A new method suitable for determining specific activity of 230Th in uranium ore samples is built. The method is characterized by adding the 230Th/ 232Th standard dilution agent with lower activity ratio (Its 230Th/ 232Th activity ratio and 230Th have been known) to the samples and using isotopic dilution analysis. The method can be applied to analyses of 230Th specific activity in various 230Th/ 232Th activity ratio samples. The precision can also be improved.  相似文献

Activities of234Th and nutrient concentrations in the upper 500 m water column were measured at a time-series station in the South China Sea over a time span of 12.3 d. Results showed a reduction of dissolved234Th and an overall increase of particulate234Th during the period. Meanwhile, activities of total234Th kept fairly constant, implying rapid transformation of234Th between the dissolved and particulate forms. Vertical profiles of total234Th showed evident deficit of234Th relative to238U in the upper 500 m water column. Using an irreversible steady-state model of thorium scavenging, export fluxes of particulate organic carbon (POC) corresponding to time pointsT 1 andT 2 were estimated to be 46.5 and 13.1 mmolC · m−2 · d−1. It was demonstrated that the estimation of POC export was greatly dependent on the POC/234ThP ratios and the bias caused by the different models of234Th scavenging, however, was considered to be of minor importance.  相似文献

为探究广西喀斯特地貌对放射性核素分布及当地环境放射性的影响,利用高纯锗探测器对广西喀斯特地区的大曹天坑和邓家坨天坑采集来的苔藓样品中7Be、40K、238U、232Th、226Ra、210Pb和137Cs的放射性比活度进行测量与分析。结果表明:在苔藓植物中, 7Be的放射性比活度为202.3-698.8 Bq/kg [平均值:(430.7±169.7) Bq/kg,n=7];40K为33.7-159.9 Bq/kg [平均值:(91.6±44.1) Bq/kg, n=7];238U为检测限(3.0 Bq/kg)至54.4 Bq/kg [平均值:(16.9±23.6) Bq/kg,n=7];232Th为1.2-42.5 Bq/kg [平均值:(14.7±15.9) Bq/kg, n=7];226Ra为0.7-48.4 Bq/kg [平均值:(16.9±20.3) Bq/kg,n=7];210Pb为284.1-950.5 Bq/kg [平均值:(555.5±231.0) Bq/kg, n=7]; 137Cs为检测限(0.1 Bq/kg)至2.3 Bq/kg [平均值:(1.1±0.9) Bq/kg,n=7]。对比后发现所有测得的数据均在正常范围内,表明天坑这一喀斯特地貌对放射性核素的分布并没有显著影响,该地区也不存在其他污染来源,同时为我国南方喀斯特地区大气示踪提供数据支撑。  相似文献

The U-series component-dating method has been employed to date the sediment core B-194 from Balikun Lake. 230Th/ 232Th and 234U/ 232Th ratios in various components of the samples dissolved in different concentration acids were measured respectively. The results indicate that there is a good relationship of the isotopic ratios between the solutions and the residues, and that uranium and thorium isotopic fractionations did not occur during acid leaching. Based on the U-series ages obtained by using component-dating method, a 144-ka time sequence was established corresponding to the upper 25-m interval of the B-194 core, which is in agreement with palaeomagnetic dating results. The fact that the palaeoclimatic and palaeoenvironmental record labeled with U-series ages is correlative with the deep-sea δ 18O SPECMAP also demonstrates that the U-series component-dating method can be used to date lake sediments.  相似文献

The isotopic cumpositions of helium have been investigated in hot spring gases sampled from the Liaodong Peninsula. China. The3He/4He ratios range from 0.14 Ra (0.14 times the atmospheric3He/4He ratio of 1.40 × 10-6 to 0.72 Ra.3He/4He versus4He/20Ne ratios and He contents suggest that a small amount of mantle-derived helium reaches the earth’s surface. Helium iwtope ratios of the hot spring gases show a distribution pattern similar to the regional heat flow values, indicating that the positive thermal anomaly occurring in the rtrea is closely associated with the presence of mantle-derived helium. The observations described above provide some significant evidence that the molten magma originating from partial melting of the upper mantle may have intruded into the continental crust along the activity fault. The coupling of the presence of mantle He and heat flow anomalies to seismic activity in studied region seem to imply that there is an internal relationship between mantle degassing and seismic activity.  相似文献

A murine CD4+ thymocyte subset with phenotype of TCRαβ+ 3G11 6C10 CD4+ CD8 CD69+/- HSAmed/lo contains the cells in relatively functional matured status. The functional property of the cells in this subset is characterized by the unique pattern of cytokine production at transitional stage from Th0 to Th2 type with the latter being the dominant type. After being co-cultured with murine thymic medullary epithelial cell line (MTEC1) cells, a murine thymic medullary type epithelial cell line, the TCRαβ+ 3G11 6C10 CD4+ CD8 CD69+/- HSAmed/lo thymocytes, has exhibited significantly higher levels of proliferation capability and IL-6 production, whereas the production of IL-4 and IL-10 is suppressed after co-culturing with MTECl. By contrast, MTECl could not induce thymocytes to secrete Thl type of cytokines. The results suggest that MTECl can regulate functional status of this thymocyte subset and induce them to develop into a specialized Th2 subset.  相似文献

^230Th ages and oxygen isotope data of a stalagmite from Shanbao Cave in Hubei Province characterize the East Asian Monsoon precipitation from 133 to 127ka. The decadal-scale high-resolution δ^18O record reveals a detailed transitional process from the Penultimate Glaciation to the Last Interglaciation. As established with ^230Th dates, the age of the Termination Ⅱ is determined to be 129.5±1.0 kaBP, which supports the Northern Hemisphere insolation as the triggers for the ice-age cycles. In our δ^18O record, the glacial/interglacial fluctuation reaches about 4‰, almost the same level as in other Asian Monsoon cave stalagmite δ^18O records. The transition of the glacial/interglacial period in our record can be recognized as four stepwise stages, among which, a rapid rise of monsoon precipitation follows the stage of “Termination Ⅱ pause”. The rapid rise is synchronous with the abrupt change of global methane concentration, which reflects that an increase in both Asian Monsoon precipitation and tropical wetland plays an important role in the global climate changes.  相似文献

为了解决设备相关颜色空间CMYK与设备无关颜色空间之间的相互转换问题,利用小脑模型神经网络(cerebellar model articulation controller, CMAC)高度非线性拟合能力,研究CMYK颜色空间与CIE L*a*b*之间的转换关系,研究结果显示该方法具有结构简单,易于软件和硬件的实现,将IT8.7/3标准色靶文件中104个专业色块值作为检验样本,检验样本的平均色差为1.6,完全适用于两种不同颜色空间之间的转换过程.   相似文献

A high precision thermal ionization mass spectrometric (HP-TIMS) technique is used to determine238U,234U,232Th,230Th concentrations and their ratios in whole rocks and minerals separated from Quaternary Maanshan, Dayingshan and Heikongshan volcanic rocks of Tengchong volcanic field, Yunnan Province, China. The238U-230Th isochrons are given, yielding four age values (227±20) ka (D-1, Dayingshan), (79.6±5.5) ka (D-7, Dayingshan), (21.9±3.0) ka (h-1, Heikongshan), and (7.5±1.0) ka (M-1, Maanshan). The result is not only consistent with but also preciser than those measured by the K-Ar method and the alpha spectrometry U-series method, indicating that the HP-TIMS method is reliable and has high precision. Besides, a procedure of HP-TIMS analysis of young volcanic rocks in China is set up preliminarily.  相似文献

off-gel分离法和18O标记是蛋白质组学研究中常用的分离和标记方法,通过对大鼠纹状体蛋白酶解后的肽段进行off-gel分离,以及基于超滤后的18O标记与off-gel分离的结果表明,off-gel对复杂生物样品具有良好的聚焦和分离效果,超滤去除游离酶后,18O标记的肽段没有发现明显回标现象,16O与18O标记的肽段1:1混合后,90%以上的蛋白16O/18O比值为1.04±0.16,因此,对复杂样品的考察结果说明基于超滤的18O标记可以与off-gel分离联合使用,扩大了18O标记在分离方法中的选择范围,能够应用于定量蛋白质组学的研究中.  相似文献

采用溶剂热法在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液中合成了不同摩尔比例的SrCl_2和Bi(NO_3)_3(分别为5%,10%,30%,50%,80%)与对苯二甲酸形成的含Sr~(2+)和Bi~(3+)有机杂化体,并在紫外可见光照射下对其进行了罗丹明B降解活性的评价.结果表明:杂化体在紫外可见光下对RhB降解活性良好,其中SrCl_2摩尔比例10%掺杂的催化剂光降解活性最佳,这归结于其在紫外区域对光有很好的吸收及光生电子和空穴能有效地分离.双金属离子能协同调节有机杂化体的光催化活性.  相似文献

The perennial Medicago sativa cv. Gabès is widely grown on saline soils in Tunisian oases. Morphological and physiological analyses of two populations (Mareth and Gannouch) were conducted in order to study the effect of salinity and gamma radiation (350 Gy) interaction on two populations of this species. It has been shown that the two irradiated populations of Medicago sativa are fairly tolerant to salt at growth phase compared to the non-irradiated. Exposure to gamma irradiation (350 Gy), alone or in combination with salt stress, increased significantly (p<0.001) shoot number, stem height and chlorophyll b pigment especially for the Gannouch population, while no change occurred for the Mareth population. The presence of salt to 9g/l affected significantly the root biomass and induced a reduction of shoot development of both control and irradiated alfalfa populations. For all treatments, plants of two populations remained able to produce and to allocate dry matter to the different organs. The survey of Na+ / K+ ratio showed that the growth of the aerial organs of two non-irradiated populations was at least determined by a selectivity in favour of the K+ ions (r2 = 0.97 and r2 = 0.59 for Mareth and Gannouch irradiated populations, respectively). However, the rather weak correlation detected for the irradiated populations, particularly for the irradiated Gannouch, seems to be the consequence of the effect of irradiation that improved potassium availability, essential element for growth and development. Results also showed that the two irradiated populations, especially the Mareth, accumulated Na+ ions in its photosynthetic organs. This accumulation was associated with an improvement of foliar water content at a level of salinity arrounding 5g/l. Such a mechanism reflects probably an inclusive behaviour of the plants and a good aptitude to use the dominant ions (Na+) for the osmotic adjustment. However, the non-irradiated populations are unable to adjust their internal osmotic potential. Consequently, irradiated plants have probably adapted to the osmotic stress by either closing their stomata or increasing the osmotic pressure of the leaf cells.  相似文献

To study the effect of ntrC gene product on the expression and regulation of other important nitrogen-fixing genes in Alcaligenes faecalis, partially ntrC-deleted mutants of A. faecalis have been generated. To start with, the ntrC gene of A. faecalis was cloned into a suicide plasmid pSUP202 to create a recombinant plasmid pSUM1. The ntrC gene in pSUM1 was then replaced by a lacZ-Kmr fragment resulted in the generation of a plasmid pSUM2. The lacZ fragment in pSUM2 was further removed and a plasmid pSUM3 produced. As a second step, the plasmid pSUM2 or pSUM3 was introduced into the wild type of A. faecalis A1501 by conjugation and two partially ntrC-deleted mutants A15CM1 (ntrC∷lacZ) and A15CM2 (ntrC - ) were obtained. To understand the regulatory effect of the NtrC on the expression of nifH and nifA, a nifH-lacZ gene or a nifH-lacZ gene was introduced into the ntrC- mutant by conjugation. The results indicated that: (ⅰ) although the ntrC-mutant was nif + , its nitrogen fixation activity was only 20% that of the wild type; (ⅱ) the ntrC- mutant failed to grow on the medium containing nitrate as a sole nitrogen source; (ⅲ) the regulation of ntrC gene expression did not require its own product; (ⅳ) the expression of nifH in A . faecalis was positively regulated by the ntrC. Deletion of the ntrC resulted in the reduction of nifH expression or even totally inactivated nitrogen fixation; (ⅴ) there was no obvious influence on the expression of nifA in A. faecalis if the ntrC gene was deleted.  相似文献

为了突破传统测温技术应用的局限性,利用NaY (WO42:Eu3+玻璃陶瓷(glass ceramics,GC)实现了具有非接触、实时响应、自校准等优势的双模荧光强度比(luminescence intensity ratio,LIR)测温。采用高温熔融淬灭法制备出含NaY (WO42:Eu3+纳米晶的透明GC样品,并进行系列光谱测量和热敏性能分析。结果表明,样品中Eu3+的激发态能级5D15D0和基态能级7F27F0为两对独立的热耦合能级,可分别基于这两对热耦合能级实现性能优异的双模LIR温度传感。该双模LIR测温技术数据可靠、测温范围广、灵敏度高,再结合GC材料优势,是可用于光纤温度传感器的核心技术材料。  相似文献

Conclusion It has been demonstrated that it is possible to detect the natural abundant15N signals using 2-D HMQC method. For large molecules like lysozyme, the saturation transfer effect is not important and the water signal can be suppressed with presaturation method. Cu2+-doped nanostructured TiO2-coated SiO2 (TiO2/SiO2) particles were prepared by the layer-by-layer assembly technique and their photocatalytic property was studied. TiO2 colloids were synthesized by the sol-gel method using TiOSO4 as a precursor. The experimental results showed that TiO2 nanopowders on the surface of SiO2 particles were well distributed and compact. The amount of TiO2 increased with the increase in coating layers. The shell structure appeared to be composed of anatase titania nanocrystals at 550°C. The 2-layer coated TiO2 particles on the surface showed a higher degradation rate compared with all the different-layer samples. The photocatalytic activity of Cu2+-doped TiO2/SiO2 was higher than that of undoped TiO2/SiO2. The optimum dopant content was about 0.10wt%.  相似文献

α能谱测量是通过对放射性核素释放α粒子能量的测量来实现核素识别和定量分析的技术.α能谱易受测量样品形态的影响,存在着向低能拖尾的现象,这降低了α能谱测量的准确性.为了分析α能谱谱形特点,采用蒙特卡罗程序Geant4模拟了~(241)Am源的α能谱,并对可能造成~(241)Amα能谱峰拖尾的因素进行了模拟分析.结果表明,~(241)Am源上沉积的灰尘是其α能谱峰拖尾的主要原因;采用最小二乘法拟合可以对沉积灰尘的粒径分布进行估计.这项工作也表明基于蒙特卡罗模拟的α能谱分析可获得测量样品更多特性(如形状),有助于提高α能谱的分析能力.  相似文献

采用流动注射技术测定水样中的NO-/2-N和NO-/3-N.以N-(1-萘基)乙烯二胺盐酸盐和对氨基苯磺酸为显色剂,在540nm下比色测定NO-/2-N的含量.水样中的NO-/3-N,在稀醋酸条件下用锌粉将其预还原成NO-/2-N后,也在上述相同的条件下测定其含量.NO-/2-N的检出限为0.005×10-/6,NO-/3-N的检出限为0.05×10-/6,分析速度为65次/小时.  相似文献
