为了提高车牌识别的精确度,提出一种萤火虫反向传播(back propagation, BP)神经网络车牌识别算法.首先,采用原始图像的色相饱和度(hue saturation value, HSV)模式定位车牌并切割出字符,再提取字符的局部二值特征和像素统计特征作为BP神经网络的输入;然后,利用萤火虫算法优化BP神经网络的初始权值和阈值训练BP神经网络;最后,对萤火虫BP神经网络与原始BP神经网络算法进行对比分析.结果表明,萤火虫BP神经网络算法对字符的识别精度高于原始BP神经网络,该算法可用于车牌识别.  相似文献

针对传统的车牌定位算法对夜间车牌图像定位效果差的缺点,提出了基于支持向量机的定位方法;针对夜间车牌图像的灰度分布不均匀的缺点,采用局部二值拟合模型方法进行字符分割。实验结果证明该方法定位精确,对于包含车头灯或车尾灯的夜间图像,定位方法均有效,并且提供了准确的光滑闭合边界,精度可以达到亚像素级,系统的识别准确率高。  相似文献

针对现有的车牌识别系统在遇到复杂条件,例如暗光、遮挡、多车牌、能见度低等情况时,难以有效地定位并识别车牌,提出了一种基于卷积神经网络的车牌自动识别系统.在车牌定位阶段综合应用3种定位方式对车牌进行初步定位检测,然后使用CNN模型对检测到的候选车牌进行判断;在车牌字符识别阶段,将分割出的字符输入到设计好的卷积神经网络模型中进行训练,得到的输出结果即为识别的车牌字符.在5906张车牌图像和非车牌图像以及36261张字符图片上的实验结果表明:提出的车牌识别系统对车牌和字符的识别率分别达到了94%和96.4%,明显优于传统的车牌识别方法,具有极高的实用性,可以满足绝大多数场景的使用需求.  相似文献

该文采用BP人工神经网络模型 ,研究汽车图像中车牌定位的神经网络方法。选取训练样本图像 ,以人工定位后的图像为导师信号 ,将图像的灰度序列采用BP算法进行训练 ,获得有效的网络权值。试验结果表明 ,用BP网络对灰度图像进行感知能够获得较好的定位效果  相似文献

提出一种基于改进的Stroke滤波器的车牌字符分割算法.该算法首先将stroke结构中央的矩形视为stroke主体,推测出stroke的形状;从车牌图像中搜索stroke的存在和变化.再通过连通成份分析补偿字符,对车牌图像进行分群,排除非车牌字符像素,从而达到车牌字符分割.实验表明算法能够准确快速地分割车牌字符.  相似文献

车牌检测作为车牌识别系统中的重要环节,直接影响着车牌识别的准确度.为提高车牌的检测率和检测速度,提出了一种基于HSV颜色模型和多分块局部二值模式(MB_LBP)特征的级联Adaboost车牌检测方法.首先将车牌图像由RGB颜色空间转换到HSV颜色空间,统计蓝色像素占车牌总像素的比例,来构建第一层强分类器;其次对车牌字符样本提取MB_LBP特征,利用Adaboost分类器训练方法进行特征选择及分类器训练,最后利用Cascade结构检测法形成一种新的车牌检测算法.实验表明,本文算法有效的提高了车牌检测率和检测速度.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the diversity of Retama raetam root-nodule bacteria isolated from arid regions of Tunisia. Twelve isolates, chosen as representative for different 16S rRNA gene patterns, were characterized by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phenotypic analysis. Isolates were assigned to Sinorhizobium, Rhizobium and Agrobacterium. Symbiotic properties of Sinorhizobium and Rhizobium isolates showed a large diversity in their capacity to infect their host plant and fix atmospheric nitrogen. Strain RK 22 identified as Rhizobium was the most effective isolate.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
