在丽水白云山设立39个样点,调查了54种主要木本植物的生态重要值.以此为基础,应用基于组平均法的聚类,结合样方实地调查资料,将丽水白云山植被划分为6个植被型11个群丛.39个样点代表了11种植物群丛,它们分别是马尾松群丛、黄山松群丛、木荷-锥栗群丛、柳杉群丛、褐叶青冈-甜槠-短柄枹群丛、杉木-香果树-乌药群丛、杜鹃群丛、合欢-马尾松-杉木群丛、锥栗-枫香-山苍子-( )木群丛、青冈栎-马尾松-黄山松群丛和甜槠群丛.  相似文献

利用Jarvis和Ball两种常用的气孔导度模拟模型对长汀水土流失区马尾松(Pinus massoniana)与木荷(Schima superba)叶片气孔导度变化进行了模拟.对气孔导度模型的验证表明,两树种的最优模拟模型均为Ball模型.  相似文献

松针褐斑病调查和病原鉴定   总被引:6,自引:1,他引:5  
中国南方自七十年代以来广泛引种湿地松(Pinus elliottii)和火炬松(P.laeda)营造用材林。1978年首先在福建发现松针褐斑病,使数千亩国外松林遭受毁灭性损失。1981~1985年的调查表明,湿地松、火炬松和日本黑松(Pinus thunbergii)是高度感病树种;长叶松(P.palustris)、短叶松(P.echinata),加勒比松(P.caribaea)和砂松(P.clausa)感病较轻;而乡土树种马尾松(P.massoniana)和黄山松(P.taiwanensis)高度抗病,海南五针松(P.fenzeliana)未见发病。病害分布很广,已在福建、浙江、江西、江苏、安徽、广东和广西等7个省区的48个县市发现,病原菌鉴定为Lecanosticta acicola (Th(?)m.)Sydow,它是子囊菌Scirrhia acicola (Drian.) Siggers的无性阶段,但有性阶段在中国尚未发现。文章对病害症状和病原菌形态作了描述。  相似文献

基于ISSR分子标记,对采自浙江磐安大盘山、临安清凉峰、临安昌化、金华北山双龙洞附近、金华北山朝真洞附近和上海奉贤(栽培)的6个鸭儿芹(Cryptotaenia japonica Hassk.)群体的70个样本进行了遗传多样性分析.从9条筛选出的ISSR引物共扩增出149条带,其中136条具有多态性,多态性条带百分率为91.28%.基于ISSR标记计算了6个鸭儿芹群体的遗传多样性指数,发现它们的Nei的基因多样性指数(H)为0.1971,Shannon信息多态性指数(I)为0.3086,Nm指数为0.3343.6个群体遗传分化系数Nm为0.5993,表明59.93%的遗传分化存在于群体间,40.07%的遗传分化存在于群体内,群体群体间的基因流为0.3237,表明供鸭儿芹群体之间基因流较小,遗传漂变已造成鸭儿芹群体之间较强的遗传分化.基于136个位点,构建了反映各样本间遗传亲缘关系的系统聚类图,结果表明,从70个样本中可以区分出5个类群,其中金华北山采的两个群体为一个类群,与地理位置有很强的对应性.因此,在今后的鸭儿芹引种栽培时,应注意从不同产地的鸭儿芹种源中进行引种,以丰富栽培种的遗传多样性.  相似文献

对洪家河流域植物群落相似性与聚类分析结果表明,有些群落如黄心夜合毛椿木荷林与化香枫香林、马尾松丝栎栲林、杉木马尾松林等之间的Jaccard指数、Sorenson指数为0.0,它们完全不相似,另一些群落如构栲丝栎栲山楠林与枫香杉木林、锥栗丝栎栲蓝果树林、马尾松锥栗林等之间的Jaccard指数在0.70以上,它们大体相似,其它群落之间的Jaccard指数在0.10-0.69之间;群落相似性指数的大小反映了该流域人为干扰对森林群落的影响.对群落主林层优势种重要值进行聚类分析,结果表明洪家河流域森林群落有6种类型,主要是黄心夜合毛椿木荷群落、构栲丝栎栲山楠群落、化香枫香群落、锥栗马尾松化香樱桃杉木短柄枹群落、枫香栓皮栎白栎马尾松群落和以马尾松、杉木、柏木和构栲、枫香、灯台、锥栗等为主要优势种构成的针阔混交林群落.  相似文献

盐雾胁迫下杜英等树种生理特性的变化   总被引:15,自引:1,他引:14  
以饱和NaCl溶液模拟盐雾胁迫对杜英等11个树种在盆栽条件下测定叶片叶绿素含量、SOD活性、MDA含量和游离脯氨酸含量4项生理指标动态变化状况。结果表明,不同树种耐盐雾性因胁迫时间长短存在明显差异,其中盐雾胁迫1d时,11个树种中耐盐雾性由强至弱排序依次为木荷、杜英、晚松、南酸枣、杨梅、马尾松、香樟、二次结实板栗、湿地松、玉环长柿和枫香;当盐雾胁迫3d时,11个参试树种中晚松、杨梅、耐盐雾性较强,枫香最弱;而当盐雾胁迫维持时间达6d时,则11个参试树种中木荷、杨梅耐盐雾性最强,枫香依然最弱。  相似文献

【目的】研究黄山松松针挥发性成分,并与马尾松松针对比,以期为黄山松松针的开发利用奠定基础。【方法】采用顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS)分析黄山松、马尾松松针的挥发性成分,并对两者的分析结果进行比较。【结果】从黄山松和马尾松松针挥发性成分中分别鉴定出59种和42种化合物。两种松针中含有共有成分36种,占各自总峰面积的90.26%(黄山松)和96.09%(马尾松)。含量最高的挥发性成分均为α-蒎烯,黄山松松针中α-蒎烯含量(质量分数)为24.08%,马尾松松针中α-蒎烯含量(质量分数)为36.25%。黄山松松针中鉴定出23种独有成分,其中含量最高的为伞花烃(5.67%)。【结论】两种松针主要挥发性成分种类相似但含量差异明显;黄山松松针含有更多种类的挥发性成分及活性成分。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献
