设计了低温度系数、高电源抑制比BiCMOS带隙基准电压发生器电路.综合了带隙电压的双极型带隙基准电路和与电源电压无关的电流镜的优点.电流镜用作运放,它的输出作为驱动的同时还作为带隙基准电路的偏置电路.使用0.6μm双层多晶硅n-well BiCMOS工艺模型,利用Spectre工具对其仿真,结果显示当温度和电源电压变化范围分别为-45~85℃和4.5~5.5 V时,输出基准电压变化1 mV和0.6 mV;温度系数为16×10-6/℃;低频电源抑制比达到75 dB.电路在5 V电源电压下工作电流小于25μA.该电路适用于对精度要求高、温度系数低的锂离子电池充电器电路.  相似文献

文章设计了一种应用于D/A转换器芯片中的带隙基准电压电路,在3 V工作电压下具有极低的温度系数,输出电压低于传统带隙基准电路.该电路改进了传统带隙基准电路,减小了运放失调和电路误差,通过电阻二次分压降低了基准输出电压.在SMIC 0.35 μm CMOS工艺下,使用Hspice进行了仿真.仿真结果表明:该基准的温度系数在-40~100 ℃的范围内仅为3.6×10-6 /℃;电源电压在2.7~3.3 V之间变化时,电源抑制比为52 dB.该文设计的带隙基准电压源完全符合设计要求,是一个性能良好的基准电路.  相似文献

通过将具有高阶温度项的MOS管亚阈值区漏电流转换为电压,并与一阶温度补偿电压进行加权叠加,实现二阶温度补偿.采用高增益的运放和负反馈回路提高电源抑制能力,设计一种低温漂高电源电压抑制比带隙基准电压源.基于0.18μm CMOS工艺,完成电路设计与仿真、版图设计与后仿真.结果表明,在1.8 V的电源电压下,电路输出电压为1.22 V;在温度变化为-40~110℃时,温度系数为3.3 ppm/℃;低频电源电压抑制比为-96 dB@100 Hz;静态电流仅为33μA.  相似文献

文章采用0.6 μm N阱CMOS工艺,设计了一种高电源抑制比、低噪声的带隙基准电压源.在传统带隙基准电路结构的基础上,采用添加新的电压支路,在环路反馈网络中直接引进噪声的理念,提高了电源抑制比.利用Cadence Spectre工具仿真,结果表明,电路工作电压范围为2.5~5.5 V,输出基准电压为1.2 V,低频时电源抑制比可达到110 dB,在-25~85 ℃范围内温漂为26×10-6/℃,在10~1.0×105 Hz带宽范围内的RMS电压噪声为43 μV,具有高电源抑制比、低输出噪声的特性.  相似文献

文章依据带隙基准电压源的基本原理设计了一种低温漂的带隙基准源,与传统带隙基准相比,所设计的电压源未使用运放。该基准电源电路有较低的温度系数和较高的电源抑制比,此外还增加了启动电路,以保证电路工作点正常。仿真结果表明,低频时电源抑制比可达85 dB,在-20℃~100℃范围内输出变化仅为0.8 mV,温度系数仅为4.968×10-6,常温下输出电压为1.296 V,电源电压范围为3.9~5.5 V。  相似文献

基于SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS工艺,设计了一种适用于数模或模数转换等模数混合电路的低温度系数、高电源抑制比的带隙基准电压源.针对传统带隙基准源工作电压的限制,设计采用电流模结构使之可工作于低电源电压,且输出基准电压可调;采用共源共栅结构(cascode)作电流源,提高电路的电源抑制比(PSRR);采用了具有高增益高输出摆幅的常见的两级运放.Cadence仿真结果表明:在1.8V电源电压下,输出基准电压约为534 mV,温度在-25~100℃范围内变化时,温度系数为4.8 ppm/℃,低频电源抑制比为-84 dB,在1.6~2.0 V电源电压变化范围内,电压调整率为0.15 mV/V.  相似文献

本文设计了一款低温度系数高电源抑制比的带隙基准电压源。设计采用动态阈值MOS管(DTMOS)产生温度补偿电流,以降低温漂;输出部分采用一个简单的低通滤波器,以降低高频噪声,在较宽频带内提高电源抑制比。电路采用SMIC 0.18μm标准CMOS工艺实现,供电电源为1.8V,仿真结果表明:电路在-40~130℃温度范围内,温度系数为1.54×10-6℃-1,输出基准电压为1.154V,电源抑制比在10Hz处为-76dB,在100kHz处为-85dB,在15 MHz处为-63dB。本基准源具有较好的综合性能,可为数模转换电路、模数转换电路、电源管理芯片等提供高精度的基准电压,具有较大的应用价值。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
