研究一种可应用于抗电磁干扰和微波吸收的磁性纳米颗粒膜,选用FeCoB作为磁性合金,SiO2为电介质材料,采用磁控溅射工艺制备纳米颗粒膜.重点研究电介质SiO2体积分数对颗粒膜微结构以及电磁性能的影响规律和作用机理.结果表明,适当的电介质体积分数可使颗粒膜保持微波高磁导率和高磁损耗并有效降低介电常数,2GHz时,复磁导率的实部μ’=31,虚部μ″=45,复介电常数实部ε’=671,虚部ε″=593.  相似文献

利用高斯光束的傍轴光线近似、光在介质表面以及介质内传播的物理光学原理,并考虑到高斯光束在中空波导耦合端的衍射效应,用计算机数值模拟以及近似计算法导出了10.6μm高斯光束通过不同的中空圆形波导的透过率.分析结果表明镀适当厚度的透明介质膜中空金属波导传输损耗较小,而常规的中空光纤损耗较大.分析了介质膜中空波导膜层厚度以及膜材料对光传输损耗的影响.还提出了镀介质膜中空锥形波导的结构,这种波导可以同时具有低耦合损耗与低传输损耗  相似文献

与无机铁氧体比较,以二茂铁为原料,按专利文献合成的二茂铁有机磁体在广泛的温度范围内磁性能十分稳定,在10~1800MHz的高频、微波下,磁导率(μ')和磁损耗(μ〃)基本不随使用频率而变化.应用研究表明,它是一类新型的软磁材料,适于制作许多高频和微波电子器件.  相似文献

W型Ba_(1-x)La_xCo_2Fe_(16)O_(27)的微波吸收性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用溶胶-凝胶法制备镧掺杂W型钡铁氧体Ba1-xLaxCo2Fe16O27(x=0,0.1,0.2,0-3)样品。用XRD和SEM对样品的晶体结构、表面形貌、粒径进行表征,用微波矢量网络分析仪测试该样品在2-18GHz微波频率范围的复介电常数、复磁导率,根据测量数据计算电磁损耗角正切及得出微波反射率与频率的关系,探讨该材料的微波吸收性能与电磁损耗机理。研究结果表明:适量稀土镧掺杂能改善微波吸收性能,在x=0.2时,样品微波吸收效果最好;当样品厚度为1.90mm及x=0.2时,吸收峰值为16.2dB,10dB以上频带宽度达4.0GHz样品的微波吸收来自磁损耗和介电损耗的共同作用,磁损耗更为显著。  相似文献

采用水热法,在碱性条件下,以PEG-6000与水的混合溶液为反应介质,以硫代硫酸钠氧化前驱体氢氧化亚铁制备Fe3O4晶粉.采用X线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物结构和形貌进行表征.用微波矢量网络分析仪测试了样品在2~18 GHz微波频率范围内的复介电常数和复磁导率,计算微波反射系数,探讨材料的微波损耗机制.研究结果表明:在水热反应一定时间后,得到单分散的尖晶石型Fe3O4晶粒,颗粒呈规则的尖锥八面体形貌且表面平整;对反应为12h、厚度为2.8 mm的样品,7.1 GHz频率位置的反射系数峰值为-35 dB,小于-10dB吸收带宽为7.9 GHz;低频段(2~13 GHz)的微波吸收主要源于磁损耗兼具介电损耗,高频段(13~18GHz)的微波吸收主要源于介电损耗且磁损耗弱.尖锥微八面体Fe3O4是一种低反射率宽带微波吸收材料.  相似文献

系统地研究了纳米晶FeB合金颗粒的微波磁性.样品由机械合金化方法制备,X射线衍射实验表明合金颗粒是由尺寸约为10 nm左右的纳米微晶组成的.对FeB合金系列样品进行直流及微波磁性测量,结果表明:(1) 纳米晶 FeB合金颗粒的饱和磁化强度σS随B含量增加而单调下降.(2) FeB合金颗粒的磁损耗μ",在B含量约为5at.%时达到最大值,其有效复数磁导率为μ=3.06-j3.44,相应的内禀磁导率达μi=5.67-j12.11,当B含量超过10at.%时,磁损耗μ"显著降低.(3) 磁损耗μ"的峰值频率随B含量的增加,基本呈下降趋势.通过上述研究,我们得出如下结论:(1) 合理地选择纳米晶 FeB合金颗粒的成分,可以有效地提高磁损耗μ".(2) 金属间化合物FeB相的出现,对材料的微波磁性将产生不利影响.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
