摘    要:计算机建模试验是生态学试验的一项重要内容,它有助于人们理解复杂的生态过程,培养系统思考能力.系统动力学是一种描述并仿真复杂反馈系统的方法,适合解决生态学中多因子相互作用问题.系统动力学建模工具STELLA软件因其功能强大、操作简便等特点,在国外已被广泛应用于生态学及其它学科的教学和科研.在简要介绍系统动力学方法及其工具软件STELLA基础上,通过3个应用案例种群离散增长模型、臭氧损耗模型和大熊猫种群动态模型,说明系统动力学软件STELLA在生态学中的应用.

Abstract:Ecological modeling is an important part of ecological experiments. The modeling process can improve our understanding on complex system and our ability of system thinking. System dynamics is a methodology to describe and simulate complex systems with lots of feedbacks, which generally exist in ecology with biotic-abiotic interactions. Owing to its extraordinary features, systems dynamics software STELLA is widely applied in ecology and other disciplines. Systems dynamics and its modeling software STELLA was briefly introduced in this paper. Using STELLA software, three typical ecological models ——discrete population increasing model,ozone depletion model and population dynamic model of giant panda——were established to explain the applications of STELLA software in ecology.
