Two classical theories, the technology acceptance model (TAM) and the innovation diffusion theory (IDT), were integrated into a model for analyzing individual information technology (IT) adoption behavior. In this IDT-TAM framework, the perceived characteristics of innovation are categorized as subjective evaluation, objective conditions, and interaction factors. The cognitive mechanisms that drive user IT acceptance are analyzed based on the patterns through which these characteristics influence individual user IT adoption behavior. The model was tested using an empirical survey regarding the adoption and use of e-mail in China. Results from a structural equation model analysis illustrate that the model provides meaningful insights for understanding, explaining, and predicting the IT adoption behavior of Chinese users.  相似文献

The alignment between information systems (IS) and business strategy along with its implications for perceived IS effectiveness and business performance is an important question, which is rarely studied in China. Based on an empirical study, this paper summarized the significance of IS strategic alignment and its impact on business performance. This study also measured business strategy, information system strategy, and information system strategic alignment, built a conceptual model to describe the relationship between these factors, and investigated their implications for information system performance and business performance. A structural equation model was employed to test the conceptual model. Analyses of data gathered in a survey indicate that information system strategic alignment is a better predictor of business performance than business strategy or information system strategy alone, although business strategy can significantly influence business performance.  相似文献

Recent studies have shown that the perceived lack of security is a major obstacle to the wider acceptance of e-commerce. To overcome this barrier, businesses need to implement comprehensive consumer protection systems that protect consumers during every stage of the purchasing process. This paper used the consumer behaviour model as the basis for analysing risks in Bussiness-to-Consumer (B2C) transactions. Four categories of risks were identified: information, agreement, payment and delivery risk. By combining these risk categories with the three dimensions of management, technology and legislation, a comprehensive B2C consumer protection framework is developed.  相似文献

The technology acceptance model (TAM) is an important tool in information technology research. Many scholars have applied the classical TAM to various research domains. However, the relationships between variables in these TAM models are not strongly desired. Thirty-four articles selected from international journals were analyzed to show that most of the relationships in the classical TAM are significant, but the stabilities of these relationships differ. The significant positive relationships between perceived ease of use and its independent variables are more stable than the others. Various factors can strengthen or weaken these relationships.  相似文献

Cognition and emotion have long been thought of as independent systems. However, recent research in the cognitive and neurobiological sciences has shown that the relationship between cognition and emotion is more interdependent than separate. Based on evidence from behavioral and neuroscientific research, researchers have realized that it is necessary to propose a new conceptual framework to describe the relationship between cognition and emotion. In this article, recent research from behavioral, neuroscientific and developmental research on the interaction between cognition and emotion is summarized, and how the interaction of cognition and emotion might affect computer science and artificial intelligence is discussed. To get a better understanding of user behavior towards online learning systems, the technology acceptance model (TAM) was extended to include an intrinsic motivational factor. An online survey posted on a campus BBS was conducted to collect research data with a total of 121 usable responses. The results support the motivational model and show that the explained variance of online learning system use behavior is 71.3% higher than that of the original TAM explanation.  相似文献

Cross-modal interactions between visual understanding and linguistic processing substantially contribute to the remarkable robustness of human language processing.We argue that the formation of cross-modal referential links is a prerequisite for the occurrence of cross-modal interactions between vision and language.In this paper we examine a computational model for a cross-modal reference formation with respect to its robustness against conceptual underspecification in the visual modality.This investigation is motivated by the fact that natural systems are well capable of establishing a cross-modal reference between modalities with different degrees of conceptual specification.In the investigated model,conceptually underspecified context information continues to drive the syntactic disambiguation of verb-centered syntactic ambiguities as long as the visual context contains the situation arity information of the visual scene.  相似文献

With the entry to WTO and development of IT, banks in China are adjusting their competitive strategies to meet the competition. Internet banking has become a kind of strategic choice to response to the entry to WTO. Based on relevantly selective reviews of literature of strategy theory and research, a model is developed to study banks' strategic response to entry to WTO. According to a survey of 192 sets of questionnaires, this study finds that external pressure, business strategy and perceived benefits of Internet banking would influence banks' perceived increase in Internet banking investment. And banks' perceived increase in Internet banking investment has no difference between big banks and small banks.  相似文献

The mobile search, a combination of a web search engine and a mobile communication system, is viewed as the most influential application in the 3G era. Therefore, mobile search service providers are eager to know which factors most influence user acceptance of mobile searches. Based on the characteristics of mobile searches and a review of previous information technology acceptance research, this study integrates the task technology fit model and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology model to develop a mobile search acceptance model and empirically tests this model. This study finds that, for mobile searches, the performance expectancy, social influence, and perceived cost all significantly influence use intention and the performance expectancy increases with the increasing user’s experience and higher task technology fit degree. The effort expectancy is found to not affect the use intention of mobile searches and the users’ gender does not have a significant moderating effect on the use intention. The results are then used to develop suggestions for mobile search providers to promote their application and development.  相似文献

The increased use of information technologies has led to more research on information technology/information system (IT/IS) adoption and decision-making behavior in small businesses to improve information utilization. This paper presents an extensive review of the literature on IT/IS adoption to identify the key factors affecting small businesses based on comparison analysis. The review identifies the current interest in the adoption of Internet based IT and points out that the factors affecting different stages of the business lifecycle and research variables should be selected in terms of the different technology types. Especially, the review emphasizes the characteristics of external openings on the network in the research on e-commerce adoption. Future studies should focus on IT/IS adoption and implementation in small and medium-sized businesses during the development of small and medium-sized industrial clusters and specialty towns.  相似文献

生鲜电商平台的迅猛发展,在有效解决生鲜农产品流转和销路同时,也带来了种种食品安全乱像。本文基于信息生态理论,构建了生鲜电商平台的食品安全信息生态系统,剖析了系统生态失衡、食品安全问题泛滥的成因及表现最后,给出生鲜电商平台的食品安全信息生态优化策略,并提出应对措施。本文建议通过把好信息源头准入关、信息市场准出关、信息消费入口关、全程质量监管关及提升系统"软"、"硬"生态环境等措施,实现信息生产—信息传递—信息消费、信息环境—信息监管—信息净化等的动态平衡,达到有效解决生鲜电商平台食品安全问题的目的。  相似文献

本研究基于中国家庭动态追踪调查数据和数字普惠金融发展指数,实证检验了数字普惠金融对农村居民创业活动的影响。结果表明:数字普惠金融可显著促进农村居民创业活动;互联网信息获取能力及电子商务重要性感知可作为解释机制;家庭创业榜样可调节电子商务重要性感知与农村居民创业活动之间的关系。随着信息科技的发展,数字普惠金融在融资等方面展现出独有优势,这就为促进农村居民创业、实现经济均衡发展提供了新的思路。  相似文献

The specialized production of e-commerce transaction systems is an important research topic,which is of great significance for evaluating the development level and forecasting the development direction of e-commerce.However,there is a certain disparity between the current mainstream research model and reality,which leads to a deviated result.This paper puts forward a definition of "transaction efficiency" based on essential transaction services and establishes a model of the middleman's specialized production decision of transaction services.The research result shows that(1) transaction efficiency plays an important role in improving the middleman's specialized production level,(2) only when the transaction efficiency is higher than a certain threshold will the distribution middleman appear,and(3) the degree of economic specialization,price of commodities and transaction services,and other associated factors also affect the evolution of e-commerce transaction systems.  相似文献
