含双负介质一维光子晶体的量子阱结构研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用传输矩阵法研究一维光子晶体(AB)m(ACABACA)n(BA)m的透射谱,结果发现:无论C层为双正介质还是含双负介质,在归一化频率1.0ω/ω0处均构成对称分布的光子晶体量子阱结构,并在光量子阱透射谱的相应频率位置出现对称分布的共振透射峰,呈现明显的量子化效应.当C层为双正介质时,透射峰数目等于n+1且位置可调;当C层为双负介质时,出现数目与n的奇偶性相关的透射峰.  相似文献

为了给检测套管井固井水泥胶结质量提供依据,采用实轴积分方法研究了不同胶结情况下的套管井井孔声场.结果表明:第一界面发生窜槽时,会产生一个沿着钢套管传播的振铃信号;第二界面发生窜槽时,会产生沿着钢套管和水泥层复合体传播的伪瑞利波信号;2个界面同时窜槽时,能接收到一个传播速度约等于钢套管纵波速度的振铃信号,但是它的波形振动频率较低.另外,不同的胶结情况,在二维谱中会产生特点不同的耦合变形.  相似文献

研究了n重B值随机变量列{Xα1α2…αn(ω)}在某阶矩一致有界条件下的性质.结合有关n重Dirichlet级数的成果,证明了在一定条件下,n重B值多随机Dirichlet级数:∑aa1a2…anXa1a2…an(ω)e-λ1a1(ω)a1-λ2a2(ω)a2-xma(ω)ax几乎必然与相应的n重B值Dirichiet级数:∑aa1a2…ane-eλ1a1-(ω)a1-Eλ2a2(ω)a2-…-Eλmax(ω)有相同的成对的相关收敛横坐标.  相似文献

针对Ⅱ界面窜槽的井孔声场传播机理不清,以及缺乏有效的Ⅱ界面固井质量评价办法的问题,提出采用实轴积分法模拟Ⅱ界面窜槽井孔声场的全波列曲线、二维谱和频散曲线,提取Ⅱ界面特征波,分析窜槽流体环厚度、振源主频、套管尺寸等因素对Ⅱ界面特征波的影响。结果显示:当流体环厚度比较小时,特征波首波幅度随厚度增大而减小;反之,首波幅度随厚度增大而增大;随厚度增大首波旅行时间近似线性地减小。使用特征波幅度计算Ⅱ界面水泥胶结指数,可以消除仪器主频和套管尺寸的影响。进而认为特征波主要是在钢套管和水泥环中传播,通过对比发现决定特征波幅度及旅行时间的主要是水泥环厚度,而非窜槽流体环的厚度。  相似文献

以烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚2000(APEG2000)、马来酸酐(MAH)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为原料,(NH_4)_2S_2O_8为引发剂,沉淀法合成APEG-MAH-AMPS-HEMA固体醚类抗泥型聚羧酸系水泥减水剂。经正交试验确定最佳工艺条件:n(APEG)∶n(MAH)∶n(AMPS)∶n(HEMA)=1.0∶1.0∶0.8∶0.4,ω[(NH_4)_2S_2O_8]=2.5%,聚合温度65℃,聚合时间8 h。当蒙脱土掺量为1.5%时,水泥初始净浆流动度为292 mm。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)和热重(TG-DTG)分析了减水剂分子结构和抗泥机理。结果表明:减水剂链段含有酯基、羧基、酰胺基、磺酸基等官能团,它的加入促进了水化进程,但不影响水泥和蒙脱土的结构;蒙脱土对其吸附以表面吸附为主,吸附层厚度5.25 nm;以插层吸附为辅,层间距由0.989 8 nm变为0.995 1 nm,增大了0.005 3 nm。  相似文献

电磁波技术的广泛应用导致电磁干扰与污染日益严重,采取电磁屏蔽措施能够有效地防范这些危害。实验采用不同的方法分散镍纤维屏蔽介质,然后掺入到水泥材料中制得水泥基复合屏蔽材料,研究了屏蔽介质的分散方式、掺量、试样厚度对屏蔽性能的影响;利用四探针测试仪、电子探针等手段表征了复合材料的电导率和屏蔽介质的分散均匀性。结果表明,镍纤维屏蔽介质的分散方式对屏蔽性能有较大的影响,其在水泥基材料中有一个最佳掺量值;当采用超声波分散的掺量φ镍纤维为5%、试样厚度为6 mm时,水泥基复合材料的电导率为2. 41×10~(-3)S/cm,在100 k Hz~1. 5 GHz频率范围内的平均屏蔽效能值约40 d B,其最小屏蔽效能值为36. 23 d B,最大达45. 74 dB。  相似文献

利用6S模式反演并分析兰州地区春季气溶胶光学厚度(AOD)分布情况,探讨了双向反射分布(BRDF)对气溶胶光学厚度反演结果的影响.结果表明:兰州地区2010年春季气溶胶光学厚度高值中心位于西工业区和城关区,最大值分别为0.46和0.31.不考虑BRDF时水面上空气溶胶光学厚度反演结果存在明显误差,经Walthall BRDF订正后,水面上空误差明显减小,说明经过Walthall BRDF订正后的6S模式适用于水面上空的气溶胶光学厚度反演.兰州大学半干旱气候与环境观测站(SACOL)站点(35.57°N,104.08°E)反演值和实测值比较表明,在无云晴天条件下,选用Walthall BRDF模式可以提高AOD反演精度.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
