研究开发了一种用于特殊工作环境的新型防护面料.采用了新型复合结构,最外层为功能性面料,拒水、拒油,防止沾污,抗静电,耐磨;第二层为特种复合膜形成双组分复合膜;最内层是网眼锦纶经编织物,可使产品贴身穿着.这样既得到了良好的防毒剂和透湿性能,又防止了膜的机械性损伤,使服装能适应邮政等特殊工作环境需要.测试结果表明:该产品综合性能优越,功能全面,可作为应急状态的防护产品。  相似文献

Condensation occurs when the local vapor pressure rises above the saturation vapor pressure at the local temperature in theory. A new measuring apparatus were made to obtain temperature and relative humidity simultaneously for the purpose of investigating the mechanism of condensation occurred on the fabrics. The experiment conducted at the standard condition of temperature of 20℃ and relative humidity of 65%. The result obtained from experiment showed that condensation could occur under the situation closed to saturation line as the temperature on fabric may be lower than dew point of water vapor in the measuring box depending on the experiment conducted at an ambient environment temperature of 20℃ The range of fabrics studied showed that PTFE laminated fabrics except nylon gingham PTFE laminated fabric facilitates the loss of water vapor and therefore prevent condensation. 针对壳聚糖和多元羧酸在棉织物抗菌防皱整理中的应用,讨论了两种多元羧酸(柠檬酸和马来酸酐)的不同复配比对整理效果的影响,并且就整理前后棉织物对3种指示菌的抗菌效果及耐洗性进行测试与分析.结果表明,用多元羧酸和壳聚糖的混合液对棉织物进行抗菌防皱整理的效果明显,而且经过反复洗涤后其抑菌率仍然可达到81%以上.  相似文献

讨论用皂铝法对涤纶物进行防水整理的技术,得到的涤纶织物具有较好的防水效果。通过对其工艺技术及其影响因素的研究。得到最佳的工艺条件为:硬脂酸钠溶液60g/l,浴比1:40,硫酸铝溶液50g/l,浴比1:30,室温下浸泡时间15min,烘干湿度为90℃,烘干时间为8min。  相似文献

涤纶仿真丝绉类织物的绉丝通常是对长丝加强捻经热定型获得。目前国外已采用加强捻、热定型、假捻三合一新工艺。本文通过选用两种加工工艺获得绉丝,然后进行织造、后整理,并对三种双绉织物(包括02真丝双绉)的起绉效果、光感、形感、透气性及力学性能等进行测试对比,结果表明,一步法涤纶弹力型绉丝织物起绉效果好,光泽柔和,手感膨松丰满、柔软,有关力学性能与02真丝双绉比较接近。  相似文献

对利用Ar等离子体为引发手段对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜进行表面处理,然后在PTFE膜表面接枝丙烯酸(AAc)制备的PTFE-g-AAc聚四氟乙烯荷电微孔膜的抗老化性能进行了室内试验研究.通过贮存、浸泡、化学清洗及高温清洗等试验,考察了不同条件下荷电微孔膜的流动电位、通量以及抗污染和对悬浮物的去除能力.试验结果表明,在一般条件下贮存或在油田含油污水处理装置中使用3年,对该荷电膜的通量、荷电性等基本性能以及流动电位、抗污染和对悬浮物的去除能力没有明显影响,而且该膜还具有较好的在含油污水处理中的稳定性能和耐化学腐蚀性能.  相似文献

甲壳质及其衍生物具有独特的无毒、抗菌、良好的生物相容性、良好的可吸收性以及抗炎、不过敏、能促进伤口愈合等优异的生物特性,在医学以及其他领域得到了广泛的关注和应用。甲壳质类纤维已被用于医用纤维纸、敷料、止血棉等。但由于现有甲壳质类纤维的强度太低,影响了它的应用范围。讨论了提高壳质类纤维强度的几种方法,即:提高甲壳质类材料的溶解度、初生纤维特殊热处理、初生纤维交联处理法和液晶纺丝法等。高强度甲壳质类纤维可被应用于医用缝合线、正骨材料、人体组织工程材料、医用纤维纸、伤口敷料、抗菌用纺织品等领域。  相似文献

An easy hydrolysis degradable polyester (EHDP) is synthesized; the fiber produced from which can be hydrolyzed by dilute basic solution easily. The properties of these kind polyesters are measured. The results show that this kind polymer is suitable to be spun into filament The EHDP can be spun into staple fiber and manufactured into non-woven fabric. This fabric is used as disposable clothes. In composite spinning, the PET (polyethylen glycol terephthalate) or PA (poly amide) is used as continuous phase, and EHDP used as dispersed phase. Then the fabric of this kind fiber is treated by basic solution; the ultra-fine fiber fabric is obtained. The fineness of the fiber is about 0.045 dtex. In blend spinning, EHDP is mixed with polypropylene (PP) to produce hollow fiber with micro-holes hi radical direction. This fiber is a usable material in filter especially in medical use.  相似文献

A composite vascular scaffold combining textile reinforced structure and biodegradable polymer is introduced, which may possess high porosity and connectivity. Moreover, the porous size could be controlled. The proposed scaffold consists of a warp-knitted poly (ethylene terephthalate ) (PET) fabric with well-defined macropores, which is embedded with a porous biodegradable polymer membrane. The aim of this paper is to study the fabrication and properties of porous polymer membrane through optimizing the parameter of composite methods from freeze drying/particle leaching ( FD/PL ) and gas foaming/particle leaching ( GF/PL ), subsequently combining with the warp-knitted fabric. Weighing method was utilized to analyze the porosity of the samples and the scanning electron microscope (SEM) images were taken to observe the porous structure of the vascular membrane. In addition, ,the static contact angle (CA) was measured to estimate the hydrophilicity of the samples, and the tensile testing of the composites was performed on the universal mechanical tester. Furthermore, the water permeability of the membrane was also calculated. The results showed that the porosity and pore connectivity of the vascular membrane were diverse, became of solution concentration, particle size, ratio of content, etc. Meanwhile, the stress-strain curves and the bursting strength showed the different mechanical properties among composite scaffolds in different structures.  相似文献

PET crepe for making silk-like fabric can be obtained by high-twist and heat setting. Recently, new technology, that is hight-twist, heat setting and false-twist has been applied abroad. This paper selects two kinds of technology for making crepe, weaving and finishing, then craping effect, lustre feeling, shape feeling, and mechanical properties have been measured and compared for three kinds of crepe fabric(including silk fabric). The results show that the fabric made of PET stretch crepe possesses light soft, better craping effect and bulkness, the machincal properties are close to those of silk crepe.  相似文献

以自制的反应性阳离子水性聚氨酯对纯羊绒针织物进行抗起毛起球整理,研究整理剂对纯羊绒针织物整理效果及其服用性能的影响。研究结果表明:在整理剂最佳的应用工艺下(整理剂质量浓度50g/L、浴比1:35、整理液pH5.5、40℃下处理20min、100℃烘干),可显著提高羊绒针织物的抗起毛起球性能,其起毛起球等级从2.0级提高到4.0级,且织物的手感和白度等风格不受整理剂的影响。  相似文献

The PET fibrc was grafted with acrylonitrile (AN) initiated by benzoyl peroxide(BPO). Then the AN-grafted fibre was treated in a solution containing copper-compound and sulfur reducing agent to obtain the electrically conductive PET fibre. In this paper the factors affecting the graft copolymerization were discussed and the optimum conditions of graft were then chosen. The conductive components of the electrically conductive PET fibre and their structures were also studied with the aid of X-ray diffractometry and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry. 介绍了网络覆膜砂的延时固化原理、新型树脂的筛选、新型覆膜砂的制备、延时固化剂的筛选,以及加入网络剂后各种相关性能考察.通过研究认为,控制固化剂防砂施工后挤入地层的方法能够实现网络覆膜砂固化的人为控制,同时具有较高的强度和渗透率,在一定的压力和排量下有防止覆膜砂反吐的功能,可以用一次防砂管柱实现多层防砂施工的目的.  相似文献
