目的为提高冬季农村居民的室内舒适度,改善农居室内局部热环境,降低能耗,减少污染,提出一种新的将相变材料和毛细管网型末端相结合的相变蓄热模块供暖系统.方法根据供水温度和相变材料的填充量的不同组合设计了不同工况,并搭建了对比测试实验平台,对模块蓄放热时间及模块表面温度进行测试和分析.结果相变蓄热模块系统在填充4 kg相变材料、供水温度为50℃时蓄热时间最短,为80 min;在填充5 kg相变材料、供水温度为40℃时的蓄热时间最长,为160 min;在填充5 kg相变材料,供水温度为50℃时的蓄热时间为100 min;在填充4 kg相变材料,供水温度为40℃时的蓄热时间为120 min;填充4 kg和5 kg相变材料的模块系统表面温度保持在25℃以上的持续放热时间分别为8 h和10 h.结论相变蓄热模块供暖系统可联合火炕以及太阳能热水系统、户用小型锅炉等多种低温热源;基于毛细管网的相变蓄热模块能较好的满足用户对模块放热时间的要求,可以有效改善室内局部热环境.  相似文献

基于相变蓄热水箱的发展现状,结合家用生活热水系统相关设计规范及标准,对相变水箱的结构进行了设计,并采用有限元软件对相变水箱的性能进行了模拟研究.首先建立了相变水箱的数值计算模型并利用实验数据验证模型的准确性;在此基础上,通过蓄放热阶段水温响应特性、相变材料温度及液相比等参数,对相变水箱的蓄放热特性进行了研究;另外,比较分析了不同相变层厚度参数对相变水箱蓄放热过程的影响,并对相变材料的用量进行了优化.结果表明,对于家用水箱,增设相变材料层可以延长水箱蓄热过程;在水箱放热过程中,放热时间随着相变层厚度的增加呈现先延长后缩短的变化趋势;与其他相变厚度的模拟工况相比,相变层厚度为30 mm时,水箱的释热性能最佳,放热时间较普通水箱增加10%左右,且维持水温处于较高温度的时间有所延长.可见相变材料的蓄放热特性直接影响着家用水箱的性能,寻求相变材料的最优用量可为相变水箱的设计及实际应用提供参考.  相似文献

建立了相变蓄热球体堆积床热性能的传热模型,应用焓法计算了蓄热体内部的相变过程,得到了蓄热体在同一点各时刻及同一时刻各点的蓄热与放热性能曲线图,分析了多种因素对蓄热放热性能的影响,为相变蓄热球体堆积床的性能分析提供了理论指导,为其在空调中的应用奠定了基础.  相似文献

文中设计、加工了一种热风式相变蓄热板,布置在建筑墙体内侧,应用于建筑采暖系统中。实验测试和分析了基于相变蓄热板的模型房间换热特性,在TRNSYS软件中搭建相变蓄热房间的动态热模型,模拟得到相变蓄热房间热特性的变化规律。结果表明,安装有相变蓄热系统的房间平均温度高出普通房间4~5 ℃,说明该相变蓄热系统可以提高房间温度,改善房间的热舒适性,建立的相变蓄热系统动态热特性模型能较好地预测温度变化过程,为太阳能热风式相变蓄热建筑设计提供了参考。  相似文献

针对相变材料无机盐KNO3/NaNO3(摩尔比50/50)导热系数低,影响了蓄热系统充放热过程传热效率,制备了适用于太阳能热发电系统的无机盐/膨胀石墨复合相变材料,对复合相变材料的微观结构和热物性进行了分析,并搭建充放热测试平台对相变材料分别进行了热性能研究。结果表明:复合相变材料中的无机盐均匀分布在膨胀石墨中,其相变潜热与基于复合材料中无机盐质量分数的计算值相当,添加膨胀石墨后相变材料的导热系数得到了改善;在充热过程中纯无机盐的换热方式以自然对流为主,同一蓄热单元内沿轴向上下位置温差较大,不同蓄热单元内相同位置完成充热过程所需时间从上到下依次增加,而对于无机盐/膨胀石墨复合相变材料(质量比90/10)充热过程以导热为主;与纯无机盐不同,同一蓄热单元内沿轴向上下位置温度变化趋势基本一致,不同蓄热单元相同位置完成充热过程所需时间几乎没有差别。添加膨胀石墨后,相变材料的充热过程所需时间减少较小,而放热过程所需时间减少约45%,传热介质流量的变化对复合相变材料充/放热过程影响较小。  相似文献

通过对相变蓄热型太阳能烟囱模型通风蓄放热变化过程的计算,分析比较不同相变蓄热墙导热系数对太阳能烟囱性能的影响.计算结果表明:吸热板最大表面温度随着相变蓄热墙导热系数的增大越接近相变蓄热墙的相变温度;蓄热阶段,入口平均风速随着相变蓄热墙导热系数的增大而减小;放热阶段,入口平均风速随着相变蓄热墙导热系数的增大反而越大;相变蓄热墙导热系数越大,蓄热型太阳能烟囱系统16h的累计通风量越高,但在导热系数增大到0.66 W·(m·K)-1后,再增大材料导热系数,累计通风量几乎不再增加.  相似文献

采用COMSOL Multiphysics计算流体动力学软件建立相变蓄热水箱的数值模型,通过实验验证数值计算模型的准确性,并对相变蓄热水箱结构进行优化.分析不同环形金属隔板分层数和隔板厚度对相变蓄热水箱蓄放、热过程的影响.结果表明:在相变层内部设置的环形金属隔板可改善相变蓄热水箱的运行特性;蓄热过程中,环形金属隔板分层数和隔板厚度的增加有利于固态相变材料熔化,潜热利用率得到提升;放热过程中,增设环形金属隔板能使相变材料达到更低的固相比;厚度为5 mm的环形金属隔板对促进相变材料液化、维持水温的作用强于厚度为2,10 mm的环形金属隔板.  相似文献

定形相变材料在蓄热采暖领域有重要应用。分别用低密度聚乙烯和高密度聚乙烯为支撑材料制备了定形相变材料,分析了材料的均匀性和稳定性,讨论了材料中石蜡掺混比例的临界值,利用电子扫描显微镜、DSC2910差示扫描量热仪研究了其理化结构及热性能,并将定形相变材料与混凝土掺混,研究了其热性能。实验结果表明:高密度聚乙烯更适合做支撑封装材料,材料热性能和稳定性较好;定形相变材料和混凝土搀混后材料的单位体积蓄热量也有相当提高。  相似文献

本文设计了一种太阳能热水供热与相变蓄热组合的热炕供热系统,为提高蓄热炕的热响应,配置了高导热复合相变材料,利用数值模拟对炕体单元进行三维非稳态瞬态传热模拟。通过控制变量法,对太阳能相变蓄热炕的相变材料导热系数、相变温度、相变潜热等炕体热工特性影响因素进行模拟分析,得出:相变材料导热系数、供水温度、相变潜热对相变炕的热响应时间影响显著,且相变潜热决定放热时长,相变温度、相变温度范围对相变炕的垫面温度有明显影响。最后,以十二水磷酸氢二钠复合相变材料作为炕体的蓄热材料,对炕体进行蓄放热模拟设计,发现垫面温度昼间可达到17.1 ℃,夜间可达到30.3 ℃,可以很好地满足居民的热舒适要求。  相似文献

以Stefan半无限大理论为基础,建立柱坐标系下一维径向相变传热的数学模型;运用摄动法推导相变材料熔点处液相热导率与相界面移动规律之间的测量模型,基于此模型设计一套测量相变材料熔点附近热导率的测量系统。采用相变蓄热系统中常用的结晶水合盐——八水氢氧化钡作为实验对象,分别在热边界温度为356,361和366 K时进行实验,通过测量相界面的移动变化规律,计算得到相变材料的热导率。研究结果表明:在这3个热边界温度下,相变材料液相热导率测量平均值分别为0.673,0.658和0.651 W·m-1·K-1;采用该方法进行测量时,只需控制热源边界温度,无需测量热流密度,1次实验即可获得多组热导率,测量精度较高,具有较强实用性。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
