本文进一步分析了白光散斑全场位移分析公式,给出全场分析法与逐点分析法衍射晕、灵敏度以及条纹级数之间的关系,讨论了白光散斑法的最小可测位移,给出一种简单的提高白光散斑灵敏度的方法,使其测量灵敏度接近波长级。本文还给出二种干涉条纹级数判别与细分及计算刚体位移影响的方法。  相似文献

The atomic structure of the pcrfect AIPdMn icosahedral phase has been studied on a single crystal specimen by quantitative convergent beam electron diffraction (QCBED) technique in combination with describing the shape of atomic surface by symmetry adapted series of surface harmonics. The spherical model was used as the starting model for the refinement. By fitting the calculated electron diffraction intensities to the experimental line scan profile, the coefficients in the surface harmonics expansion of the boundaries of atomic surface are refined. The refined parameters show that the fluctuations of the external boundary of atomic surface for Pd at n0 can be as large as 0.2 nm. The boundaries of atomic surfaces for Mn show little fluctuation. In the present model. the number of unphysically short interatomic distances is significantly reduced in comparison with the spherical model.  相似文献

实验研究了透射式全息位相光栅的矢量衍射特性,实验结果表明当光栅常数接近或小于入射波长时,等光强的P、S偏振光入射,其各级衍射光强明显不同.经分析得知这种偏振依赖是由两方面的因素引起:玻璃基底的影响和光栅本身的矢量衍射特性所致.用时域有限差分方法(FDTD)模拟了光与位相光栅的相互作用,结果表明光栅本身的偏振依赖是由矢量衍射中P、S偏振光在光栅中形成的相对位相延迟不同引起的.  相似文献

The procedure of simulating convergent beam electron diffraction (CBED) pattern of quasicrystals by dynamical theory is described. The simulated patterns are generally coincide with the experimental patterns. The variations of intensity distribution in CBED pattern with the amplitude and phase of the structure factor of quasicrystal are calculated with dynamical theory. The sensitivity of intensity distribution to the structure factor is investigated. Auto anti-collision technology is one of the main research subjects of automobiles‘ safety technology. Aiming at the key technology of Auto anti-collision, measuring the distance from obstacles, based on the theory of phase laser distance ranging, Laser Diode (LD) distance-measuring system for auto anti-collision has been developed to solve the problem of on-line measuring distance technology in middle to long distance utilizing the good characteristics of LD when modulating its optical intensity and adopting typical kinds of filter techniques in this paper. By theoretical analysis, adopting typical kinds of filter techniques can reduce the interference of strong light, so distance-measuring range can be 0. 5-100 m in daytime or 1-200 m at night. And more, from theoretical analysis and experiment result, it can guarantee the high measuring resolution which can be less than 24. 5 mmutilizing the method of two Laser Diode optical intensity modulating wavelength and complimenting precise calibration and revision. The idea of LD distance-measuring technology is novel and feasible and this technology can be applied in Auto anti-collision.  相似文献

A surface mounted device (SMD) microwave ceramic band-pass filter for mobile communication with a new coupling structure is reported in this paper. In this filter, the external and internal coupling structures are fabricated on an alumina substrate and both resonators and coupling structures are placed into a metal house to cut off its radiation. The relationship between the coupling structures and the performance of filter is analyzed by high frequency structure software (HFSS) and the filter with the center frequency of 836.5 MHz, the bandwith of 40.0 MHz, the pass-band ripple of 0.1 dB and the insertion loss of 1.5 dB has been successfully designed and fabricated. The measured results show a good agreement with the simulation results. We present a coaxial detection of the backscattered electrons in SEM. The lens-aperture has been used to filter in energy and focus the backscattered electrons. This particular geometry allows us to eliminate the low energy backscattered electrons and collect the backscattered electrons, which are backscattered close to the incident beam orientation. The main advantage of this geometry is adapted to topographic contrast attenuation and atomic number contrast enhancement. Thus this new SEM is very suitable to analyze the material composition. 从讨论全息光栅理论出发,推导出位相型全息光栅折射率调制度、平均折射率、乳胶厚度和消隐角之间的关系,从而找到了估算位相型全息折射率调制度的一种新方法.理论分析得知衍射效率η与曝光量E的关系主要取决于全息光栅折射率调制度n1.同时,在波长为632.8nm,参、物光夹角为40°,参物之比为11的情况下,利用KT-D干板获得无吸收调制的位相全息光栅,测得相应的相对衍射效率和Bragg角偏移Δφ的关系曲线,并对其结果进行具体分析.图3,参5.  相似文献

In conformity with a fifth-orderRLC elliptic filter circuit prototype, it is easy to conceive the correspondingRC active filter circuit. Simple and feasible method presented here can be used to contrive the equivalent switched capacitor filter circuit and switched current filter circuit. Consulting the technique data manual, we can expediently design a specificRLC filter. Therefore, it is of great convenience to design the switched current filter, which has the same performances. Optical dispersive nonlinearities in Er-doped optical fiber are discussed and measured at the third window wavelength 1.55 μm for optical communications firstly. The experimental method, which is developed by us, is based on dynamic scanning for fixed-point-interference (DSFPI) of two fiber beams. The real part and complex value of the third-order susceptibility at the wavelength are also obtained from the measured Kerr coefficient and nonlinear-absorption coefficient reported elsewhere. 提出了一种基于液晶可调谐滤光片(liquid crystal tunable filter,LCTF)和液晶可调谐相位延迟器(liquid crystal variable retardation,LCVR)的静态光谱偏振差分成像技术。采用液晶可调谐相位延迟器实现不同波长成像光束的偏振方向旋转,采用液晶可调谐滤光片实现波长选择和检偏,通过程序控制实现透过波长及其两个正交线偏振态的设定,面阵光电探测器完成两个正交线偏振态图像采集,再经过图像处理获取光谱偏振差分图像。完成了原理样机的研制,取得了初步试验结果。该技术没有任何机械运动部件,具有稳定性好、操作灵活、数据处理简单直观等优点。  相似文献

The characterization of the algaeAnabaena cylindrica solution with Fe (III) was investigated using fluorescence emission and synchronous-scan spectroscopy. The ranges of concentrations of algae and Fe (III) in aqueous solutions were 5.0×108 2.5×108 cell/L and 1060 μmol/L. respectively. The effective characterization method used was synchronous-scan fluorescence spectroscopy (SFS). The wavelength difference (Δλ) of 90 nm, was maintained between excitation wavelength (λen) and emission wavelength (λen). The peak was observed at about (λex) (λem) 326 nm for synchronous scan fluorescence spectroscopy. The fluorescence quenching in system of algae Fe(III)-HA was studied using synchronous-scan spectroscopy for the first time, Fe(III) was clearly the effective quencher. The relationship betweenI I (quenching efficiency) andc (concentration of Fe (III) added) was, a linear correlation for the algae solution with Fe(III). Also, Aldrich humie acid (HA) was found to be an effective quencher. According to the structures and characteristics of the current conveyor circuits, a non-inverting current integrator, an inverting current integrator and a multi-output follower circuits have been constructed. Applying inter-reciprocity network theorem, a method was developed to implement the transform fromRLC filter prototype circuits into active-RC filter circuits, and finally into current mode filter based on current conveyor. The transfer functions and component sensitivities are common among them. It is effective in the processing of current mode analog signal, which is easy to implement. The adaptive array antenna may be considered as a general sidelobe canceller. Directional interference suppression is based on a recursive state estimation of Kalman filter. For the stationary filter, this leads to an iterative solution of Wiener-Hops matrix equation. The performance of sidelobe canceller are studied by computer simulation. The result of simulation, shows that the sidelobe canceller may be regarded as a special case of an adaptive array atenna. 采用模压成型的塑料相位光栅作为波分复用/解复用器的分光元件,根据矩形相位光栅衍射公式,理论分析和仿真其衍射效率和信道分离情况.研究结果表明:对于一定刻槽深度的塑料相位光栅,+1级衍射效率和入射角的关系与理论分析结果一致,即对于采用的波长分别为575,625,675nm的入射光,当刻槽深度为200nm时,+1级衍射效率最大值所对应的入射角为25°左右,此时衍射效率理论值最大可达0.79;信道间隔为50nm时,从探测器观察其光斑间隔为230μm左右,大于光纤直径(200μm),能有效实现光波分离,可应用于塑料光纤波分复用系统.  相似文献

在充分利用Mach-Zehnder自参考干涉系统无需设置专门参考光优点的基础上,提出一种激光复振幅实时重建方法.在参考臂和测试臂上分别设置放大倍率为s且互为倒置的望远镜系统,使得经针孔滤波、准直后的参考光被放大s2倍形成波前与振幅(或强度)皆近似于一个平面的理想参考光.研究表明:利用傅里叶分析法从干涉图中便可直接重建待测激光复振幅分布,具有结构简单和测量快速的优点.基于该系统分别对静态和动态输出光场进行复振幅重建实验,并由此求得相应的M2因子,从而验证该方法在复杂光场光束质量实时检测的可行性.  相似文献

声光可调谐滤波器(acousto-optic tunable filter,AOTF)作为一种同时具有成像、光谱测量和偏振测量功能的新型光电传感器,近些年得到国内外广泛的关注。针对目前声光滤波器设计中忽略二氧化碲旋光性导致声光滤波器性能和光谱测量精度下降问题,理论分析了考虑旋光的反常声光互作用过程;并深入分析推导了此情况下衍射光的波长与声频、入射角度的关系。通过理论矫正得到波长变化与频率的关系;并通过实验得到与实际测量值的误差,校正后的误差减小4倍。通过数值拟合得到频率与波长的更准确的匹配关系,在实际应用中可以带来一定的方便;同时在考虑了频率与入射光极角的协同作用下,分析了波长的频率选择性和波长的角度选择性,这为高性能声光滤波器设计制作提供了理论和实验基础。  相似文献
