Fuzzy Set-Based Risk Evaluation Model for Real Estate Projects   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
With the rapid development of residential real estate market, risk evaluation has been an important task in the process of project. This paper describes a risk evaluation method for residential real estate projects based on fuzzy set theory which uses linguistic variables and respective fuzzy numbers to evaluate the factors. The primary weights of factors and evaluation of alternatives are determined by applying linguistic variables and fuzzy numbers. The notion of Shapley value is used to determine the global value of each factor in accomplishing the overall objective of the risk evaluation process, so the primary weights are revised, thus the importance of factors can be reflected more precisely. A major advantage of the method is that it allows experts and engineers to express their opinions on project risk evaluation in linguistic variables rather than crisp values. An illustration is presented to demonstrate the application of the method in risk evaluation. The results are consistent with the results calculated by conventional risk evaluation method. The research demonstrates that the method is objective and accurate, and is of an application value in the risk evaluation for residential real estate project.  相似文献

Weighted geometric evaluation approach based on Projection pursuit (PP) model is presented in this paper to optimize the choice of schemes. By using PP model, the multi-dimension evaluation index values of schemes can be synthesized into projection value with one dimension. The scheme with a bigger projection value is much better, so the schemes sample can be an optimized choice according to the projection value of each scheme. The modeling of PP based on accelerating genetic algorithm can predigest the realized process of projection pursuit technique, can overcome the shortcomings of large computation amount and the difficulty of computer programming in traditional projection pursuit methods, and can give a new method for application of projection pursuit technique to optimize choice of schemes by using weighted geometric evaluation. The analysis of an applied sample shows that applying PP model driven directly by samples data to optimize choice of schemes is both simple and feasible, that its projection values are relatively decentralized and profit decision-making, that its applicability and maneuverability are high. It can avoid the shortcoming of subjective weighing method, and its results are scientific and objective.  相似文献

Evaluation is that a subject evaluates an object with certain value criterion, which is the premise and foundation of decision. The evaluating problem is becoming one of the popular issues in academe. In this paper, the essential meaning of evaluation is defined firstly, and evaluation process analyzed: putting forward the problem of evaluation; defining evaluation subject, evaluation organizer and evaluation criterion and method; processing and feeding back evaluation results. According to the essential meaning and process, the evaluation support system (ESS) is established, consisting of four function modules: problem definition module, data extraction module,mold database module and man-machine communication module. Based on the complexity of factual problem, the group evaluation support system(GESS) is established, which is an integration system of many valuators‘ wisdom, experience and corresponding ESS. GESS is used to support group valuators to solve semi-construction evaluation problem on the basis of computer and network in order to acquire scientificity and objectivity in the evaluation of big system.  相似文献

Moldability evaluation for molded parts,which is the basis of concurrent design,is a key design stage in injection molding design.By moldability evaluation the design problems can be found timely and an optimum plastic part design achieved.In this paper,a systematic methodology for moldability evaluation based on fuzzy logic is proposed.Firstly,fuzzy set modeling for six key design attributes of molded parts is carried out respectively.Secondly,on the basis of this,the relationship between fuzzy sets for design attributes and fuzzy sets for moldability is established by fuzzy rules that are based on domain experts‘ experience and knowledge.At last the integral moldability for molded parts is obtained through fuzzy reasoning.The neural network based fuzzy reasoning approach presented in this paper can improve fuzzy reasoning efficiency greatly,especially for system having a large number of rules and complicated membership functions.An example for moldability evaluation is given to show the feasibility of this proposed methodology.  相似文献

It is easy to apply lines in design drawings to create different styles, however, there is no guarantee that all the style lines drawn are able to be manufactured. In this paper, we focus on one undeliverable style to enhance our understanding of the relationship between the design sketch and the pattern design process. In order to evidence that such style is unworkable, a systematic display of pattern development, and to be reinforced by mathematical evaluation, will be introduced and addressed. As the increasing popularity and complexity of Web applications and the emergence of their new characteristics. the testing and maintenance of large, complex Web applications are becoming more complex and difficult. Web applications generally contain lots of pages and are used by enormous users. Statistical testing is an effective way of ensuring their quality. Web usage can be accurately described by Markov chain which has been proved to be an ideal model for software statistical testing. The results of unit testing can b eutilized in the latter stages, wbich is an important strategy for bottom-to-top integration testing, and the other improvement of extended Markov chain model (FMM) is to present the error type vector which is treated as a part of page node. This paper also proposes the algorithm for generating test cases of usage paths. Finally, optional usage reliability evaluation methods and an incremental usability regression testing model for testing and evaluation are presented.  相似文献

This paper puts forward a survivability evaluation model, SQEM (Survivability Quantitative Evaluation Model), based on lucubrating the main method existed. Then it defines the measurement factors and parses the survivability mathematically, introduces state change probability and the idea of setting the weights of survivability factors dynamically into the evaluating process of SQEM, which improved the accuracy of evaluation. This paper presents dynamic evaluation of enterprise's strategy which is suitable for dealing with the complex and dynamic problems of strategic evaluation. Rough Set Theory is a powerful mathematical tool to handle vagueness and uncertainty of dynamic evaluation. By the application of Rough Set Theory, this paper computes the significance and weights of each evaluation criterion and helps to lay evaluation emphasis on the main and effective criteria. From the reduced decision table, evaluators can get decision rules which direct them to give judgment or suggestion of strategy. Based on an acoustic logging transmission network and the engineering pattern of a sliding wave in acoustic logging, analysis and calculations have been performed in a study of the effects of the electric-acoustic and acoustic-electric conversions of the transducers on the acoustic logging signal. The results show that acoustic-electric conversion through the transducer can cause not only a serious disturbance in the signal amplitude, but also an apparent transmission delay. For engineering applications, the amplitude variation and transmission delay must be accounted for in a practical analysis of the acoustic logging signal in rocks. The results also show that with enhanced understanding and proper justification, the error caused by the acoustic-electric conversion can be significantly reduced in evaluation of the cement bond quality of a cased well, and the accuracy of rock porosity calculated using the measured acoustic velocity can be increased.  相似文献

To overcome disadvantages of traditional worst-case execution time (WCET) analysis approaches, we propose a new WCET analysis approach based on independent paths for ARM programs. Based on the results of program flow analysis, it reduces and partitions the control flow graph of the program and obtains a directed graph. Using linear combinations of independent paths of the directed graph, a set of feasible paths can be generated that gives complete coverage in terms of the program paths considered. Their timing measurements and execution counts of program segments are derived from a limited number of measurements of an instrumented version of the program. After the timing measurement of the feasible paths are linearly expressed by the execution times of program seg-ments, a system of equations is derived as a constraint problem, from which we can obtain the execution times of program segments. By assigning the execution times of program segments to weights of edges in the directed graph, the WCET estimate can be calculated on the basis of graph-theoretical techniques. Comparing our WCET estimate with the WCET measurement obtained by the exhaustive measurement, the maximum error ratio is only 8.259 3 %. It is shown that the proposed approach is an effective way to obtain the safe and tight WCET estimate for ARM programs.  相似文献

The evaluation of crustal stability in the lower Yellow River region (LYR) is vital to the engineering project of the Yellow River embankment and construction of the Huang-Huai-Hai plain. From three aspects of tectonic stability, surface stability and medium stability, this paper analyzes in detail the factors such as tectonic activity, tectonic stress, exogenic geologic disasters and ground material composition which affect crustal stability in the study area and the spatial distributions of subordinate degree of the evaluation factors. It then constructs the crustal stability evaluation model of fuzzy mathematics based on GIS by using AHP to among the various factors find out the interrelations comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy mathematics and the functions of spatial overlay and spatial database of ArcGIS. Based upon this the crustal stability evaluation is carried out, the results show that the areas of stable and instable regions are basically the same, being 48.72% and 51.28% respectively. The area of moderate stable region takes a dominant position, being about 70.58%. The crust instable region presents zonal distribution and under the control of tectonic faulted belt. But the region where the LYR runs across is mostly instable with a total length of the river being 568.345 km, or 78.93% of all. The river reach where the crustal stability is relatively poor along the LYR is concentrated in the Lankao-Dongping section.  相似文献

This paper describes two softwares. The one can be used to predict the dynamic behavior of a complex crystallizer, to analyze the instability of the crystallizer, and to inveatigate manipulated and controlled variables for eliminating the sustained limit-cycle of CSD. The other one is an implicit self-tuning real time control program which can be used in industrial crystallizers. Data obtained in the pilot scale test show that this program does well in set point control of parameters and will be effective in the control of CSD stability in tests of computer simulation.  相似文献

The components from spent fuel are discharged from the core and then stored in the framework of the spent fuel pool for cooling. However, it is of great significance to save the storage space of the spent fuel pool by shrinkage and shearing work to increase the spare fuel lattice number. In order to solve the problem of shrinkage and shearing work of spent fuel involving the problem of radioactive safety, the radioactive source item is calculated by ORIGEN2 program base on Unit 1 Ⅱ of Lingao Nuclear Power Plant(NPP), and the radiation dose rate of the related component shrinkage operation scene is simulated by the MCNP5 program. In addition, the effectiveness of shielding measures is discussed, and the maximum dose rate is within 0.35 μSv/h at the distance of 2.5 m from component center, and the maximum dose rate is almost 0 at the distance of 3.2 m from the component center. The intensity of the radiation dose produced by the related components is very low and can be neglected, which belong to the green area of NPP. The program calculation system from source term calculation to shielding calculation is established, and an engineering example is referenced, and its application and analysis are carried out. It provides a basis for radioactive safety analysis and evaluation for the shrinkage operation of spent fuel and makes the shrinkage technology of fuel-related components safer and more reliable.  相似文献
