMRI, with its superb signal-to-noise ratio and improved tissue-vessel specificity, has strengthened the capability of fMRI and allowed mapping of fine cortical architectures in the human brain. In this review, I will first explain the factors limiting the spatial specificity of the blood oxygenation level-dependent (BOLD) effect, based on which most of fMRI experiments are conducted, and the measures dealing with these factors, and then briefly introduce several high-resolution (sub-millimeter) studies on the functional organization of human primary visual cortex (V1), including mapping of ocular dominance columns, mapping of temporal frequency dependent domains and direct demonstration of tuning to stimulus orientation.  相似文献

A recent explosion in newly discovered vascular growth factors has coincided with exploitation of powerful new genetic approaches for studying vascular development. An emerging rule is that all of these factors must be used in perfect harmony to form functional vessels. These new findings also demand re-evaluation of therapeutic efforts aimed at regulating blood vessel growth in ischaemia, cancer and other pathological settings.  相似文献

为了解血糖变化特点和确定2型糖尿病干预靶点,提出了一种基于反向传播(BP)神经网络的患病因素对血糖影响的量化分析方法. 筛选出性别、体重等10维因素,再根据性别和年龄将人群分成9组,分别训练BP模型并提取敏感度,得出因素对血糖影响的量化值. 实验结果表明,体重对血糖变化的敏感度最大(0.244 9),体重、血脂水平和年龄敏感度各占总量的25%、35%和17%,且不同性别、年龄敏感度排序不同,为个体细化干预提供了判定方法;该方法可推广到其它疾病危险因素的量化分析,还可用于因素干预-判定-因素干预的良性循环中,有效提升个体健康水平.   相似文献
