基于0.13,μm工艺,设计一个用于1.2,V低电压电源的10比特83MSPS流水线模数转换器的两级运算放大器.该放大器采用折叠共源共栅为第一级输入级结构,共源为第二级输出结构.详细介绍了运算放大器的设计思路、指标确定方法及调试中遇到的问题和解决方法.模拟结果显示:该运算放大器开环直流增益可达79.25,dB,在负载电容为2,pF时的单位增益频率达到838 MHz,在1.2,V低电压下输出摆幅满足设计要求,高达1 V,满足了10比特低电压高速度高精度模数转换器的要求.  相似文献

为了减弱噪声对可见光通信质量的影响,提高可见光通信系统的抗干扰性,基于台积电180 nmCMOS工艺,提出了一种抗噪能力较强的可见光接收机前端电路.电路主要包括跨阻放大器、限幅放大器、直流偏移消除网络和输出缓冲级.输入端对信号进行两路接收,通过印制电路板绘制把外部两个光电二极管相连,对接收到的光电流信号进行等增益合并,合并信号作为输入信号提供给光接收机模拟放大电路,这种设计实现了分集接收技术,提高了光通信系统的信噪比.跨阻放大器采用调节型共源共栅结构,共源结构作为反馈环路,降低芯片的输入阻抗,共漏结构提高了跨阻放大器的带负载能力.限幅放大器采用改进CherryHooper型限幅放大器结构,引入反馈电阻降低级间等效电阻,扩展有效带宽,并通过增加负载电阻为支路提供偏置电流,有效提高了电路的输出范围.测试结果表明,在电源电压为1.8 V、光电探测器等效电容为5 pF时,光接收机的跨阻增益为88 dBΩ,-3 dB带宽为510 MHz,在误码率小于3.8×10-3的条件下实现了600 Mb/s的数据传输.芯片功耗为43.62 m W,整体面积为624μm×823μm,当误码率为10-9时,基于分集接收的光接收机的灵敏度为-11.5 dBm.对比实验表明,分集接收技术降低了可见光通信的误码率,提高了通信质量,因此基于分集接收技术的光接收机有望应用于室内可见光通信系统领域.  相似文献

设计了一种由低噪声仪表放大器INA217和可变增益宽带放大器AD603并辅以适当外围电路构成的宽带直流放大器。当输入电压有效值〈10mV时,电压增益可达到60dB左右,并可实现在0~60dB范围内手动连续调节和5dB的步进调节。输出信号无明显失真时,最大输出电压有效值为4V。输入电阻≥50Ω,3dB带宽为0~8MHz,在0—7MHz通频带内增益起伏≤1dB。此外,该放大器的增益可预置并显示,具有较好的实用性。  相似文献

本文利用CMOS工艺设计一种用于SDH STM-4速率级(622Mbit/s)光纤用户网的光接收机放大电路。此电路由输入缓冲、输出缓冲、主放大单霉、偏置补偿电路四部分组成,通过直接耦合技术来提高增益,降低功耗,利用有源电感负载来提高系统带宽。采用商用SmartSpice电路仿真软件和CSMC-HJ 0.6μm工艺参数对该电路进行仿真。结果表明,该电路在5V工作电压下中频增益为81dB,3dB带宽为470MHz。  相似文献

目的 设计一个具有轨对轨输入和输出摆幅的两级CMOS运算放大器.方法 输入级采用两对单一类型的n沟道差分对管作为输入管,用两个相同的n沟道源跟随器来完成输入电平的直流电平转移,实现了轨对轨的输入摆幅;输出级采用前馈甲乙类控制的轨对轨输出级,保证了轨对轨的输出摆幅和较强的驱动能力.结果 用标准的0.6μm CMOS BSIM3v3模型库对该放大器进行了仿真,开环电压增益、单位增益带宽和相位裕度分别达到了113.57dB,11.9MHz和53°,输入级跨导的变化在±5%内.结论 所设计运算放大器其输入和输出摆幅为轨对轨,满足设计所提要求.  相似文献

基于光传输方程,数值分析了所设计的双包层Er^3+/Yb^3+共掺光纤放大器系统结构在980nm泵浦下,输出信号功率和噪声特性;讨论了它们随输入信号功率、输入信号波长、泵浦信号波长和光纤包层面积的关系。结果表明,该系统结构在输入信号小于-30dBm,激活光纤长度为4m时,输出信号功率超过10dBm,增益高于35dB,噪声系数受光纤内包层与纤芯面积之比影响较大,且小于3.5dB.  相似文献

分析并设计了一种高速、高增益、低功耗的两级全差分运算放大器.该运算放大器用于高速高精度模数转换器中.运算放大器第一级采用增益自举cascode结构获得较大的直流增益,采用2个新的全差分运算放大器替代传统的4个单端运算放大器作为增益自举结构.该放大器采用SMIC 0.18μm CMOS工艺设计,电源电压1.8 V,直流增益125 dB,单位增益带宽300 MHz(负载3 pF),功耗6.3 mW,输出摆幅峰峰值达2 V.  相似文献

提出一种采用叠层电感(Stacked Inductor)的25Gb/s 30dB的限幅放大器(Limiting Amplifier,LA),相对于传统限幅放大器,该放大器面积更小.改进的Cherry-Hooper放大器能够解决增益和电压余度(Voltage Headroom)之间的折中问题,因此具有3级级联的该放大器组成了本电路的核心增益级.直流失调消除电路由低通滤波器和放大器组成,同时利用密勒效应实现电容倍增从而节约电容面积.为了在印刷电路板上单独测试LA,将连续时间均衡器以及具有前馈均衡的输出驱动器都集成在本芯片上.该设计采用TSMC 65nm工艺进行流片验证,测试结果表明3dB带宽达到17.5GHz,增益为29.0dB;在电源电压为1.1V的情况下,核心增益级功耗为25.3mW,占用0.072mm2面积.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献
