微波硫灯是90年代出现的一种全新的光源,现代微波技术和等离子体出现的巧妙结合,使这种新光源既具有类似太阳光的连续光谱,又不失高效的优点,从理论上探讨微波硫灯的分子辐射光谱,2450MHz放电电弧的建立及谐振腔的设计,给出了硫分子产生连续可见光谱的机理,电弧的建立的击穿判据和微波谐振腔参数的设计要点,最后是微波硫灯的部分试验数据。  相似文献

微波等离子体是六十年代后期发展起来的一种用于发射光谱分析的新光源。氦微波等离子体光谱法则是迄今为止测定微量和超微量卤族元素、硫、磷等非金属元素最灵敏、最有效的方法,最低检测限一般可达10~(-11)—1O~(-13)克。但由于技术上的原因,常压氦微波等离子体很难获得,以致不得不采用抽真空的办法以得到低压氦微波等离子体,给使用带来了很大的不便,限制了其推广和应用。1976年,Beenakker研制成功了一种可以得到常压氦微波等离子体的微波谐振腔,情况才开始有所改善。但在我国,迄今还没有获  相似文献

为研究气体组分及微波功率对等离子体特性的影响,测量了大气压下混合气体的微波等离子体光谱强度,分析了不同气体配比和微波功率下等离子体中激发态氧原子发射光谱的变化规律.实验结果表明:随着混入氧气量的增加,等离子体中激发态氧原子数量先增加后减小,在氩气流量为4 L/min,微波输入功率为400 W,氧气流量为40 cm3/min时,激发态氧原子数量达到最大;微波功率的增加首先导致等离子体中的激发态粒子数量增加,进而导致电离态粒子数量增加.  相似文献

为提高大气压下微波等离子体分解CF4过程的能量效率,降低副产物NOx的生成,采用微波等离子体后端添加Ag/Al2O3催化剂的方法,研究了微波等离子体与催化剂协同作用对CF4去除率的影响,考察了催化剂载体中银负载量对副产物NOx生成的抑制效果.结果表明,微波等离子体与Ag/Al2O3对CF4去除协同作用明显,CF4最高去除率达到95.8%.等离子体与催化剂的协同作用使CF4去除效率提高了32.7%,与单独等离子体作用相比,能量利用效率提高58.1%.催化剂中负载Ag量对副产物NOx的体积分数有明显影响,当Ag的负载量为Al2O3质量的2%时,NOx产生量减少了90%.  相似文献

电子回旋共振放电产生的等离子体在微电子工业中材料加工、空间电推进方面有着广泛的应用。为了研究微波等离子体电子回旋共振的放电特性,使电子回旋共振放电产生的等离子体密度和能量转换效率更高,建立了微波等离子体电子回旋共振放电的1D3V模型,描述了带电粒子在外加静磁场、微波场共同作用下的微观运动。结果表明:微波频率为2.45 GHz时,随着静磁场磁感应强度的增加,平均电子能量先持续增大达到峰值,随后又不断地减小,且在0.087 5 T时电子加速效果最明显,结果符合电子的回旋频率公式,验证了该模型的正确性;共振区域内,发现在0.087 5 T磁感应强度下,微波频率为2.45 GHz下拟合的电子速度分布才与微波电场分布趋势相似,说明微波电场推动了电子运动。这为进一步研究微波等离子体放电的粒子模拟-蒙特卡罗碰撞模拟奠定了基础,也为进一步研究微波等离子体源中粒子产生效率及微波等离子体源的物理性质提供了重要参考。  相似文献

介绍了一种基于微带环缝谐振器的2.45 GHz小功率微波等离子体源,根据微带环缝谐振器的奇模等效电路,通过S参数与微波等离子体阻抗之间的关系,研究小功率微波等离子体源的阻抗匹配及其在不同气体条件下的放电规律.研究表明,在低气压(空气)和常压(氩气)条件下,输入功率不超过1 W,都能使气体放电并激励起稳定的微波等离子体;当微波等离子体激励以后,小功率微波等离子体源的谐振频率和S参数发生变化.这些为小功率电容耦合微波等离子体源的小型化研究提供了理论基础.  相似文献

为探究微波反射法用于诊断射频大气压辉光放电等离子体核心区的可行性,使用COMSOL软件仿真模拟微波通过金属孔阵列结构及存在等离子体的金属孔阵列电极结构的传输特性,分别研究结构参数和等离子体密度对微波传输的影响。结果表明:在57~61GHz反射频谱中存在两种具有相反特性的表面等离激元共振模式;改变电极的结构尺寸会导致共振频率的漂移;低频模式的反射随等离子体密度的增加而增大,高频模式的反射则表现出相反的响应,尤其在等离子体密度10~(17)~10~(19) m~(-3)内变化明显。因此,应用高频模式的微波传输特性诊断核心区等离子体具有一定的可行性。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
