药物中硫酸新霉素含量测定的新分光光度法

文章报道了硫酸新霉素（ＮＭＳ）的分光光度法测定的新方法．基于在醋酸钠介质（ｐＨ＝７．５）中，室温下，硫酸新霉素与Ｃｕ２＋反应１０ｍｉｎ生成摩尔比为１∶１的蓝色配合物，在６４０ｎｍ处有最大吸收．这个方法的线型范围为０．２～２．０ｍｇ／ｍｌ，ｒ＝０．９９９７，检测限为０．０２ｍｇ／ｍｌ，变异系数为２．４％（ｎ＝１０）．用于硫酸新霉素制剂的测定，平均回收率为（９９．０±１．９）％（ｎ＝８）     

花鼠幼仔的生长发育研究

通过对花鼠的室内笼养试验，系统地观测了花鼠幼仔的出生及生长发育过程．结果表明：初生鼠体重平均为雌鼠３．８３±０．０７ｇ，雄鼠３．８６±０．０９ｇ；雌雄仔鼠性比为１∶１；仔鼠睁眼时间平均为２９．４７±０．４３ｄ，下门齿１７～１８ｄ长出，上门齿２３～２６ｄ长出，３５～４０ｄ后独立生活．出生到独立生活，仔鼠的存活率为６４．７１％；初生到４０日龄仔鼠的体重、体长及尾长均随日龄呈线性增长，回归方程为：体重：Ｙ＝０．５６Ｘ＋３．９４（ｒ＝０．９９５１）；体长：Ｙ＝１．１２Ｘ＋４７．８９（ｒ＝０．９８７２）；尾长：Ｙ＝１．７３Ｘ＋１８．９１（ｒ＝０．９７６９）     

鼠肾脏近曲小管细胞的分离

我们采用改良的胶原酶消化－－密度梯度离心法分离大鼠肾近曲小管细胞，从麻醉的鼠取肾脏置入ＫＨＢ（Ｋｒｅｂｓ－Ｈｅｎｓｅｌｅｉｔ－Ｂｕｆｆｅｒ）液中，去髓质，取出皮质，经胶原酶Ⅰ消化后，用３７％Ｐｅｒｃｏｌｌ分离液（２４０ｇ，５℃，离心１５ｍｉｎ）分离鼠肾近曲小管细胞，并采用ｆｕｒａ－２／Ａｍ测定肾近曲小管细胞浆内游离ｃａ＋＋浓度，其值为：２０１．２２±１４４．６０ｎＭｏｌ（ｎ＝１２）。     

中华鳖幼鳖的能量代谢（Ⅰ）──水中呼吸及其与温度、体重的关系

测定了饥饿状态下中华鳖（Ｔｒｉｏｎｙｘｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ）幼鳖在水中的呼吸代谢及其与温度、体重的关系。体重１６～１５０ｇ的幼鳖在水温２８℃下的个体耗氧率Ｒ可表示为：ｌｇ（Ｒ／ｍＬ·ｈ－１）＝０．６３１４ｌｇ（Ｗ／ｇ）－１．０５４９（Ｗ为个体湿重）；ｒ＝０．９１，ｎ＝２６，Ｐ＜０．００１，这时幼鳖的单位体重耗氧率Ｖ与体重呈如下负相关关系：Ｖ＝８８．１２５４Ｗ－０．３６８６；ｒ＝０．８０，ｎ＝２６，Ｐ＜０．００１．中华鳖能够正常活动、摄食的温度范围为２０～３５℃。２０，２４，２６，２８，３０，３２，３５℃下３０～６０ｇ幼鳖水中呼吸耗氧率的变动范围为２４．３７～３１．２０ｍＬ·ｋ－１·ｈ－１．ｔ检验表明温度对鳖在水中的呼吸没有显著影响．

采用三（间－磺基苯基）膦（ＴＰＰＳ）作还原剂制备而得＾９９ｍＴｃＮ（ＮＯＥＴ）２（ＮＯＥＴ：Ｎ－乙氧基，Ｎ－乙基氨荒酸钠），经ＴＬＣ检测标记物的放化纯大于９０％，将＾９９ｍＴｃＮ（ＮＯＥＴ）２进行了大鼠体内生物分布测试，结果表明＾９９ｍＴｃＮ（ＮＯＥＴ）心肌摄取快而且摄取率高，５ｍｉｎ心肌摄取量ＸＩＤ（即每克组织中含量占总注射量的百分比）为５．２２％ｇ＾－１，心肌滞留时间长，６０ｍｉｎ为３．０９％     

关于二部图的圈的几个结果

不同草种单播草坪蒸散量与脯氨酸含量的研究

对草地早熟禾、多年生黑麦草、高羊茅、狗牙根、结缕草和野牛草6种常见草坪草草坪的蒸散量进行的研究表明在充分灌水的条件下，冷地型草坪的蒸散量显著大于暖地型草坪（P〈0．01）；三种冷地型草坪问差异较小；暖地型草坪中狗牙根和结缕草的蒸散量显著高于野牛草（P〈0．01）．限制灌水条件下，6种草坪的蒸散量差异均显著（P〈0．05或0．01），其顺序为：高羊茅〉早熟禾〉黑麦草〉狗牙根〉结缕草〉野牛草．结缕草蒸散量在一天内随温度的升高而增加，但在温度维持在较高时由于气孔关团导致蒸腾降低从而蒸散量降低．五种草坪草脯氨酸含量顺序为高羊茅〉多年生黑麦草〉草地早熟禾〉结缕草〉狗牙根．     

氨合成铁催化剂上化学吸附物种的in－situ FTIR谱

应用原位傅里哀变换红外光谱方法，分别在４００～４５０℃、常压、高空速（１２０００～１４４００ｈ．ｓ．ｖ．ｇ．）的Ｈ２、Ｎ２／３Ｈ２或Ｎ２气氛的动态条件下，检测了双促进氨合成铁催化剂上的化学吸附物种，并分别在Ｄ２、Ｎ２／３Ｄ２或１５ＮＨ３／Ｈ２气氛中，进行了常规同位素验证实验．结果表明，催化剂表面的主要含氮化学吸附物种是分子态的Ｎ２．ａｄ，其ｕ（Ｎ－Ｎ）＝２０３６ｃｍ－１（ｓ），２０１２ｃｍ－１（ｗ）和１９３５ｃｍ－１（ｗ），而不是原子态的Ｎａｄ，其ｕ（Ｆｅ－Ｎ）＝１０８７ｃｍ－１（ｖｗ），和ＮＨａｄ其ｕ（Ｆｅ－Ｎ）＝８８６ｃｍ－１（ｖｗ），表面有相当量的化学吸附氢存在，其ｖ（Ｆｅ－Ｈ）＝２０５６ｃｍ－１（ｓ），１９５０ｃｍ－１（ｍｓ），１９３１ｃｍ－１（ｍ），１９０２ｃｍ－１（ｗ），９１５ｃｍ－１（ｓ，桥式）等．作为与报道过的激光拉曼光谱的互补研究，本结果支持了以缔合式途径为主、解离式途径为次的平行竞争缔合式合成氨催化反应机理．     

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.

Advances in broadband wireless communications under high-mobility scenarios

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications （up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds） in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Because signal transmission in very high-speed scenarios will inevitably experience serious deterioration, it is imperative to develop key broadband mobile communi- cation techniques for such high-speed vehicles.

Scale-based spatial data model for GIS

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.

Characterization of root-nodulating bacteria on Retama raetam in arid Tunisian soils

The aim of this study is to investigate the diversity of Retama raetam root-nodule bacteria isolated from arid regions of Tunisia. Twelve isolates, chosen as representative for different 16S rRNA gene patterns, were characterized by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phenotypic analysis. Isolates were assigned to Sinorhizobium, Rhizobium and Agrobacterium. Symbiotic properties of Sinorhizobium and Rhizobium isolates showed a large diversity in their capacity to infect their host plant and fix atmospheric nitrogen. Strain RK 22 identified as Rhizobium was the most effective isolate.
