论极大似然估计的Cramér渐近有效性

参数的极大似然估计(M.L.E.)的渐近有效性,是目前M.L.E.理论中一个主题。但对参数估计的渐近有效性,从不同角度出发,给出了各种不同的定义。如最优渐近正态(B.A.N.),Bahadur意义下渐近有效性等,而Cramér从均方收敛角度出发,曾提出另一种渐近有效估计的定义。虽然已过卅年,作者只见少量文章涉及它,如文献[2,3]。但在处理实际问题时,往往希望能有所回答。因此本文试图对M.L.E.的Cramér渐近有效性(简记为C.A.E.)作初步探讨,着重探讨了单参数M.L.E.是C.A.E.估计的充分条件,以及如何把非C.

Top Heads Met at China-US Computer Science Leadership Summit

NSFC Vice President Sun J iaguang, heading a delegation composed of computer science professionals and NSFC staff, attended the Second China-US Computer Science Leadership Summit held in the U. S. A. from July 9 to 13, 2008, which was jointly sponsored by NSFC and NSF. NSF attached great importance to the summit and its Director, Dr. Arden L. Bement, attended the summit. When talking with Prof. Sun, Dr. Bement expressed his hope for the further consolidation of the cooperative relationship between NSF and NSFC and the substantial enhancement of the collaboration and exchanges between scientists from the U. S. A. and China. They also delivered speeches at the opening ceremony.

On August 10, 2004, Prof. Chen Yiyu, President of NSFC, met with Prof. Colin Blakemore, Chief Executive of the Medical Research Council (MRC), UK. 股骨头坏死针刀为主综合疗法的临床研究

目的报告针刀为主治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效.方法①针刀闭合性软组织松解术.②注药.③中药内服.④牵引、推拿手法.⑤功能锻炼.结果治愈176例.好转135例,无效9例,总有效率97-2%,结论针刀为主的五联疗法临床治愈率高,有推广价值.     

细粒橄榄石晶粒对中国晚新生代橄榄玄武岩K-Ar定年的影响

分别对采自黑龙江北部科洛、莲花山和青龙山三座年轻火山的玄武岩样品进行了K_Ar定年研究 .未处理的全岩样品表面年龄分别为 (0 .0 6± 0 .0 1) ,(0 .15± 0 .0 3) ,(0 .17± 0 .0 2 ) ,(2 1.10± 0 .13)和 (2 4 .4 6± 0 .10 )Ma .样品粉碎至 80～ 10 0筛目 ,在显微镜下挑出橄榄石晶粒后 ,得到的表面年龄分别是 (0 .0 3± 0 .0 1) ,(0 .0 6± 0 .0 1) ,(0 .0 7± 0 .0 3) ,(2 .31± 0 .0 2 )和 (1.50± 0 .2 1)Ma .挑出橄榄石晶粒的玄武岩样品表面年龄下降 (年轻 )了 50 %至 94 % .纯橄榄石的表面年龄为 (6 9.8± 0 .9)Ma .实验结果表明 ,中国东部大面积分布的晚新生代含橄榄石的玄武岩在做K_Ar定年时 ,不能简单的使用全岩样品 ,必须挑出橄榄石晶粒 ,否则将导致错误的定年结果 .已出版的未挑出橄榄石的玄武岩定年结果 ,以及由那些结果得出的推理和结论 ,均应重新审查     

统计微生物学

人所共知,开创现代遗传学的里程碑,是1865年孟德尔(G.J.Mendel)在布尔诺(Brno)自然科学协会上关于豌豆杂交实验结果的报告.在他的报告中,用以阐明被后人称为孟德尔分离法则的遗传规律的数学工具是统计学.无独有偶,卢里亚(S.E.Luria)与德尔布吕克(M.Delbrück)在1943年发表的关于微生物自发突变的波动测验,被公认为现代微生物遗传学的起点,他们所借助的数学工具仍然是统计学.由于沃森(J.D.Watson)与克里克(F.H.C.Crick)在1953年对脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)分子结构的揭示,使得分子生物学及生化遗传学这样一些分支突进到生命科学的前沿.
