The simplified transfer function diagram block for a monitor automatic gauge control (Mon-AGC) system of strip steel rolling process was investigated. The new notion of strip sample length was given. In this way, the delay time varying with the rolling speed was evaded. After a Smith predictor was used to monitor the AGC system, the control laws were deduced for both proportional and integral regulators. The control strategies showed that by choosing the controller parameter P=∞ for both control algorithms each regulator could compensate the whole strip gage error in the first control step. The result shows that the integral algorithm is more controllable for the system regulating process and has a better steady-state precision than the proportional regulator. Compared with the traditional control strategy, the new control laws have a faster response speed and a hieher steadv-state precision.  相似文献

The ultra-fine bainitic microstructure of a 900 MPa low carbon bainitic Cu-Ni-Mo-B steel was obtained by a newly developed relaxation precipitation control (RPC) phase transformation processing. In a pan-cake like prior-austenite grain, the micro- structure consisted of lath bainite, a little of abnormal granular bainite, and acicular ferrite. The effect of zirconium carbonitrides on the austenite graincoarsening behavior was studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that, the lath is narrower with increasing cooling rate. The ratio of all kinds of bainitic microstructure is proper with the intermediate cooling rate; and Zr-containing precipitates distribute uniformly, which restrains austenite grain growing in heat-affected welding zone.  相似文献

Smart grid was proposed as a practical form of future power distribution system. Evaluating the reliability of smart grids was of great importance and significance. A revised fault tree model was proposed to distinguish and separate grid-connected operation mode and islanded operation mode of smart grids,focusing on the perspective of the consumers. A hierarchical Monte Carlo simulation method for reliability evaluation was also proposed based on the proposed fault tree model. A case of reliability evaluation for the future renewable electric energy delivery and management( FREEDM) system was carried out and analyzed. The proposed methods can be applicable to other forms of smart grids.  相似文献

The effect of relaxation after finished rolling on structures and properties of four microalloyed steel with different content of Nb and Ti was investigated. By alloy designing and control rolling + relaxation-precipitation-control phase trail storm ati on (RPC) process, a new 800 MPa grade HSLA plate steel could be obtained, the microstructure is composite ultra-fine lath bainite/martensite. The tempering process and mechanical properties of this kind of HSLA steel were investigated. The yield strength can achieve 800 MPa, and the ductility and impact toughness is satisfied.  相似文献

利用Matlab中的图形用户界面(GUI),设计了一个电力系统自动发电控制(AGC)仿真平台.该平台应用于电力系统单区域一次、互联电网二次调频,同时加入控制策略模块,用于经典PID和模糊PID控制策略的分析.该仿真平台可直观地反映AGC系统调节下的频率变化趋势,以及两种控制策略的性能优劣,同时可便捷地设置参数.  相似文献

采用激光诱导击穿光谱技术对炉渣成分实时在线监测的研究过程中,谱峰的中心波长及其积分强度是定量分析的基础。为了快速自动识别海量的谱峰数据,文章基于有限状态机的句法编译了一套自动寻峰程序,并介绍了产生谱峰描述语言的文法和谱峰自动识别机。将该寻峰程序应用于自动识别激光诱导炉渣等离子体发射光谱数据和炉渣成分的在线分析,取得了较好的分析速度和精度,证明了该技术的有效性。  相似文献

设计并组建了一套可精确测量有机电致发光器件(OLED)电流密度-电压-亮度以及衰减曲线(亮度随时间的衰减)的自动测量系统.该系统工作时由计算机通过RS-232接口控制Keithley 2400 Source Meter向待测器件提供稳压(稳流)并测量相应的电流(电压),控制New Port 1800-C Power Meter同步检测待测器件的光功率.采集到的数据最终送入计算机中进行处理、绘制性能曲线及存储.使用本系统对以JBEM为基质的蓝色OLED进行了测量.  相似文献

用LIBS方法测量铝合金中的合金元素   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
将高能激光脉冲聚焦在合金样品表面形成样品的高温等离子体,用光栅光谱仪与增强型电感耦合装置(ICCD)分析等离子体的发射谱线来测定合金中的元素种类与浓度.实验以系列标准铝合金的光谱来标定Fe,Si,Cu的定量分析标准曲线,分析了铝合金中主要元素的测量精度与探测限.研究表明,该方法在合金元素质量分数大于0.01%时,测量相对误差在5%之内;在合金元素质量分数低于0.01%时,测量绝对误差在0.001%之内,对3种合金元素的检出限可达6×10-5~10×10-5左右,且采用基体元素作为内标可进一步提高分析精度.  相似文献
