Intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) are useful means to describe and deal with vague and uncertain data. An intuitionistic fuzzy C-means algorithm to cluster IFSs is developed. In each stage of the intuitionistic fuzzy C-means method the seeds are modified, and for each IFS a membership degree to each of the clusters is estimated. In the end of the algorithm, all the given IFSs are clustered according to the estimated membership degrees. Furthermore, the algorithm is extended for clustering interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs). Finally, the developed algorithms are illustrated through conducting experiments on both the real-world and simulated data sets.  相似文献

系统研究了模糊知识处理技术发展引起的各种模糊集拓展理论及其等价变换问题。首先给出了模糊集理论的各种拓展,如直觉模糊集、L 模糊集与L 直觉模糊集、区间值模糊集与区间值直觉模糊、Vague集等的定义与描述。重点研究了直觉模糊集到一般模糊集的变换,直觉模糊集与Vague集的等价关系,证明了利用D K算子可实现L 直觉模糊集到L 模糊集,区间值直觉模糊集到L 模糊集,区间值直觉模糊集到直觉模糊集,直觉模糊集到区间值直觉模糊集的等价变换。最后,给出了各种模糊集理论拓展形式之间联系的图示。  相似文献

针对直觉模糊集合数据的聚类问题,提出了一种基于目标函数的聚类方法。该方法定义了直觉模糊集合间的加权相似性准则,解决了数据聚类过程中各维特征分配不均匀的问题。通过增加非隶属度参数对模糊c〖CD*2〗均值(fuzzy c means, FCM)聚类算法中的模糊划分矩阵〖WTHX〗U〖WTBZ〗和目标函数进行改造,进而给出迭代推导公式和算法描述,把聚类归结为一个带约束的线性规划问题,适用于大数据量的情况。最后通过典型实例验证了该方法的有效性和优越性。  相似文献

定义了直觉正态模糊数及其运算法则、Euclidean距离、直觉正态模糊加权算术平均算子和直觉正态模糊加权几何平均算子. 针对准则值为直觉正态模糊数而权重信息不完全的多准则决策问题, 提出了一种基于直觉正态模糊集结算子的决策方法. 该方法首先利用各方案之间的距离和最小化思想建立优化模型求得最优权重, 然后利用集结算子对各准则进行集结, 从而得到各方案的综合评价值, 最后通过比较它们跟正负理想方案间的相对贴近度的大小, 得到方案集的排序. 实例表明该方法的有效性和可行性.  相似文献

The notion of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS) is a generalization of that of the Atanassov’s intuitionistic fuzzy set. The fundamental characteristic of IVIFS is that the values of its membership function and non-membership function are intervals rather than exact numbers. There are various averaging operators defined for IVIFSs. These operators are not monotone with respect to the total order of IVIFS, which is undesirable. This paper shows how such averaging operators can be represented by using additive generators of the product triangular norm, which simplifies and extends the existing constructions. Moreover, two new aggregation operators based on the ukasiewicz triangular norm are proposed, which are monotone with respect to the total order of IVIFS. Finally, an application of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging operator is given to multiple criteria decision making.  相似文献

直觉模糊集(intuitionistic fuzzy sets,IFSs)的隶属关系表征并不完全适用于区间直觉模糊集(interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets, IVIFSs),故其相似性测度模型与特征条件难以实现完全匹配。首先,运用记分函数和精确函数来刻画IVIFSs的特征条件,分析了现有IVIFSs相似性测度模型与特征条件匹配的冲突性;其次,基于其几何距离和重心设计了一种新的IVIFSs相似性测度模型;最后,通过理论证明和实证研究分析了该模型的优越性和应用价值。  相似文献

提出基于直觉梯形模糊数(intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number, ITFN)极小、极大期望值的序关系判别准则, 并引入风险系数构建ITFN相对完善的带有决策者风险偏好的运算规则, 在此基础上定义直觉梯形模糊Bonferroni (intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy Bonferroni, ITFB)平均算子, 验证其相关性质. 针对决策者之间、属性之间分别存在关联关系且权重均未知的多属性群决策问题, 提出基于ITFN信息关联输入的改进群体MULTIMOORA决策方法. 首先, 构建直觉梯形模糊决策矩阵序列, 予以标准化处理, 并将其转化为极小期望决策矩阵序列; 其次, 综合利用基于熵权法和考虑决策者偏好关联的基于2-可加模糊测度与Choquet积分联合的主客观赋权法确定决策者权重及属性权重; 最后, 分别引入WITFB平均算子及ITFN的Hamming 距离以改进传统MULTIMOORA决策方法, 基于优势理论可对方案展开综合排序以确定最优方案. 通过算例分析验证本文方法的可行性及有效性.  相似文献

提出一种改进的逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)方法,即直觉模糊λ-Shapley Choquet积分算子TOPSIS的多属性群决策方法.首先,定义了直觉模糊λ-Shapley Choquet积分算子Hamming距离,并运用模糊测度,Choquet积分,Shapley值定义了直觉模糊算术广义λ-Shapley Choquet积分算子和直觉模糊几何广义λ-Shapley Choquet积分算子,并分析其有关性质;然后利用直觉模糊决策矩阵Hamming距离和记分函数和精确函数确定专家模糊测度和属性模糊测度;进而给出直觉模糊环境下方案优选的算法;最后,通过算例进一步说明了该直觉模糊TOPSIS方法的有效性.  相似文献

空中目标的正确识别对防空作战具有重要的意义。针对目标识别的特点,提出了基于直觉模糊聚类的识别方法。首先,给出了直觉模糊相似度和相异度的度量方法,并利用目标特征信息计算直觉模糊相似度和相异度。然后,在分析了现有的几种直觉模糊相似矩阵构造方法的基础上,提出了一种新的直觉模糊相似矩阵的构造方法,并给出了直觉模糊相似矩阵转化为直觉模糊等价矩阵的途径;此外,定义了直觉模糊等价矩阵的(α,β)截矩阵,进而实现直觉模糊集的聚类。最后,运用该方法对给定特征的空中目标进行了聚类分析,实验结果表明,提出的方法是可行、有效的。  相似文献

The multiple attribute decision making problems are studied, in which the information about attribute weights is partly known and the attribute values take the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. The operational laws of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are introduced, and the score function and accuracy function are presented to compare the intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. The intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (IFOWA) operator which is an extension of the well-known ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator is investigated to aggregate the intuitionistic fuzzy information. In order to determine the weights of intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator, a linear goal programming procedure is proposed for learning the weights from data. Finally, an example is illustrated to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the developed method.  相似文献

根据区间值模糊集和直觉模糊集可以互相转化,而且语言变量和标准化后的实数变量也可以用直觉模糊数的形式来表示,将规范化处理后的混合型决策矩阵转化为直觉模糊决策矩阵,并建立了直觉模糊优选模型,从而得出各个方案的直觉模糊评价值。基于直觉模糊点运算引入了一种新的得分函数,对直觉模糊数进行排序。算例结果表明了该决策方法是实用和可行的。  相似文献

Considering the decision maker's risk psychological factors and information ambiguity under uncertainty, a novel TOPSIS based on prospect theory (PT) and trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (YrIFNs) for group decision making is investigated, in which the criteria values and the criteria weights take the form of TrIFNs, and weights of decision makers are unknown. Firstly, distance measures for TrIFNs are used to induce value function under trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Secondly, the concepts of distance measures and trapezoidal intuitionistie fuzzy weighted averaging operator are employed to induce the weights of decision makers and thus the decision makers' options can be aggregated. Then the PT-based separation measures and relative closeness coefficient are defined and an algorithm for ranking alternatives under trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy environment is proposed. Finally, a numerical example further illustrates the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed TOPSIS method.  相似文献

将直觉模糊和区间直觉模糊集(数)的距离测度引入直觉模糊信息系统和区间直觉模糊信息系统,建立基于距离的粗糙集模型,并给出该模型两种约简-上下近似约简的定义.通过构造分辨函数,设计距离直觉模糊粗糙模型的知识约简及规则提取算法.最后将距离直觉模糊粗糙模型应用于信息系统安全审计风险判断,这不仅可为从直觉模糊和区间直觉模糊信息系统中获取知识提供一种粗糙集方法,而且还为信息系统安全审计风险的有效判断提供决策支持.  相似文献

针对属性与决策者权重未知且方案属性值为直觉模糊数的多属性决策问题,并充分考虑直觉模糊环境下信息波动性与不具体性,提出了一种基于新的直觉模糊距离测度和多准则妥协解排序(VlseKriterijumska optimizacija I kompromisno resenje,VIKOR)法的多属性决策方法。首先拓展补充了直觉模糊距离测度的定义,在此基础上构建了新的直觉模糊距离公式以减少决策信息缺乏,利用直觉模糊熵确定属性与决策者权重,然后再运用新的直觉模糊距离计算VIKOR法中的群体效用和个体后悔度进而得到决策结果,最后,通过实际案例分析验证了该方法的合理性与有效性。  相似文献

针对现有直觉模糊核c-均值(intuitionistic fuzzy kernel c-means,IFKCM)聚类算法对初始值敏感、易陷入局部最优解及收敛速度慢等缺陷,汲取了粒子群优化(particle swarm optimization,PSO)算法优势,对初始聚类中心进行优化,提出了基于粒子群优化的直觉核c-均值(particle swarm-based intuitionistic fuzzy kernel c-means,PS-IFKCM)聚类算法,选取4组标准数据集实际样本数据对算法的有效性进行了试验。最后选取弹道中段目标识别常用的雷达截面积(radar cross section, RCS)这一特征属性进行弹道中段目标识别仿真实验,并将其与模糊c-均值(fuzzy c-means, FCM)算法、IFKCM算法的识别效果及运行时间进行比较分析,表明了该算法应用于弹道中段目标识别的有效性及优越性。  相似文献

针对防空作战中的目标威胁评估问题,提出一种新的多时刻融合直觉模糊集排序模型。首先,依据目标威胁属性的主、客观权重得到综合权重。然后,通过逼近理想解排序法来衡量直觉模糊集信息量的大小,利用直觉模糊熵来表征直觉模糊集信息的可靠性,并结合决策者的风险偏好,构建了基于信息量和不确定性的直觉模糊集排序模型,得出单时刻的目标威胁排序。最后,利用泊松分布逆形式构建了时间序列权重以融合多个时刻的决策信息,得出最终的目标威胁排序。仿真结果表明,所提算法综合了多时刻的决策信息,并可根据决策者的风险偏好进行调整,灵活性强,可靠性高。  相似文献

针对模糊条件下的多属性决策问题,提出了一种新的基于直觉模糊集的多属性模糊决策方法。首先,给出了直觉模糊集的几何解释,定义了两个直觉模糊集之间的距离,确定了各候选方案指标值在直觉模糊集中的表示形式。其次,针对在信息不完全确定的模糊环境下,建立了基于直觉模糊集的多属性模糊决策模型,给出了适合这种模型的相应定义,提出了理想方案和负理想方案的概念,并结合信息不完全确定性处理来保证方案的唯一性。最后,通过比较各方案的直觉模糊集与理想和负理想方案的距离来确定方案集的排序。通过实例验证了方法的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

Intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers and their operational laws are defined. Based on these op-erational laws, some aggregation operators, including intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging operator and weighted geometric averaging operator are proposed. Expected values, score function, and accuracy function of intuitionitsic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers are defined. Based on these, a kind of intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy multi-criteria decision making method is proposed. By using these aggregation operators, criteria values are aggregated and integrated intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers of alternatives are attained. By comparing score function and accuracy function values of integrated fuzzy numbers, a ranking of the whole alternative set can be attained. An example is given to show the feasibility and availability of the method.  相似文献

Inspired by the idea of Bonferroni mean, in this paper we develop an aggregation technique called the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Bonferroni mean for aggregating interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information. We study its properties and discuss its special cases. For the situations where the input arguments have different importance, we then define a weighted interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Bonferroni mean, based on which we give a procedure for multi-criteria decision making under interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environments.  相似文献
