摘    要:水培试验表明:一定范围内,增加溶液中镁质量浓度,显著促进黄瓜、小白菜植株生长,适宜的镁质量浓度为40mg/L,随着溶液中镁质量浓度的增加,黄瓜、小白菜植株中镁含量显著增加,明显抑制植株对N、K、Ca元素的吸收,植株中K/Mg、Ca/Mg养分比值与植株生长关系密切,缺镁时、黄瓜、小白菜叶片过氧化酶活性升高,超氧化物歧化酶活性下降,黄瓜根系输导组织异常,小白菜叶片栅栏和海绵组织细胞排列紊乱。

Abstract:Experiment of the solution culture showed that an increase of Mg concentration in cultural solution enhanced the growth of cucumber and Chinese cabbage plants,and the contents of Mg in the plants increased. The contents of N, K, Ca in the plants decreased . The ratios of K/Mg?Ca/Mg in the plants were negatively correlated with the weights of the plants. The POX activities in both cucumber and Chinese cabbage plants increased ,while the SOD activities decreased with Mg deficiencies. Deficiency of Mg in the nutrient solution caused the abnormalities of the tissue anatomical structures of cucumber roots and Chinese Cabbage leaves.
