Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) imaging is now an established tool in clinical imaging and competes favourably with conventional X-ray computerized tomography (CT) scanning. The drive behind NMR imaging has primarily been in the area of whole-body imaging, which has been limited clinically to fields of up to 1.5 T (60 MHz). It is recognized that there may be substantial advantages in obtaining images with sub-millimetre spatial resolution. Also, there may be benefits to imaging at higher fields, since the signal increases as the square of the magnetic field. Using a modified 9.5 T 89-mm-bore high-resolution NMR spectrometer, we have now obtained the first NMR images of a single cell, demonstrating the advent of the NMR imaging microscope. The NMR microscope is expected to have considerable impact in the areas of biology, medicine and materials science, and may serve as a precursor to obtaining such resolutions on human subjects.  相似文献

以1,4:3,6-二缩水-D-果精为原料合成了4个新的噁唑烷衍生物,由于化合物中含有多个相同的结构单元,造成化学环境非常相似.采用1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT及二维谱1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC和高分辨质谱(HRMS)对其1H、13C NMR全谱给予了准确归属,并结合NOESY谱和相关化合物的X射线单晶衍射结果证实了化合物的立体结构.  相似文献

Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy has become an important tool in modern biological research. NMR spectra image analysis can be used to analyze the kinetics of biomacromolecular conformational changes.The relationship between the image parameters and the protein dynamics was investigated by using a small globular protein ω-conotoxin SO3 (ω-CTX SO3). The physical meanings of the image parameters were characterized from the results. Comparison of the data from the traditional integral area of specific resonance peaks method and the NMR image analysis method showed the advantages of using NMR spectra image analysis for kinetic analysis of two-state processes monitored by 1D proton NMR.  相似文献

为明确核磁共振(nuclear magnetic resonance, NMR)测井仪纵向分辨率对薄互层陆相页岩响应特征的影响,以准噶尔盆地二叠系风城组3组薄互层接触面全直径岩心为研究对象,通过设计不同岩心取样方式,模拟核磁共振仪器不同纵向分辨对薄互层的核磁共振测量。研究核磁共振仪器纵向分辨率在不同薄互层厚度情况下横向弛豫时间T2谱的响应特征的差异,明确核磁共振仪器纵向分辨率对T2谱形态、核磁孔隙度、核磁T2特征截止值及几何平均值的影响。结果表明:当薄互层物性差别较大且仪器纵向分辨率较低时,T2谱形态不能准确反映真实储层特征,进行核磁测井资料解释需要考虑分辨率的影响;核磁孔隙度受仪器纵向分辨率影响较小,是薄互层探测区域的线性平均值;T2特征截止值和几何均值会受到较大影响,会造成核磁有效孔隙度、可动流体饱和度和核磁渗透率偏小。研究结果对薄互层型页岩储层核磁共振测井评价具有重要指导意义,为核磁共振测井在页岩薄互层储层性质评价提供了参考依据。  相似文献
