流动注射化学发光法测定血浆和尿液中的酒石酸美托洛尔

酒石酸美托洛尔与Eu^3＋形成的配合物对KMnO4-Na2SO3化学发光反应具有强的增敏作用,据此建立了测定酒石酸美托洛尔的流动注射化学发光新方法.该方法测定酒石酸美托洛尔的线性范围为5.0×10^-7 - 1.0×10^-5g/mL,检出限为1×10^-7g/mL.对浓度为1.0×10^-6g/mL酒石酸美托洛尔溶液连续11次平行测定的相对标准偏差为1.4%.该方法已用于血浆和尿液中酒石酸美托洛尔含量的测定.     

NaIO4-VB2化学发光反应体系测定维生素B2

利用建立的NaIO4-H^+-H2O2-VB2化学发光新体系，结合流动注射技术建立起一种测定维生素B2的化学发光新方法．方法的线性范围为1．0×10^-7-5．0×10^-5g/mL VB2；检出限为2．7×10^-8g／mL；相对标准偏差(RSD)为2．3％(Gs=1．0×10^-6g/mL VB2，n=11)．     

顶空气相色谱技术测定聚乙烯中挥发性烃类

本文研究了顶空色谱技术在聚乙烯中挥发性烃类测定中的应用，考察了方法并进行了性能测试。检测限为1．0×10^-6μg／mL．标准加入回收率在98．50％-100．9％之间。变异系数（n=5）在0．11％-1．90％之间。线性关系范围为10×10^4。     

高锰酸钾—H2SO4—安乃近化学发光体系的研究

在酸性溶液中，高锰酸钾可直接氧化安乃近，产生很强的化学发光，由此建立了一各测定安乃近的流动注射化学发光分析法，方法的检出限为3．1×10^-8g/mL，相对标准偏差为1．8％（6．0×10^-6g/mL安乃近，n=11),线性范围为1．0×10^-7-1.0×10^-4g/mL，此法已用于安乃近针剂和片剂中安乃近含量的测定，并对该反应的机理进行了探讨。     

流动注射化学发光法测定L—色氨酸

在酸性溶液色,高锰酸钾能氧化L－色氨酸产生化学发光反应,甲醛的存在可使化学发光强度增强,据此,采用流动注射技术,建立了一种测定L－色氨酸的化学发光分析法,方法的检出限为3．5×10^-8g/mL,相对标准偏差为1．8％（1．0*10^-6g/mL L-色氨酸,n=11)线性范围为1．0×10^-7--6.0*10^6g/mL。     

1-(4,5-二甲氧基-2-苯甲酸)-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯的合成及其与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应

合成了新显色剂1-（4，5-二甲氧基-2-苯甲酸）-3-（4-硝基苯）-三氮烯（简称DMBANPT），并研究了它与镉（Ⅱ）的显色反应．实验表明，在Triton X-100存在下，于pH9．2的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲介质中，DMBANPT与镉（Ⅱ）形成3：1的红色络合物，其最大吸收波长为530nm，表观摩尔吸光系数为i．96×10^5L／（mol·cm）．镉（Ⅱ）含量在0～10μg／25mL范围内符合比尔定律．用拟定方法测定废水中的微量镉，结果满意．     

分光光度法测定碱性无汞电池中铟的含量

研究了在硫酸介质中，非离子型表面活性剂PVA存在下，乙基罗丹明B络阳离子与InI4^-络阴离子所形成的离子缔合物分散在水相中，形成了胶束增溶显色体系，缔合物的最大吸收波长位于602nm处，方法的表观摩尔吸光系数为ε’602=1．58×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1，铟含量在0-11μg／10mL范围内服从比尔定律，用于碱性无汞电池样品中铟的测定，相对标准偏差为1．9％（n=4），加标回收率为95％-107％，比对实验结果吻合．     

纳米二氧化钛对尿素酶活性的增强效应

分别用粒径为5 nm,25 nm和2.4μm的TiO2吸附尿素酶。在35℃,pH为7的条件下采用电位法测定吸附在TiO2上的尿素酶的活性变化。基于纳米TiO2膜的pH响应,制备尿素酶/纳米TiO2复合膜电极。研究结果表明：纳米TiO2对尿素酶的活性有明显的增强效应,其游离酶及TiO2（粒径分别为5 nm,25 nm和2.4μm）固载酶的米氏常数分别为0.45,0.22,0.28和0.31 mol/L。该复合电极对尿素的检测范围为8.5×10^-5-0.15 mol/L,相关系数为0.993 73,检出限为5×10^-6 mol/L,其使用寿命在35 d后仍能维持38%。     

蜡蚧轮枝菌MZ041024菌株对温室白粉虱和吹棉蚧的室内毒力

采用Hall生物测定方法，用蜡蚧轮枝菌MZ041024菌株对温室白粉虱和吹棉蚧进行了室内毒力测定．研究结果表明该菌株对温室白粉虱和吹棉蚧具有较强的致病率．孢子浓度1．6×10^5个／mL造成大量温室白粉虱感染致死，其LT50=（6．74±0．16）d，而高浓度1．6×10^8个／mL对温室白粉虱感染致死LT50=（4．34±0．15）d．孢子浓度1．8×10^5个／mL造成吹棉蚧大量感染致死，其LT50=（11．14±0．41）d，高浓度1．8×10^8个／mL对吹棉蚧致死LT50=（8．94±0．18）d．其结果与其他蜡蚧轮枝菌菌株比较，蜡蚧轮枝菌MZ041024菌株有较强的致病力．     

离子对反相高效液相色谱法测定VB2,VB6,VB12,VC和叶酸

建立了用离子对反相高效液相色谱法同时测定VB2,VB6,VB12,VC和叶酸含量的方法.用HypersilC18色谱柱(ODS2,5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm,),V(甲醇)V(0.5%醋酸溶液)=3070,其中每升流动相加入2.5 mmol的戊烷磺酸钠作为流动相.柱温30℃时于254 nm波长处以外标法测定.结果表明VB2,VB6,VB12,VC和叶酸的浓度与峰高成良好的线性关系.VB2的线性范围为2.0×10-7～8.0×10-6g/mL(r=0.999 8),VB6的线性范围为2.0×10-6～5.0×10-4g/mL(r=0.999 0),VB1 2的线性范围为2.0×10-7～8.0×10-4g/mL(r=0.999 9),叶酸的线性范围为2.0×10～5.0×10-5g/mL(r=0.998 7),VC的线性范围为5.0×10-7～8.0×10-5g/mL(r=0.999 1).VB2,VB6,VB12,VC和叶酸的检测限分别为6×10-9g/mL,6×10-8g/mL,7×10-9g/mL,1×10-9g/mL和6×10-8g/mL实验表明该法准确,快捷,操作简便,应用于蜂蜜和复合维生素片中维生素的测定,取得了很好的结果.     

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.     

Perspherical Approaches for Electrons in Atoms and Charged Excitons in Quantum Wells

Advances in broadband wireless communications under high-mobility scenarios

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications （up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds） in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Because signal transmission in very high-speed scenarios will inevitably experience serious deterioration, it is imperative to develop key broadband mobile communi- cation techniques for such high-speed vehicles.

Scale-based spatial data model for GIS

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.

Characterization of root-nodulating bacteria on Retama raetam in arid Tunisian soils

The aim of this study is to investigate the diversity of Retama raetam root-nodule bacteria isolated from arid regions of Tunisia. Twelve isolates, chosen as representative for different 16S rRNA gene patterns, were characterized by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phenotypic analysis. Isolates were assigned to Sinorhizobium, Rhizobium and Agrobacterium. Symbiotic properties of Sinorhizobium and Rhizobium isolates showed a large diversity in their capacity to infect their host plant and fix atmospheric nitrogen. Strain RK 22 identified as Rhizobium was the most effective isolate.     

An Affordable Accurate Evaluation of the Binding Conformations Predicted by Molecular Docking Studies in Bio-System
