目的:观察口服小剂量依那普利、氢氯噻嗪及小剂量倍他乐克治疗原发性高血压的临床效果.方法:实验组86例高血压患者,口服依那普利5mg,2次/d,氢氯噻嗪12.5mg,2次/d,倍他乐克12.5mg,2次/d;对照组80例高血压患者,口服依那普利5mg,2次/d.结果:实验组比对照组临床疗效显著提高.结论:联合应用小剂量依那普利、小剂量氢氯噻嗪及小剂量倍他乐克治疗高血压与单独应用依那普利可使治疗效果显著提高.  相似文献

对60例原发性高血压患者用卡托普利25mg3/d加双氢充尿噻(简称双克)12.5mg2/d口服治疗,与对照组采用复方降压片每次2片,每日3次治疗的60例对比观察,两组总有效率分别为91.7%及76.6%(P<0.01)。笔者认为采用上述剂量的卡托普利加双克治疗原发性高血压降压效果确切,症状态改善明显,到反应小。现将疗效观察结果报告如下。  相似文献

对茶叶中提取咖啡碱的方法进行了改进,方法为:95%乙醇回流提取一水浴蒸馏回收乙醇→加M如中和鞣酸、吸收乙醇和水分→90℃左右烘干乙醇、水分→油浴180~190℃加热粗提物,咖啡碱升华→纯品.武夷岩茶生产副产品茶末、茶片、茶梗中咖啡因含量分别为:45.65±0.66(mg/g)、42.14±5.68(mg/g)、25.55±0.55(mg/g),从中提取咖啡碱率分别达到0.97±0.30(%)、0.44±0.08(%)、0.38±0.07(%).用紫外和红外光谱法定性定量,产品为咖啡碱,纯度达到80%以上.对提取条件以正交实验优选结果,主要影响因素为提取温度,最优提取条件为温度70℃、料液比1:12.5、提取时间20min.  相似文献

目的:评价加替沙星治疗单纯性淋病合并沙眼衣原体和(或)解脲支原体感染的疗效与安全性。方法:病例总数72例,随机分为加替沙星组和对照组。加替沙星组35例,加替沙星片400mg,口服,每日1次,疗程10d;对照组37例,头孢曲松250mg,一次肌注,多西环素100mg,口服,一日2次。疗程10d。结果:加替沙星组和对照组临床有效率分别为91.4%、91.9%,临床痊愈率分别为85.7%、83.8%;淋球菌(NG)清除率分别为100%、97.3%,沙眼衣原体(CT)阴转率分别为94.1%、88.9%,解脲支原体(UU)清除率分别为84.6%、82.1%,差异均无显著性意义(P〉0.05);不良反应发生率分别为5.7l%、24.32%(P〈0.05),差异有显著性意义。结论:加替沙星治疗单纯性淋病合并沙眼衣原体和(或)解脲支原体感染与常规治疗方案相比,疗效相近,安全性和耐受性良好。  相似文献

目的 为建立甲氯噻嗪中甲醇有机溶剂残留量的气相色谱测定法。采用2.1米不锈钢拄,内径3mm,内装二乙烯苯一乙基乙烯苯型高分子多孔小球(O.25~0.32mm)为固定相,柱温125℃,FID检测器,温度:200℃。以外标法测定甲氯噻嗪中的甲醇的残留量。结果在50~500μ/mL范围内,线性良好,r=0.9985,平均回收率98.7%(n=6)RSD为5.6%。本法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于控制产品质量。  相似文献

将40羽80周龄新罗曼商品代蛋鸡随机分为5个组,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和对照组的添加量分别为2.089mg/d只、4.259mg/d只、6.356mg/d只、8.263mg/d只和0mg/d只。结果表明:日粮中添加辛伐他汀,试验各组与对照组间及试验Ⅱ组和其他各组间采食量差异极显著(P〈0.01);试验Ⅱ和其他各组间产蛋量差异均显著(P〈0.05);试验Ⅳ组和其他各组蛋黄、肝脏和卵巢中胆固醇含量差异均极显著(P〈0.01)。综合分析显示,药物的添加量为6.356mg/d只时对鸡的产蛋性能及蛋中胆固醇含量降低的效果最好。  相似文献

目的 探讨有机氯农药硫丹对长爪沙鼠血细胞免疫功能相关因子的影响。方法将50只长爪沙鼠随机分成5组,各组动物所用硫丹灌胃的剂量依次为:0mg/(kg·d)、0.4mg/(kg·d)、0.8mg/(kg·d)、1.6mg/(kg·d)和6.4mg//(kg·d)。灌胃21d后,取血检测血细胞免疫功能相关因子的表达。结果药物处理后,红细胞表面CD59因子和B淋巴细胞表面CD35因子的表达量在各实验组和对照组间没有明显差异(P〉0.05)。红细胞膜表面CD58因子随硫丹浓度的升高显著下降,0.8mg,/(kg·d)、1.6mg/(kg·d)和6.4/mg/(kg·d)组较对照组有显著降低(P〈0.05)。结论硫丹能抑制长爪沙鼠红细胞膜表面CD58因子表达,但对红细胞膜表面CD59和B细胞表面的CD35的表达没有影响。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献
