Circadian change of sweating rate measured locally by the resistance hygrometry method in man

Summary There existed circadian change in the sweating rate locally measured from the anterior of the left thigh: the sweating rate showed a remarkable decline during the period 2.00–5.00 h, while at other times throughout the day it generally remained high. The importance of interest rates for forecasting the exchange rate

This study compares the forecasting performance of a structural exchange rate model that combines the purchasing power parity condition with the interest rate differential in the long run, with some alternative exchange rate models. The analysis is applied to the Norwegian exchange rate. The long‐run equilibrium relationship is embedded in a parsimonious representation for the exchange rate. The structural exchange rate representation is stable over the sample and outperforms a random walk in an out‐of‐sample forecasting exercise at one to four horizons. Ignoring the interest rate differential in the long run, however, the structural model no longer outperforms a random walk. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley _ Sons, Ltd.     

An empirical relationship between the prey density and predatory efficiency ofGambusia affinis

Summary Larval density of Culex fatigans essentially influences the predatory rate of the mosquito-fish Gambusia affinis. The feeding rate of the fish gradually increases up to a maximum value at intermediate prey densities beyond which there is an asymptotic saturation in the feeding rate. The relationship is represented by an empirical equation which helps in the prediction of the ideal stocking rate of the fish in natural systems.     

双寡头多维合作稳定性研究

运用多维博弈的方法,研究了双寡头同时生产具有替代关系的两种产品的合作稳定性问题,分析得到:贴现率对双寡头的合作稳定性有影响关系,且存在一临界贴现率,当实际贴现率小于该临界贴现率时,双寡头的合作最不稳定,当实际贴现率大于该临界贴现率时,双寡头合作是稳定的。

Summary By pulse labelling, it is shown that the relative growth rate of cell wall substances in synchronousChlorella has a sharp maximum at the time of autospore formation. The dependence on time of the rate of growth of the cell wall coincides with that of the rate of increase of the free space. Moreover, the increase of the nitrogen content of the cell wall also has a maximum roughly at the same time as the growth rate.     

Evolution of testosterone metabolism during neonatal life in the guinea pig]

The neonatal period is characterized in the male Guinea-Pig by a steady increase in the metabolic clearance rate of testosterone and by a decrease in the conversion rate of testosterone to androstenedione. The transient rise in testosterone production rate on day 3 is concomitant with the neonatal peak in plasma testosterone.     

Änderung des Glukosetransports frischer menschlicher Erythrozyten bei längerer Inkubation

Summary Incubation of fresh defibrinated blood at 37°C increases the volume of red cells and decreases their permeation rate for glucose. The kinetics of sugar transport show direct proportionality between rate and the osmotic content of red cells. The measured volume changes and the changes of osmotic content calculated from the glucose permeation curves are in good agreement. Adenosine reconstitutes the increased volume and the decreased permeation rate in red cells. Therefore the decrease in permeation rate is explained by the increase in volume.     

The turnover of F-actin-bound ADP in vivo.

A procedure for estimating the rate of turnover of F-actin-bound ADP in vivo is described. A turnover rate of 0.88 h-1 was determined for mouse muscle F-actin. The validity of the method when used to estimate the turnover rate of F-actin per se is discussed in relation to the possible exchange of F-actin-bound ADP.     

纤维素分解混合菌群的筛选及腐解稻草研究Ⅱ纤维素分解混合菌群对稻草的腐解

对富集筛选的纤维素分解混合菌群进行了稻草腐解试验，结果表明：施用该纤维素分解混合菌群后能够减少氨态氮素的挥发，纤维素分解混合菌群在15d内对稻草的腐解效果明显，外观分散度明显比对照要好，对照的失重率为45．80％，而处理的失重率为57．85％，比对照提高了12．05个百分点。Duncan新复极差法分析表明，失重率在1％水平差异极显著，而还原糖量、纤维素酶活以及pH值的差异均不显著，说明还原糖量、纤维素酶活以及pH值不能作为判断稻草腐解程度的指标。得到了一个稻草腐解效果较好的混合菌群，能够在外界菌群存在的条件下较好腐解稻草。     

混凝土材料非线性多轴动态强度准则

将广义非线性强度理论的4个材料参数转化为混凝土材料的基本强度参数,通过混凝土材料的基本强度特性,分析了4个材料参数的变化规律与取值范围.基于S准则建立了混凝土材料4个基本强度参数的率效应表达式,建立了混凝土材料的非线性多轴动态强度准则,分析了动态强度参数的率效应规律,结果表明,混凝土材料的强度特性随着应变率的提高,逐渐向金属材料的强度特性过渡,在应变率从-3~3,应变率对混凝土动态强度的影响较大,并且动强度不是随着应变率的提高无限增大的,而是存在动强度峰值.通过与3组双轴压-压和2组双轴拉-压动态加载时混凝土材料试验结果的比较,表明非线性多轴动态强度准则可较好地描述混凝土材料双轴动强度规律.在同一应变率下,可较好地描述强度的非线性特性;不同应变率下,动强度面互不相交,即应变率效应与多轴应力状态对强度规律不存在耦合影响.     

Blood flow rate in jejunal ischemia-reperfusion injury

We examined changes in the blood flow rate in the course of jejunal ischemic injury using a laser Doppler flowmeter. For this purpose, we designed a sensor holding system, which involved the fixation of the sensor to the jejunum and allowed their movements to be synthronized. When the jejunum was reperfused after 10 min of ischemia, the blood flow rate markedly increased and then gradually decreased to the initial level. A 30-min period of ischemia produced the slowest recovery of the blood flow rate. This system could be useful for monitoring the blood flow rate in different anatomical regions.     

脊椎动物基因注释中的大基因问题

为了找出编码蛋白质的基因，注释流程结合了“从头开始的基因预测方法”和“与已知基因相似性比较”这两种方法。“从头开始的基因预测方法”虽然有很高的假阳性但是假阴性却很低；相形之下，结合了相似性比对的方法之后虽然能够降低假阳性，但是却大大提高了假阴性。我们发现，在这当中与基因预测正确率相关的最重要因素就是基因大小(包括内含子在内)——大基因尤其容易产生预测错误。     

Protein synthesis in vivo in muscles of the growing lamb]

The relationship between incorporation of intravenously injected 14C lysine and specific radio-activity of precursor was used to estimate protein synthesis in muscle of growing lambs. The rate of protein synthesis per unit of muscle weight in Supraspinatus and Extensor digitorum longus decreased strongly from one week of age to puberty (10 weeks); afterwards it decreased in supraspinatus and increased slightly in Extensor digitorum longus. The rate of protein synthesis increase in muscle protein weight was constant during the whole experiment (1 week-16 weeks). In preruminant Lambs )1 week-5 weeks) the rate of protein synthesis per unit of muscle weight decreased; however, due to the increase in muscle weight, the rate of protein synthesis in whole muscle remained relatively constant. In order Lambs the rate of protein synthesis in whole muscle decreased. The turnover time of protein increased with age. These results give some explanation on muscular development of Lambs.     

连续冲洗式沉沙池截沙率试验研究

对连续冲洗式沉沙池截沙率进行分析研究，并在一维流超饱和输沙法基础上，得出连续冲洗式沉沙池池段分组截沙率、工作段分组截沙率、大于某粒径级截沙率以及总截沙率的近似计算方法。为验证该方法的实用性，对连续冲洗式沉沙池的截沙率进行模型试验，试验结果表明：采用近似处理的截沙率计算公式，其计算结果与实测结果吻合较好，在符合计算精度的前提下，可以用于实际工程计算。     

瑞替普酶治疗急性心肌梗死（AMI）的临床观察

目的对比观察瑞替普酶（reteplase rPA）与尿激酶用于急性心肌梗死（AMI）溶栓治疗的效果。方法从2006年10月到2008年10月，共收治38例AMI患者，随机接受r—PA或尿激酶溶栓治疗，观察溶栓再通率及不良反应发生率。结果溶栓后2h再通率rPA组为89．47％，尿激酶组68．42％（P〈0．01）。结论瑞替普酶治疗AMI再通率高，疗效确切，值得临床推广。     

河岸缓冲带不同植被配置对铵氮去除效果研究

在沈阳市郊浑河和蒲河两岸开展不同植被配置方式下，开展河岸植被缓冲带对地表径流中铵氮污染消减研究。结果表明：河岸植被缓冲带越宽，水中铵氮浓度越高，其对地表径流中铵氮的消减作用越明显；天然植被比人工植被能更好的去除铵氮污染物；当污染浓度升高时，林草混合配置的植被带对铵氮表现出较好的消减率；人工林草地和天然林草地对铵氮的平均消减率分别为31％和25．9％，最高消减率分别为57．9％和63．3％，最高消减率均发生在7m宽度河岸带上，而人工林地对铵氮的消减效果较差。实验结果能够应用于指导自然河岸带的生态保护与人工河岸植被带的建设。     

Speed of in vitro reassociation of gonadotropin subunits in a teleost fish, the carp (Cyprinus carpio L.)]

Purified gonadotropin subunits of a teleost Fish, the Carp, reassociated in vitro, according to a second order rate reaction. The rate constant was temperature dependent. Compared to ovine LH, the Q10 was about three times less and the rate constant much greater (160 times for instance at 20 degrees C). The possible physiological significance of these differences is underlined.     

The mechanical and biochemical effects of pentoxifylline on the perfused rat heart

Perfusion of the isolated rat heart at constant heart rate and coronary flow with the inhibitor of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase, pentoxifylline (10(-4) moles/l), produced no significant effect on the maximum rate and the peak of contraction, but increased the maximum rate of relaxation. cAMP level and cAMP-dependent protein kinase activity were increased in the absence of changes in cGMP. The results were identical in hearts of reserpinized rats.     

褐藻酸钠不同脱色方法的比较研究

以海带为原料提取褐藻酸钠,并对褐藻酸钠的脱色方法进行研究.分别采用活性碳、次氯酸钠、过氧化氢和大孔树脂NAR-9、ADS-22、ADS-8对褐藻酸钠进行脱色.通过对多糖脱色率比较发现,四种方法对褐藻酸钠均有脱色效果.次氯酸钠脱色率较高但多糖保留率较低,树脂脱色法明显优于次氯酸钠、过氧化氢和活性发.     

Effect of transmembrane potential on noradrenaline transport in chromaffin granules]

Imposing a transmembrane potential positive with respect to the medium on chromaffin granule ghosts increased the initial rate of the delta pH-induced uptake of noradrenaline, whereas imposing a negative potential decreased this rate. The increase of the uptake rate was proportional to the potential. The ATP-induced uptake of noradrenaline was also sensitive to the potential since imposing a transient negative potential onto the positive potential generated by the membrane ATPase induced a latency in this transport.
