针对传统加工方式复杂结构多孔堇青石陶瓷零件难成形问题,提出采用激光选区烧结(SLS)成形复杂宏观多孔堇青石(2MgO·2Al_2O_3·5SiO_2)陶瓷,利用高温烧结对有机粘结剂的烧损作用成形微观多孔,以获得宏、微观孔并存结构.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)表征SLS成形陶瓷的微观形貌及相特征,并研究SLS工艺及高温烧结温度对陶瓷强度及孔隙率的影响规律.SEM结果显示:SLS成形的多孔陶瓷初坯存在大量不规则孔隙,经过高温烧结后孔隙因为有机粘结剂的分解而增多,然后随高温烧结温度的升高孔隙逐渐减少.XRD分析结果表明:堇青石经SLS和高温烧结温度1 400℃以下时其相组成无明显改变,高于1 450℃时,出现部分分解,得到MgO相.SLS初坯抗压强度达1.54MPa,经1 400℃高温烧结4h其强度达到13.77 MPa.最后,应用优化工艺成形出传统工艺难以制造的复杂多孔堇青石陶瓷.  相似文献

通过X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜等微观测试手段,分别对水玻璃和NaOH为碱组分的碱矿渣水泥石高温后的产物和微观形貌进行分析.结果表明:以水玻璃和NaOH为碱组分的碱矿渣水泥石高温后的产物和形貌变化规律相似;受火温度为400℃以下时,质量损失主要是由于可蒸发水的失去;受火温度为600℃时,碱矿渣水泥石中大量的C-S-H凝胶失去结合水,结构分解并发生固相反应,反应产物为钙黄长石;800~1 000℃时,C-S-H凝胶特征峰消失,碱矿渣水泥石结构主要由钙黄长石晶体组成.  相似文献

通过研究不同纤维掺量自密实混凝土高温情况下的宏微观性能,探讨高温时材料内部的物理化学变化,以及不同温度状况下由微观结构变化所带来的宏观性能变化.试验中,待试样进行不同的高温处理过后,采用汞压力测孔法和扫描电镜对材料进行微观性能研究,并量测了高温后材料的气渗性能.同时,聚丙烯纤维的作用机理也得到了探讨.试验结果表明,纤维熔解能改善材料内部孔隙的连通性能,从而提高材料的气渗性能,降低了材料内部由升温集聚的孔隙压力.进一步,气渗性能的测量能作为评价纤维添加效果的有效手段.同时,研究中还发现熔解过程中聚丙烯纤维的工作机制,将有助于进一步的相关研究.  相似文献

为利用玄武岩纤维的高强度、高熔点特性来提升高延性纤维增强水泥基复合材料(ECC)的高温力学性能,试验测试了混杂玄武岩-聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维和单掺PVA纤维ECC从常温至400℃的抗压和抗弯力学性能,并结合扫描电镜(SEM)观察不同温度后的材料微观结构变化.结果表明:混杂纤维ECC的高温后抗压强度较常温有所提升,其高温后抗压韧性优于单掺纤维体系;随着温度升高,混杂纤维ECC的高温后峰值荷载和极限挠度下降速率要低于PVA纤维延性材料,但400℃时仍表现为显著的脆性破坏;PVA纤维熔化和纤维-基材界面性能退化是造成混杂纤维ECC高温力学性能下降的主要原因.  相似文献

多孔介质中天然气水合物的相变条件及分解过程是研究水合物开采的核心问题.本文基于核磁共振技术探测了粉土中二氧化碳水合物分解过程中液态水的含量与分布并计算了水合物饱和度.实验结果表明在水合物分解过程中随着温度的升高小孔隙中的水合物先分解,随后大孔隙中的水合物开始分解;由分解过程中试样表面弛豫率并没有发生变化,可以排除水合物在土颗粒表面形成的现象,推断水合物应该赋存在粉土孔隙中间位置;粉土中二氧化碳水合物的相平衡条件为P-T-S_h空间中的一条曲线,代表了具体的试验路径;试验前后粉土T_2分布曲线变化较大,说明水合物生成与分解过程中试样微观结构发生了变化,主要表现为小孔隙体积变少,相应的大孔隙体积变多;在4°C时随着二氧化碳的消耗,水合物饱和度反而有轻微降低的现象,表明试验过程中水合物水合数变小.  相似文献

高温热处理后岩石的物理力学性质的变化与其内部孔隙结构的改变有关.以高温水冷处理后的两种花岗岩为研究对象,进行了气体渗透试验,研究了其渗透性随温度的演化规律及微观孔隙结构的变化,并利用比表面积及孔径分析测试从微观层面分析了高温水冷处理后花岗岩的损伤演化和裂隙发育机理,为宏观物理性质改变提供了理论依据.结果表明,两种不同的花岗岩在受到高温水冷后表现出相同的规律,随着温度的升高,岩石内部逐渐产生温度裂隙,比表面积增大、总孔体积增大.利用比表面积及孔径分析得到了岩石内部纳米级孔隙的分布情况,发现在温度的作用下岩石内部的介孔受温度的影响最大.可见,在高温热处理后花岗岩内部的温度裂隙是影响岩石物理性质的主要因素之一,同时利用比表面积及孔径分析测试可以得到花岗岩内部的纳米级孔隙分布情况,为花岗岩的微观孔隙结构研究提供了技术支持.  相似文献

试验分析了高温后活性粉末混凝土(RPC)的外观、质量损失和抗压强度随温度的变化情况;利用扫描电镜(SEM)研究了经历不同高温后的RPC微观结构变化和物相组成.结果表明:经历温度低于400oС时,水泥水化反应和火山灰反应互相促进,RPC微观结构得到改善,抗压强度较常温时有所提高;经历温度为400~800oС时,C-S-H凝胶由连续块状变为尺寸较小的分散相,钢纤维与基体粘结界面处的裂纹逐渐形成并扩展,聚丙烯纤维融化后的孔道加剧了RPC的内部缺陷,RPC微观结构不断恶化,抗压强度逐渐降低.  相似文献

对碱渣在不同温度条件下的表面形貌变化特征进行分析研究.研究结果表明,温度对于碱渣的微观结构影响较大.结合SEM图像分析,升温过程中,由于熔融固结,碱渣由结构松散的多孔聚合体颗粒,逐渐形成联结紧密、结构致密的团聚体.碱渣的BET比表面积随着温度的升高呈现明显的下降趋势;400℃是碱渣比表面积变化的阈值,当温度达到400℃后,碱渣的比表面积出现大幅度减小.同时,碱渣的孔隙容积大幅减小,当温度达到600℃,其孔隙容积达到低点.需要注意的是温度的变化对于微孔和大孔的影响相对较大.由于升温过程中,大孔的比例持续增加,碱渣的平均孔隙直径随着温度升高呈现明显的增大,其中圆形孔的孔径的变化较线形孔的孔径更为显著.  相似文献

采用电镜扫描和图像处理技术、物理吸附等手段研究了大颗粒煤在流化床燃烧过程中的微观结构变化.结果发现:所研究的烟煤在流化床燃烧过程中,小于400像素的微观孔隙随燃烧过程大量增加,而大于400像素的孔隙数量则没有变化;同时伴随着煤颗粒的比表面积随燃烧时间的增加而明显增加.  相似文献

油页岩灰分是油页岩综合利用的主要物质之一。对石长沟油页岩进行马弗炉燃烧实验,制备不同燃烧终温(200~800 ℃)的油页岩灰分;并借助多种实验仪器研究不同温度燃烧下的灰分构成成分、结构特征及微观孔隙演化过程。结果表明:油页岩有机质以脂肪族为主;燃烧过程中,各有机元素(N、S、C、H、O)含量呈现下降趋势,自由水析出,结构水脱离,碳酸盐和脂肪族会逐渐分解,在800 ℃高温时,C完全转化为CO2逸出;灰分的构成成分主要为二氧化硅和碳酸盐,孔隙以微孔和中孔为主,随着燃烧温度升高,中孔数量增加,比表面积和分形维度先增后减,峰值均在400 ℃处。本次研究结果为分析石长沟油页岩不同燃烧温度下灰分的物理状态提供了理论基础,对了解石长沟油页岩的燃烧特性具有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
