基于自适应背景模型的全方位视觉人体运动检测   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
设计了一种新的全方位视觉系统,用来在室内对多个人体目标进行实时运动检测。系统中使用全方位摄像机作为图像采集设备,能在一幅图像中获取水平方向360°的环境信息。在检测开始之前,首先由摄像机对无人环境持续观测一段时间,建立背景的统计模型;在检测开始之后,将每一时刻全方位摄像机采集到的图像变换成柱状全景图像,再利用背景的统计模型,通过自适应的动态背景减除算法得到前景区域,同时在线更新背景模型。最后进行区域分割,确定人体的位置。试验结果表明,该系统在复杂背景的室内环境下,有较好的实时性和检测效果。  相似文献

SPR双分差动干涉成像生物分子相互作用分析仪   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
药物筛选和蛋白质组学研究需要高灵敏度和高通量的生物分子相互作用分析仪。该文提出了表面等离子体共振(surface plasmon resonance,SPR)双分差动干涉成像方法和折射率相关因子(refractive index related factor,RIRF)的概念,研制了一种新的分析仪。从传感表面反射的光经过1/2波片、成像透镜和偏振分束镜后分成正交的2束,分别承载同一时刻传感表面的光强互补的2幅干涉图像,投射在2台CCD上,连续同时采集图像并处理后得到反映传感面上折射率变化的RIRF分布图,可解析出生物分子相互作用的特征信息。性能测试结果表明:分析仪动态范围约为0.015折射率单位(refractive index unit,RIU),灵敏度为57.15RIRF/RIU,检测分辨率约为8.5×10-6RIU,检测通量高于100,测量重复性优于95%。该分析仪的阵列生物分子相互作用检测结果和Biacore仪器的检测结果有平行性。  相似文献

为了实现高速运动物体的高品质实时检测,提出一种基于面阵CCD的快速曝光图像采集系统的设计方法。采用VSP01M01作为驱动芯片,在外触发模式下,在同一帧图像的读出脉冲之前进行曝光,以FPGA作为图像采集系统的控制核心,完成对快速运动图像的快速采集。实验测试表明,系统具有性能稳定、数据传输实时性强、图像品质高,快门时间最快可达10-4s,充分满足了工业现场对相机采集快门速度的要求,此系统已在以直线电机为运动载体的轴承检测中实现。  相似文献

裂缝是隧道衬砌最常见的病害之一,裂缝检测是后期隧道养护的前提。在图像采集过程中对隧道衬砌裂缝进行实时快速识别,对提高隧道病害检测效率具有重要的意义。针对传统的裂缝图像识别方法存在运行速度慢、效率低等缺点,提出基于图像结构信息的隧道衬砌裂缝实时快速识别方法。首先将图像结构信息用图像像素的灰度均值、标准差和结构元素掩码表示,随后采用不同方向的结构元素掩码对采集的当前图像进行卷积运算,并计算当前图像与样本图像之间的亮度信息和对比度信息,最后计算图像结构信息因子,可实时快速识别出衬砌裂缝,并通过接受者操作特征曲线估计最优参数和最佳阈值。现场实验结果表明,算法的识别时间远小于图像的采集和存储时间,识别速度快且准确性高,可显著提高隧道衬砌病害的检测效率,具有一定的工程应用价值。  相似文献

为改善光学相干层析成像(OCT)技术图像的获取速度和灵敏度,搭建了一套基于光谱干涉法的谱域光学相干层析成像系(SD-OCT).该系统采用宽带光源照明,通过光纤迈克尔逊干涉仪产生物体的干涉图形并被光谱仪采集,物体内部结构图像则由干涉图形的傅里叶变换获得.研究表明,SD-OCT的数据获取速度比传统的OCT系统提高了将近40倍,达到了16 000/s的轴向扫描速率,其灵敏度也改善了20~30 dB.因此,SD-OCT可实现工程和生物材料内部结构的实时三维图像重构.  相似文献

针对非均匀光照条件下图像的分割问题,提出一种基于FPGA的实时图像分割方法。得到了一种非均匀光照下分割效果较好的方法。首先,使用图像传感器采集原始的图像数据,然后进行sobel边缘检测,最后对其进行Bernsen局部二值化得到分割图像。本方法使用FPGA来对图像进行高速采集和并行处理,实时完成图像边缘检测及局部二值化。经现场调试证明本方法可以有效分割图像,使其目标更加突出,从而改善了非均匀光照对图像分割质量带来的影响,并具有良好的实时性。  相似文献

对普通平行平板剪切干涉在结构上进行了改进, 将傅立叶光学空间频率合成原理应用于横向剪切干涉对光束的准直性进行检测. 普通剪切干涉方法通常是根据干涉条纹密度判断光束, 本文通过条纹倾斜状况判断光束; 实验数据处理应用计算机对采集到的图像进行Radon变换, 提高了对条纹倾斜的判断精度, 从而提高了判别光束口径的范围和精度.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Because signal transmission in very high-speed scenarios will inevitably experience serious deterioration, it is imperative to develop key broadband mobile communi- cation techniques for such high-speed vehicles.  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the diversity of Retama raetam root-nodule bacteria isolated from arid regions of Tunisia. Twelve isolates, chosen as representative for different 16S rRNA gene patterns, were characterized by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phenotypic analysis. Isolates were assigned to Sinorhizobium, Rhizobium and Agrobacterium. Symbiotic properties of Sinorhizobium and Rhizobium isolates showed a large diversity in their capacity to infect their host plant and fix atmospheric nitrogen. Strain RK 22 identified as Rhizobium was the most effective isolate.  相似文献
