浅谈未成年人犯罪

我国未成年人犯罪一直就是一个比较严峻的社会问题，如今，未成年人犯罪已被国际社会列为世界第三大公害。制约和决定未成年人犯罪的原因多种多样，错综复杂，对未成年人犯罪的原因进行分析及如何有效遏制未成年人犯罪，最大限度地预防和减少未成年人犯罪，已成为社会各职能部门一项光荣职责和重要任务。

通过对厦门市思明区下沃社区预防未成年人犯罪工作的调研，介绍了下沃社区预防未成年人犯罪的主要举措。归纳了下沃社区预防未成年人犯罪工作的几点重要启示，提出了构建社区预防未成年人犯罪工作的长效机制的设想，即通过建立领导机制、联动机制、引导机制、实践机制和渗透机制，推动未成年人的健康成长与成才。

以未成年人为主体实施的犯罪伴随着新形势的发展,出现了很多新的特点。对于新形势下出现的各种有关未成年人犯罪的新状况、新特点,我们需要对其进行深入地分析和研究,把握其深层次的社会原因。研究未成年违法犯罪,不仅关系到人民群众的生命财产安全,而且对维护社会稳定,促进社会进步都具有重要的意义,培养和教育好未成年一代,是关系国家和民族未来的大事。有鉴于此,笔者建议通过对未成年人犯罪的研究,从而达到掌握未成年人违法犯罪的现状和特点,追寻违法犯罪根源,研究预防对策,才能达到预防未成年人犯罪和预防其重新犯罪的目的,使未成年违法犯罪得到有效控制的目的。

松辽盆地朝长地区原油的地球化学特征

松辽盆地朝长地区原油的成熟度普遍较低,大多数原油仍保留正烷烃奇偶优势,这主要与半咸水咸水环境中藻类母质生源输入有关。长２０井的原油既具有正烷烃奇偶优势,又具有较低甾萜烷异构体比值,属于典型的低熟原油。从长２０井低熟原油中检测到了一定量的２８,３０二降藿烷,这说明源岩形成于极度厌氧的环境。此外,在原油中还发现了藿１７（２１）烯系列,这进一步揭示了原油的低熟性。其它原油虽具有正构烷烃的奇偶优势,但甾萜烷参数均比较高,可能为低熟油与成熟油的混合作用所致。     

歧口凹陷沙一段低熟烃源岩评价

利用烃源岩有机质丰度、生排烃特征、发育古环境、有机岩石学及原油特征等手段,探讨歧口凹陷沙一段低熟烃源岩生烃、排烃特征。研究结果表明,歧口凹陷沙一段低熟烃源岩有机质丰度高、类型好,具有集中排烃、高效排烃的特点。沙一下段烃源岩发育的环境主要为干旱气候下的咸水环境。藻类及显微组分中的矿物沥青基质是低熟烃源岩形成低熟油气的物质基础。歧口凹陷存在大量未熟-低熟的原油。     

Structure of the immature retroviral capsid at 8 Å resolution by cryo-electron microscopy

The assembly of retroviruses such as HIV-1 is driven by oligomerization of their major structural protein, Gag. Gag is a multidomain polyprotein including three conserved folded domains: MA (matrix), CA (capsid) and NC (nucleocapsid). Assembly of an infectious virion proceeds in two stages. In the first stage, Gag oligomerization into a hexameric protein lattice leads to the formation of an incomplete, roughly spherical protein shell that buds through the plasma membrane of the infected cell to release an enveloped immature virus particle. In the second stage, cleavage of Gag by the viral protease leads to rearrangement of the particle interior, converting the non-infectious immature virus particle into a mature infectious virion. The immature Gag shell acts as the pivotal intermediate in assembly and is a potential target for anti-retroviral drugs both in inhibiting virus assembly and in disrupting virus maturation. However, detailed structural information on the immature Gag shell has not previously been available. For this reason it is unclear what protein conformations and interfaces mediate the interactions between domains and therefore the assembly of retrovirus particles, and what structural transitions are associated with retrovirus maturation. Here we solve the structure of the immature retroviral Gag shell from Mason-Pfizer monkey virus by combining cryo-electron microscopy and tomography. The 8-? resolution structure permits the derivation of a pseudo-atomic model of CA in the immature retrovirus, which defines the protein interfaces mediating retrovirus assembly. We show that transition of an immature retrovirus into its mature infectious form involves marked rotations and translations of CA domains, that the roles of the amino-terminal and carboxy-terminal domains of CA in assembling the immature and mature hexameric lattices are exchanged, and that the CA interactions that stabilize the immature and mature viruses are almost completely distinct.     

Change and Redistribution of Immature Fiber Number during Cotton Carding Based on Different Taker-in Speeds

The change and redistribution of immature fiber number after cotton carding were investigated under different taker-in speeds.The immature fiber contents (IFCs) of card sliver,flat strips,takerin droppings and cylinder screen droppings (including droppings under cylinder screen and cylinder-doffer triangle section) produced under different taker-in speeds were tested by using USTER advanced fiber information system (AFIS). Based on these results and relevant data,immature fiber number was calculated. Results show that the carding process makes the immature fiber number increase. After carding, immature fibers are distributed mainly in card sliver,accounting for approximately 90% in their total number. All of the cylinder screen,taker-in and flat have the functions of excluding immature fibers; furthermore,IFC in cylinder screen droppings is the highest,followed successively by those in taker-in droppings,flat strips and card sliver. The IFC of card sliver is the lowest when the taker-in speeds are 1000 and 1400 r/min.

具有时滞和阶段结构的捕食系统的持久性与周期性

研究一类具有阶段结构和时滞的捕食系统.在此系统中,考虑食饵种群具有幼年和成年两个生长阶段.幼年食饵由它们的父母喂养,不需外出觅食,从而捕食者对它们的攻击可以忽略不计.并且考虑捕食种群的增长受消化时滞的影响.利用一些引理和比较定理探讨了该系统在一定条件下的持久性和周期性.     

Both immature and mature T cells mobilize Ca2+ in response to antigen receptor crosslinking

T cells develop from prothymocytes which express no detectable antigen receptors to immature thymocytes with few receptors, eventually becoming mature thymocytes and peripheral T cells with 20,000-40,000 receptors per cell. Recent studies suggest that immature thymocytes are immunologically unresponsive. We have suggested that an early step in signal transduction following engagement of the T cell receptor might differ in immature and mature T cells. Here we examine anti-receptor antibody mediated induction of calcium mobilization in immature and mature T cells. Results indicate that antigen receptors on both immature and mature receptor-positive T cells transduce signals via calcium mobilization. Significant differences were observed, however, between these populations in the magnitude of influx of extracellular Ca2+ following binding of antireceptor antibody. Specifically immature cells show a much reduced Ca2+ influx response compared to mature cells which could result from a low Ca2+ channel frequency in the plasma membranes of immature T cells, or from less efficient activation of existing channels.     

Origin of immature sulfur-rich oil in Jianghan oil field

Chemical structure of immature sulfur-rich kerogen and composition of immature sulfur-rich crude oil in Jianghun oil field have been studied. In molecular level, crude oil differs from thermolysed and chemolysed products of kerogen but does resemble the bitumen in immature sulfur-rich source rock. Therefore, immature sulfur-rich oil may be derived from the expelling of bitumen rather than from thermal cracking of kerogen.     

泥鳅外周血细胞形态的观察

报道了泥鳅泥周血细胞的显微观察结果,用Wright氏染料染色,泥鳅的外周血中可区分出下列各种类型的血细胞,红细胞,嗜中性粒细胞,嗜酸性粒细胞,单核细胞,淋巴细胞和血栓细胞,还可见到幼红细胞,幼嗜中性粒细胞和幼单核细胞,白细胞中嗜中性粒细胞,淋巴细胞和血栓细胞较多;单核细胞体积最大,血栓细胞体积最小。
