基于自适应观测器和自抗扰控制的PMSM直接转矩控制   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
提出一种新的自适应观测器,用于永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统的定子磁链和定子电阻估计。该观测器利用静止坐标系下的电压模型估计定子磁链,采用转子坐标系下的电流模型估计定子电流,把定子电流估计误差通过增益矩阵作为反馈信号。定子电阻自适应律根据李亚普诺夫稳定性理论推出,观测器的增益矩阵采用极点配置方法得到,观测器的收敛性根据李亚普诺夫稳定性分析来保证。此外,采用自抗扰控制技术设计了速度控制器,该控制器能对负载扰动进行估计和补偿。仿真结果证明了所提自适应观测器的有效性和自抗扰控制器的抗负载扰动能力。
Abstract:
A new adaptive observer was proposed to estimate the stator flux and stator resistance in the direct torque controlled permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive. The stator flux was estimated by using the motor voltage model in the stationary frame, and the stator currents were estimated by using the motor current model in the rotor frame. The current estimation errors were then used as feedback signals through a gain matrix. Stator resistance adaptive law was developed based on Lyapunov stability theory. The observer gain matrix was obtained by using the pole placement method. The stability of the adaptive observer was guaranteed by the Lyapunov stability analysis. In addition, a speed controller was designed based on active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) technique to estimate and compensate the load disturbance. Simulation results have confirmed both the effectiveness of the adaptive observer and the anti-load-disturbance performance of the active disturbance rejection controller.  相似文献

To study the design problem of robust reliable guaranteed cost controller for nonlinear singular stochastic systems, the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is used to represent a nonlinear singular stochastic system with norm-bounded parameter uncertainties and time delay. Based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) techniques and stability theory of stochastic differential equations, a stochastic Lyapunov function method is adopted to design a state feedback fuzzy controller. The resulting closed-loop fuzzy system is robustly reliable stochastically stable, and the corresponding quadratic cost function is guaranteed to be no more than a certain upper bound for all admissible uncertainties, as well as different actuator fault cases. A sufficient condition of existence and design method of robust reliable guaranteed cost controller is presented. Finally, a numerical simulation is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

A constrained generalized predictive control (GPC) algorithm based on the T-S fuzzy model is presented for the nonlinear system. First, a Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model based on the fuzzy cluster algorithm and the orthogonalleast square method is constructed to approach the nonlinear system. Since its consequence is linear, it can divide the nonlinear system into a number of linear or nearly linear subsystems. For this T-S fuzzy model, a GPC algorithm with input constraints is presented. This strategy takes into account all the constraints of the control signal and its increment, and does not require the calculation of the Diophantine equations. So it needs only a small computer memory and the computational speed is high. The simulation results show a good performance for the nonlinear systems.  相似文献

A robust adaptive trajectory linearization control (RATLC) algorithm for a class of nonlinear systems with uncertainty and disturbance based on the T-S fuzzy system is presented. The unknown disturbance and uncertainty are estimated by the T-S fuzzy system, and a robust adaptive control law is designed by the Lyapunov theory. Irrespective of whether the dimensions of the system and the rules of the fuzzy system are large or small, there is only one parameter adjusting on line. Uniformly ultimately boundedness of all signals of the composite closed-loop system are proved by theory analysis. Finally, a numerical example is studied based on the proposed method. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the control scheme.  相似文献

The robust H∞ control problem for a class of uncertain Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy systems with timevarying state delays is studied. The uncertain parameters are supposed to reside in a polytope. Based on the delay-dependent Lyapunov functional method, a new delay-dependent robust H∞ fuzzy controller, which depends on the size of the delays and the derivative of the delays, is presented in term of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). For all admissible uncertainties and delays, the controller guarantees not only the asymptotic stability of the system but also the prescribed H∞ attenuation level. In addition, the effectiveness of the proposed design method is demonstrated by a numerical example.  相似文献

The problem of global robust asymptotical stability for a class of Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy neural networks(TSFNN) with discontinuous activation functions and time delays is investigated by using Lyapunov stability theory.Based on linear matrix inequalities(LMIs),we originally propose robust fuzzy control to guarantee the global robust asymptotical stability of TSFNNs.Compared with the existing literature,this paper removes the assumptions on the neuron activations such as Lipschitz conditions,bounded,monotonic increasing property or the right-limit value is bigger than the left one at the discontinuous point.Thus,the results are more general and wider.Finally,two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed stability results.  相似文献

A frequency-domain-based sufficient condition is derived to guarantee the globally asymptotic stability of the simplest Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy control system by using the circle criterion. The analysis is performed in the frequency domain, and hence the condition is of great significance when the frequency-response method, which is widely used in the linear control theory and practice, is employed to synthesize the simplest T-S fuzzy controller. Besides, this sufficient condition is featured by a graphical interpretation, which makes the condition straightforward to be used. Comparisons are drawn between the performance of the simplest T-S fuzzy controller and that of the linear compensator. Two numerical examples are presented to demonstrate how this sufficient condition can be applied to both stable and unstable plants.  相似文献

This study is concerned with the stabilization issue of nonlinear systems subject to parameter uncertainties. An interval type-2 T-S fuzzy model is used to represent the nonlinear systems subject to parameter uncertainties. An interval type-2 fuzzy static output feedback controller is designed to synthesize the interval type-2 T-S fuzzy systems. The membership-function-dependent stability conditions are derived by utilizing the information of upper and lower membership functions. The proposed stability conditions are presented in the form of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). LMI-based stability conditions for interval type-2 fuzzy static output feedback H_∞ control synthesis are also developed.Several simulation examples are given to show the superiority of the proposed approach.  相似文献

考虑控制器与被控对象之间采用无线传输,且被控对象为非线性模型的一类网络控制系统,对其设计了稳定的模糊控制器。首先基于T-S模糊模型将对象线性化,并利用模糊主导子系统和主导控制规则,简化了模糊控制器的设计。其次,将闭环控制系统方程等效为与无线传输跳数相关的离散切换系统,并证明了闭环系统的稳定性。最后,通过一个仿真例子验证了文中方法的有效性。

Considering a class of networked control systems using wireless transmission between the controller and the controlled object,and with nonlinear controlled object,the stable fuzzy controller was designed.Firstly,based on T-S fuzzy model,the object was linearized.And the design of the fuzzy controller was simplified by using the fuzzy dominant subsystem and the dominant control rule.Secondly,the equation of the closed-loop control system was equal to the discrete switched system related to the hop count of the wireless transmission.Finally,a simulation example was given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

针对汽车液压制动系统中轮缸压力传感器的故障重构问题,建立了汽车液压制动系统的轮缸压力非线性模型。在此基础上,给出了一种基于滑模观测器的轮缸压力传感器故障重构方法,并将滑模观测器的设计问题转化为LMI求解问题。最后对轮缸压力传感器断路故障进行了仿真研究,讨论了不同增益对故障估计的影响。

A fault reconstruction scheme based on the sliding mode observer was proposed for the fault reconstruction of the wheel cylinder pressure sensor in the vehicle hydraulic braking system, as well as a nonlinearity model of the wheel cylinder in the hydraulic braking system. Furthermore, the design of the sliding-mode observer was converted to the solving of the LMI. In conclusion, the wheel cylinder pressure sensor open circuit fault simulation experiment and the influence on fault estimation over the different gain were proposed.  相似文献

设计了一种基于自适应磁链观测器的无速度传感器感应电机矢量控制系统,给出了转速和转子电阻的辨识率,保证了系统在全速度范围内能够稳定运行。通过仿真和实验,对转子电阻随温度的变化对无速度传感器控制系统的影响进行了模拟研究。研究结果表明:给出的转子电阻的辨识方案具有更快的收敛速度;转子电阻的辨识对电机的速度辨识具有很好的修正作用。  相似文献

针对永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)无传感器控制中转子速度和位置的估计精度不高、系统抖振等问题,提出一种基于自适应模糊神经网络(adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system,ANFIS)优化的磁链滑模观测器(flux sliding mode observer,FSMO)采用经过ANFIS优化的FSMO,实现对观测器增益的在线调节,减少系统抖振;采用改进的锁相环(phase locked loop,PLL),提高对转子速度及位置的估计精度。实验结果表明:ANFIS优化的FSMO能够有效地提高PMSM无传感器控制中转子速度和位置的估计精度,减少系统抖振。  相似文献

首先推导了滑模电流模型转子磁链观测器并分析了其特点,在此基础上利用模糊控制策略对滑模观测器进行了改进,同时利用改进的积分器来代替纯积分环节,得到一种新的模糊滑模观测器。最后在Matlab/Simulink环境下对提出的模糊滑模转子磁链观测器在感应电机交-交变频矢量控制系统中的应用进行了仿真分析,仿真结果验证了算法的可靠性、精确性、稳定性。  相似文献

提出了一个基于自适应磁链观测器的速度辨识方案。应用Lyapunov稳定性理论,观测器的增益借助于Matlab中LMI工具箱求解一线性矩阵不等式得到,它解决了采用极点配置的自适应速度观测器存在不稳定区域的问题。利用速度估计自适应机构和矢量控制方案设计了无速度传感器感应电机矢量控制系统。仿真结果表明提出的鲁棒自适应观测器在全速范围内具有很好的稳态和动态性能,并具有很好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

提出了一种新的无速度传感器永磁同步电机直接转矩控制方法。针对内埋式永磁同步电机直接转矩控制存在较大脉动转矩和逆变器的开关频率不恒定的缺点,设计了一种自适应模糊控制器确定占空比的方法。与其它基于自适应模糊控制器的直接转矩方法不同,这种自适应模糊控制器通过控制正反电压矢量作用时间,在每一采样周期计算出最优占空比。该控制器输出部分的比例因子可以根据转矩的变化趋势经自适应机构的模糊规则库在线调整,不仅可以使永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统保持恒定的开关频率,而且可以有效地减小磁链和转矩脉动,特别是低速时的转矩脉动。为了获得高性能的无速度传感器永磁同步电机控制系统,设计了一种无速度传感器方案。理论分析和仿真实验结果证明了自适应模糊永磁同步电机直接转矩控制策略的有效性。  相似文献

针对扩展卡尔曼滤波器(EKF)对模型误差鲁棒性差的问题,提出了基于强跟踪滤波器(STF)的永磁同步电机(PMSM)无速度传感器直接转矩控制(DTC)策略,该方法利用永磁同步电机定子坐标系下的非线性数学模型和强跟踪滤波技术建立了STF观测器,从而实现了对电机定子磁链、转速和转子位置的实时在线观测。仿真结果表明,STF观测器可以准确地观测出电机定子磁链和转速,同时与EKF观测器相比,该观测器对于系统参数摄动、外部干扰等系统模型失配具有更强的鲁棒性。  相似文献

设计了一种用于估算车辆质心侧偏角的混合观测器。该混合观测器包括一个状态观测器,一个动力学积分估算以及一个权值计算模块。其中,状态观测器是基于车辆模型建立的;动力学积分估算是基于车辆的动力学方程建立的,在积分的过程中运用了卡尔曼滤波的方法;权值计算模块由一个车辆状态判别模块和一个模糊控制器构成。采用相平面方法来判别车辆的稳定性状态,通过模糊控制器的输出权值,计算得到车辆的质心侧偏角。仿真实验结果表明,该混合观测器在不同的工况下能够很准确的估算出车辆的质心侧偏角。  相似文献

针对感应电动机直接转矩控制中低速运行时定子电阻变化对系统性能影响较大的问题,提出了一种基于模糊PI控制的定子电阻估计方法。同时提出了一种基于模糊SVM技术的感应电动机直接转矩控制方案,该模糊控制器的输入为转矩误差、磁链误差的绝对值,输出为所选择的参考电压矢量的偏转角,最后对该方法进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明所提出的模糊直接转矩控制方案能够有效地改善感应电动机的低速性能,减小转矩脉动,并且具有很好的动态响应性能。
Abstract:
To solve the effect of stator resistance change of the low-speed performance in direct torque control (DTC) of induction motor,a method of the stator resistance estimate,based on the fuzzy-PI control was proposed.And a fuzzy-SVM controller based on the DTC of induction motor was introduced to select the reference voltage vector,which had three inputs:the absolute value of the torque error and the flux error,one output:the deflection angleη of synthesized voltage vector.Simulation was used to prove the efficiency of this method.The results of the simulation prove that the method of the fuzzy DTC controller can effectively improve the low-speed performance of the induction motor,reduce the torque ripple,and have a good dynamic response performance.  相似文献

随着船舶综合自动化技术的发展,船舶操纵运动的重要参数—船舶航速控制显得越加重要。本文主要研究模糊控制理论在航速控制中的应用。介绍了一种参数自调整的模糊控制器的设计,并以某一船舶为例,在PC机上实现了系统的计算机仿真。仿真结果表明,该模糊控制器具有良好的控制性能,对进一步应用研究具有较大参考价值。  相似文献
