提出了一种非对称开槽贴片结构的双模谐振器,并在此基础上研究设计出了一种结构紧凑的微带双模带通滤波器,这种具有非对称开槽贴片的双模谐振器不仅具有双模谐振的特性,还能够有效减小电路的尺寸,便于实现双模带通滤波器的小型化.利用ADS仿真软件对设计出的双模带通滤波器进行仿真表明,该滤波器具有良好的通带特性,且整体尺寸为0.2λg×0.2λg,有效实现了双模带通滤波器的小型化.  相似文献

本文利用缺陷接地结构(DGS)设计了一种高性能的超宽带滤波器,该滤波器包括位于多模谐振器下面的六个半圆形的DGS.首先通过使用多模谐振原理得到一个超宽带带通滤波器,然后利用DGS结构设计了一个截止频率超过12.6GHz的低通滤波器,这样做的目的是抑制超宽带滤波器的寄生通带的影响.最后结合两者,得到一高性能种超宽带带通滤波器,使用ANSOFT HFSS软件建模仿真和优化,结果表明:该滤波器的中心频率在6.85 GHz,通带为3.0 GHz-10.6 GHz,通带内插入损耗小于0.3 dB,回波损耗优于20 dB.频带内具有良好的通带特性,同时又能有效的抑制高次谐波,上阻带在30 dB以下达到19 GHz.  相似文献

设计了一种P波段小型化超宽带天线。该天线采用微带线对五边形辐射单元进行馈电,接地板上蚀刻了锯齿形边沿的矩形宽缝。通过天线参数的仿真优化,最终实现了相对带宽约95%、尺寸为0.27λ×0.17λ(λ为低频点的自由空间波长)的超宽带P波段小型化印刷天线。仿真结果表明:天线的工作频带为300.5~848.8MHz,带内回波损耗均在-10dB以下,整个频段内天线的增益均在3dBi以上,天线为全向辐射。该天线具有平面结构,形状简单,易于共形的特征。最后制作了天线样件并进行了测试,测量结果与仿真结果吻合较好。  相似文献

研究一种小型化超宽带微带带通滤波器。该滤波器采用2个开路枝节线和2个短路枝节线,其中开路枝节和短路枝节两两组成枝节线对。在2个枝节线对之间,利用一段均匀微带线进行连接。滤波器的输入输出采用直接馈电的设计,以保证宽带滤波器所需的强耦合。通过对该滤波器的参数进行仿真研究,设计实现了一个带宽在110%左右的超宽带滤波器。试制样品的测试结果与仿真结果吻合良好,表明该滤波器在中心频率为1.90GHz时,可实现103oA的相对带宽。通带内的最小插入损耗为0.20dB(在1.52GHz处),匹配均优于-20dB。第一个寄生通带的频率高于6GHz,是中心频率的3.2倍左右,而且该滤波器的电尺寸小,在其通带中心频率处,只有0.21×0.18λg^2  相似文献

基于非对称耦合馈线结构,设计了一种通带内具有单阻带特性的超宽带滤波器.通过调节非对称耦合馈线结构的物理尺寸,能够控制超宽带通带内阻带频率的位置,从而有效减少其他频段的干扰.利用ADS仿真软件对研究设计的超宽带滤波器进行仿真计算,仿真结果表明该滤波器不仅具有良好的通带效果,还具有阻带位置灵活可调的优良特性.  相似文献

利用S形电磁带隙结构的阻波特性,设计了一种基于EBG结构的基片集成波导(SIW)超宽带带通滤波器.该滤波器通过将不同大小的S形结构单元蚀刻在SIW上金属面,以获得超宽带.所设计的带通滤波器工作频带范围为7.85~10.21 GHz,中心频率为9.03 GHz,相对带宽为26.14%,通带内的最大插入损耗约为1.54 dB,相比于文献[8~10]中类似EBG结构的带通滤波器,回波损耗较优,且具有结构紧凑、通带选择性好等优点.测量结果与仿真结果基本吻合,验证了该设计方法的有效性.  相似文献

针对超宽带滤波器插损较大、阻带较窄的问题,提出一种曲折型缺陷地结构小型超宽带滤波器的设计方法.首先,在金属地面上开曲折型缝隙,得到曲折型缺陷地结构;然后,依据曲折型缺陷地平行耦合线和传输线的结构特点,分别构造它们的等效电路模型,再结合HFSS仿真来验证电路模型的正确性,推导出结构尺寸与等效电路元件参数之间的对应关系,得出曲折型缺陷地平行耦合线具有超宽带特性和曲折型缺陷地传输线具有低通高选择性的结论.结合这两种结构的优点设计了一种结构简单、具有宽阻带的超宽带滤波器.测试结果表明,与传统缺陷地结构和复合左右手传输线(CRLH)结构的超宽带滤波器相比,该滤波器具有插损小的特点,其带内最大插损仅为0.88 dB,阻带抑制在11.75~20 GHz范围内均小于-30 dB.  相似文献

针对高性能和小型化宽带滤波器设计问题,利用微带线和共面波导之间的大面积重合以及介质基板所导致的强耦合效应,设计了一款CPW/微带线结构的超宽带带通滤波器.分析了所设计带通滤波器的等效模型,讨论了耦合区域长度对滤波器性能的影响.CST软件仿真的结果表明,所设计的滤波器满足超宽带滤波器的设计指标,与其他同类滤波器相比,具有设计更简单、结构更紧凑的特点.  相似文献

为了设计小型化、低插入损耗、宽阻带的滤波器,本文基于缺陷微带结构(defected microstrip structure,DMS)提出一种新型H形DMS结构微带滤波器,利用DMS结构与1/4波长终端短路谐振器设计制作一种小型超宽带微带带通滤波器,并用ADS(advanced design system)软件对该滤波器进行分析及仿真验证,且对所设计的滤波器进行实物加工测试。测试结果表明,该滤波器的相对带宽达到了116%,阻带在-20dB以下的频段为12~19GHz,其宽度达到了7GHz,与理论分析基本一致。该滤波器尺寸为13.7mm×6.8mm,同时还具有插入损耗小、结构简单紧凑等优点。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
