以氯化镉、二氧化硒及硫化钠为原料在水相中直接合成巯基乙酸稳定的CdSe/CdS核壳型量子点,对所合成的核壳量子点的晶体结构、形貌特点及光学特性进行了X线粉末衍射(XRD)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)和荧光光谱(PL)表征.XRD结果表明合成的CdSe/CdS核壳量子点表现出显著的立方晶系结构CdS的特征峰;TEM结果显示所合成的量子点形貌呈近球状,直径大约6nm.CdSe/CdS量子点发射黄色荧光,其荧光强度是CdSe的10倍左右.将CdSe/CdS量子点与蓝光InGaN芯片组合得到白光发光二极管(LED),所得白光LED的显示指数为77.1,与当前商业用的YAG白光LED相当,说明所合成的CdSe/CdS核壳量子点可作为白光LED备选荧光材料.  相似文献

通过溶胶-凝胶法制备出ZnO、CdS和CdS/ZnO核壳结构量子点的前驱体,在空气气氛下高温处理后得到壳厚度为10nm左右的CdS/ZnO核壳结构.CdS/ZnO核壳结构会导致紫外吸收边产生明显的红移.与ZnO和CdS相比,核壳结构使CdS/ZnO的激发、发射光谱都产生了明显变化,并且提高了发光强度.研究发现核壳结构会使ZnO和CdS原有的能级结构发生变化.  相似文献

基于连续注射进样系统,研究了水溶性CdS量子点的合成方法。结果表明连续注射技术可实现对反应物比例的精确控制,从而快速确定最佳反应物比例,所制得CdS量子点荧光特性较为稳定。激发波长范围为340~360 nm,且在480~510 nm的宽波长范围有强烈荧光发射。在最佳反应物比例为nCd:nTGA:nS=1.00:1.15:0.90时,最大荧光发射波长为504 nm。CdS量子点的荧光显微成像表明其水溶液分散性良好。  相似文献

在水溶液中合成巯基乙酸修饰的CdTe/CdS量子点(QDs),再基于Hg2+与CdTe/CdS量子点的荧光猝灭作用,建立用CdTe/CdS量子点作为荧光探针检测微量汞的新方法,并用该方法测定水中汞的含量。研究表明,pH值为6.24的磷酸缓冲溶液中,量子点浓度为3.75×10-4mol/L时,Hg2+离子浓度在2.3~150μg/L范围与CdTe/CdS量子点荧光猝灭强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9985,检出限为0.87μg/L,回收率为99.0%~107.5%。该方法检测效果好,可用于实际样品分析。  相似文献

采用连续离子层吸附法,以ZnO纳米棒阵列为模板,将窄带CdS和更窄带层状MoS_2依次包覆在ZnO纳米棒表面,得到一种ZnO/CdS/MoS_2异质结纳米棒阵列.利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、高分辨透射电子显微镜和拉曼光谱对产物进行了表征.结果表明,CdS鞘和MoS_2鞘依次均匀地包覆在垂直生长的ZnO纳米棒上,且结合过程中未明显影响内芯ZnO的棒状结构.在异质结结构中,ZnO/CdS界面、CdS/MoS_2界面接触良好且晶格失配率低.此外,一维ZnO纳米棒阵列的存在也抑制了MoS_2在c轴方向上的堆积,使包覆在纳米棒上的MoS_2以少层的形式存在.原位电输运特性表明,与ZnO纳米棒和ZnO/CdS异质结纳米棒相比,ZnO/CdS/MoS_2异质结纳米棒则呈现出了更优的电学特性.  相似文献

针对量子点在聚苯乙烯(PS)微球中包载率不高的问题,首先通过热循环单前驱体耦合法制备出高效发光的CdSe/CdS核壳量子点,再采用配体交换及乳液聚合法将制备的CdSe/CdS核壳量子点包载在PS微球中.实验结果表明:所制备的CdSe/CdS核壳量子点的荧光量子产率超过90%;经过配体交换,不仅提高了量子点的溶解度,而且PS微球对量子点的包载率提高至87%.该结果对于提高量子点荧光微球在荧光免疫分析中的检测灵敏度具有较重要的意义.  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射两步法制备出CdS/ZnO复合膜,并通过XRD、SEM、AFM、UV-vis、IPCE表征了制备的薄膜。SEM及AFM测试表明,相比于单独的CdS薄膜,CdS/ZnO复合膜的表面形成了更加明显的介孔结构;光电转换效率测试表明,相比单独的CdS薄膜,CdS/ZnO复合膜表现出更高的转换效率,0V(vs. Ag/AgCl)偏压下,IPCE值由36.1%(410nm)增大到66.1%(410nm)。光电转换效率的增加一方面是由介孔表面引起的光吸收增加以及表面活性位增多引起;另一方面,两种半导体的复合形成异质结,异质结的形成促进了光生电子-空穴的分离,提高了薄膜的光电转换效率。  相似文献

半导体量子点具有量子尺寸效应,其半导体带隙随着量子点尺寸的减小而增大.在油酸石蜡绿色合成体系中通过引入表面活性剂油胺来调控Cd Se量子点尺寸.加入油胺可得到大粒径的Cd Se量子点,其发光光谱范围可以扩展到红光区域,得到发射波长为630 nm的量子点.对红光量子点进行二氧化硅包覆得到稳定的光转换材料,并与蓝光LED芯片以及黄光荧光粉进行封装得到显色指数Ra为90的高显色指数白光LED器件.  相似文献

研究了一种基于导光板量子点网点微结构的背光新技术,提出了一个方案,即将红/绿量子点按合适的比例填充到导光板网点油墨中,然后以蓝光LED作为入射光源来激发导光板网点微结构中的红/绿量子点,以获得相应的红/绿光,并将其与剩余蓝光混合形成白光.在该方案中,重点研究了背光源白平衡的关键影响因素,其中包括红/绿量子点的合适配比、蓝光激发强度以及油墨等.最后,基于此技术试制了背光模组样机,并通过印刷方式加工了625 nm/525 nm的红/绿量子点网点的微结构,同时采用中心波长为450 nm的蓝光LED激发,通过测试,该样机输出的白光CIE1931色坐标为(0.3175,0.314),色温为6 281K,色域覆盖率达到119.3%.实验结果表明:该方案可行性较高,是一种与传统侧入式背光生产工艺较为贴近的量子点背光源新方案.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees.
