Inclusion complex of Orange II with β-Cyclodextrin (β-CD) and the anti-photolysis effect under UV-light were investigated. The molar ratio of inclusion complex of β-Cyclodextrin and Orange II is 1∶1. The formation constantK = 1.236×103 L/mol was determined by the UV and Fluorescence spectra respectively, which was quite in accordance with the calculation with a modified Benesi-Hildbrand equation. The inclusion complex was characterized by the IR spectra and the molar ratio of inclusion complex is 1∶1 too. The formation constantK = 1.266×103 L/mol was determined by1H NMR analysis and was nearly the same by UV and fluorescence spectra. The photocatalytic decolorization rate of Orange II solutions containing β-CD and TiO2 was smaller by 51.9% than that of the Orange II solutions only containing TiO2, while in the case of direct photolysis of Orange II solutions, β-CD can lower the photolysis rate by 48.1% under UV-light. This result indicates β-CD can inhibit the photolysis and photocatalytic decolorization of Orange II under UV-light. The β-CD inclusion complex was found to be persistent to UV-light photolysis. Let C be a free cyclic code over Z n α and dim p C = k. In the paper, we prove that if the k characteristic generators of C are p-linearly independent then the corresponding k characteristic generators of C are p-linearly independent. We then show that to any trellis that can be constructed from k p-linearly independent characteristic generators of C, there exists a trellis for C with the same state-complexity profile, which generalizes the conjecture of Koetter and Vardy to a free cyclic code over Z n α. (R)- and(S)-2-Allyl-1,3,2-dinaphtho (α,β) [d.f] dioxaborepin ((R)-2 and(S)-2) have been first prepared by the reaction of(R)-(+)- or(S)-(−)-1, 1′-bi-2-naphthol and triallylborane in THF at room temperature, respectively.(S)-2 and(R)-2 are sensitive to moisture and oxygen in air and disproportionate easily to triallylborane and 1,1′-bi-2 naphthyl bis (1,1′-bi-2-naphtholborate) at ambient temperature. However, THF is a stabilizer for them. The reactions of(R)-2 or(S)-2 and some aliphetic or aromatic aldehydes in CH2Cl2 at −78°C for several hours afforded β-alkylenyl alcohols in up to 84.8%ee. By combination of DC reactive magnetron sputtering with multiple arcplating, the alternating C3N4/TiN compound film is deposited onto HSS. The core level binding energy and the contents of carbon and nitrogen are characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectrum. X-ray diffraction (XRD) shows that compound thin film contains hard crystalline phases of α-C3N4 and β-C3N4. The Knoop microhardness in the load range of 50, 5–54, 1 GPa is measured. According to acoustic emission scratch test, the critical load values for the coatings on HSS substrates are in the range of 40–80 N. The metal coated with C3N4/TiN compound films has a great improvement in the resistance against corrosion. Many tests show that such a coating has a very high wearability. Compared with the uncoated and TiN coated tools, the C3N4/TiN coated tools have a much longer cutting life. β2-Adrenoceptor (β2-AR) was purified from the rabbit lung tissue by sepherose-salbutamol affinity chromatographic column. To prepare the β2-AR stationery phase, β2-AR was evenly immobilized on the surface of macro-pore silica with e mild chemical coupling method through covalent bond. The retention properties of β2-AR stationery phase were characterized by four ligends, selbutamol sulfate, noredreneline bitartrete, adrenaline hydrochloride end proprenolol hydrochloride, to establish the β2-AR affinity chromatography. Then, the method was used to screen the active compounds from the total extracts of Semen Armeniacae Amarum. The results showed that β2-AR on the surface of the stationary phase could keep its original bioectivity end selectivity. Amygdalin retained in the chromatographic column was proved to be the active compound of the total extracts of Semen Armeniacae Amarum. Compared with the existing chromatographic screening approaches, this method showed e good stability end high selectivity. The active compounds which could interact with β2-AR in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) could be screened efficiently by this method, providing e new way to screen the active compounds in complicated samples such as TCM.  相似文献

With wax content of 1.62%, heavy oil has been produced from the sandstone reservoirs of Neogene Guantao Formation (Ng1). In the GC and GC-MS RIC profiles of its aliphatic fraction, n-alkanes are totally lost, which shows the result of heavy biodegradedation. However, the remaining trace C13-C36 n-alkanes can be still seen from its m/z 85 mass chromatogram. In addition, a complete series of C35-C73 high molecular weight (HMW) n-alkanes was detected by high-temperature gas chromatography (HTGC). The HMW n-alkane series shows a normal distribution pattern, a major peak at nC43, obvious odd-carbon-number predominance, CPI37—55 and OEP45—49 values up to 1.17 and 1.16—1.20 respectively. The present study not only has conformed the strong resistibility of HMW n-alkanes to biodegradation in crude oils as concluded by previous researchers, but also has provided some significant information on source input and maturity for the heavily biodegraded oil in the Qianmiqiao region.  相似文献

Although the gas cracked from oil has been believed to be one of the important sources in highly ma-tured marine basins, there are still some debates on its resource potentials and chemical and isotopic compositions. In this study a Cambrian-sourced marine oil sample from the Silurian reservoir of well TZ62 in the central Tarim basin was pyrolyzed using sealed gold tubes with two different pyrolysis schemes: continuous pyrolysis in a closed system and stepwise semi-open pyrolysis. The results show that the maximum weight yield of C1–5 gases occurs at EasyRo=2.3% and the residual gas poten-tial after this maturity is only 43.4 mL/g, about 12% of the yield of 361 mL/g at EasyRo=2.3%. Combined with the results of kinetic modeling, the main stage of gas generation from oil cracking is believed within the EasyRo=1.6%―2.3%. The increase in the volume yield of C1–5 gases at EasyRo>2.3% in a closed system is mainly related to the re-cracking of previously formed C2–5 wet gases, not the direct cracking of oil. The stepwise pyrolysis experiments show that the gas from the cracking of residual oil at EasyRo>2.3% is characterized by very high dryness index (higher than 92%) and heavy methane carbon isotopes ranging from -28.7‰ to -26.7‰, which is quite different from the gases from the con-tinuous pyrolysis in a closed system. The kinetic modeling of methane carbon isotope fractionation shows that the carbon isotopes of methane within the main stage of gas generation (EasyRo<2.3%) are far lighter than the carbon isotopes of the precursor oils under a geological heating rate of 2 ℃/Ma. The above observations and results provide some new clues to the accurate recognition and objective re-source evaluation of oil cracking gas in highly mature marine basins.  相似文献

A set of molecule parameters, namely, N, N′, p, q, n, were used to express the structures of alkanes. A correlative model was established between certain physical-chemical properties and molecular parameters of alkanes by regression method. Eight physical-chemical properties, such as evaporation heat (△vHm^20), density(D^20 ), capacity (C^20), surface tension (δ^20), boiling point (Tb), critical temperature(Tc), critical pressure(Pc) and critical volume(Vc), of fifty-six C3-C16 alkanes were calculated directly from the model in this paper. The calculated values are in good accordance with the literature ones reported for alkanes, and the correlation coefficients (R) equal or exceed 0.99 . The research results indicate that the principle of the method is simple and clear, the method is practical, the correlativity is excellent, and the predicted data are credible.  相似文献

Ni(II)-dien complex was prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P-1, with crystallographic parametersa=0.888 13(18) nm,b=0.890 10(18) nm,c=1. 591 8(3) nm, α=77.71(3)°, β=89.12(3)°, γ=61.24(3)°,Z=2. The two dien molecules coordinate to the central Ni atom, the six nitrogen atoms form a distorted octahedron. Preliminary pharmacological tests showed this complex had antitumor activity against HepG2 and HL-60 cell linesin vitro. The novel chitosan microspheres grafted with β-cyclodextrins (CMGC) were prepared by means of the reaction of chitosan microspheres and mono-(6-p-tosyl)-β-cyclodextrins (β-CD-OTs-6). β-CD-OTs-6 were gained by the reaction ofp-toluenesulfonyl chloride (TsCl) and β-cyclodextrins (β-CDs). Their structures were proved by Fourier transform infrared spectral analysis (FT-IR), X ray powder diffraction analysis, and13C NMR; the configuration of CMGC was characterized by scanning electron micrograph (SEM) and transmittance electron micrograph (TEM). The inclusion complex of CMGC with iodine was prepared and its inclusion ability was studied. The experimental results showed that some iodine was included with CMGC and formed a stable inclusion. The stable complex of CMGC and iodine (CMGC-I) shows good antibacterial effect. To compare two microspheres of chitosan/β-cyclodextrin and carboxymethyl chitosan/β-cyclodextrin loaded theophylline as pulmonary sustained drug delivery carriers, the characteristics and ciliotoxicity were studied. The drug loadings of chitosan/β-cyclodextrin and carboxymethyl chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres were 21.09% and 21.42%, and the encapsulation efficiencies were 91.40% and 92.80%. The distributions of 50% (d 0.5) of chitosan/β-cyclodextrin and carboxymethyl chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres were 4.89 and 5.83 μm, respectively. Both microspheres showed spherical shape with smooth or wrinkled surfaces. FT-IR of chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres demonstrated that theophylline had formed hydrogen bonds with chitosan and β-cyclodextrin, while for the carboxymethyl chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres theophylline had interaction with carboxymethyl chitosan. The moisture absorption showed that an equilibrium was reached within 24 h. The two microspheres possessed better adaptability. In vitro release of theophylline from chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres was slower than that from carboxymethyl chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheres at pH 6.8. Ternary inclusion complexes β-cyclodextrin (β-CD), rare earth metal ions (YbCl3, YCl3), and 1,8-naphthalene- diamine/1,5-naphthalenediamine are synthesized in basic aqueous media, which are characterized via 1H NMR and IR spectroscopy. The stoichiometric proportion of β-CD:YbCl3:1,5-naphthalenediamine is 2:1:2, that of β-CD:YCl3:1,8-naphthalenediamine is 2:1:1, and that of β-CD:YbCl3:1,8-naphthalenediamine is 2:1:1. The IR spectroscopy of the ternary inclusion complexes in the range of 935–1 000 cm−1 reveals the existence of the coordinate bond M—O or M—N. A novel supramolecular adduct [(H3O)2 (PtCl6)]3 (C42H42N28O14)2·H2O (1) was synthesized by mixing [PtCl6]2− and cucurbit [7] uril in solution of hydrochloric acid.
