| 摘 要： | 习近平有关文化领导权建设的重要论述是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。从理论渊源看，新时代中国文化领导权建设思想源于马克思主义理论，是对马克思主义文化理论谱系的继承和创新性发展；从内涵意蕴看，坚持以马克思主义为指导是文化领导权建设的根本保证，坚持人民性是其价值导向，坚持繁荣发展中国特色社会主义文化是其持久动力，坚持提升国际话语权是其重要要求；从实践方法看，新时代中国文化领导权建设可从加强党的建设、践行社会主义核心价值观、打造融媒体平台、提升国际传播力等途径加强巩固。全面系统地学习领会习近平新时代文化领导权建设，有助于坚持党对文化领导权的牢固把握，推动中国特色社会主义文化的坚持和发展，实现中华民族文化的伟大复兴。

| Abstract: | Xi Jinpings important expositions on the construction of cultural leadership is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.It originates from Marxist theory,and is an inherited and innovative development of the genealogy of Marxist theory for culture.Marxism as a guide forms the fundamental guarantee for the construction of cultural leadership,the people orientation is its core value,striving for the prosperity of a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics is its never failing power,and increase of Chinas international discourse power is a key request it pursues.In terms of practical approach,Chinas cultural leadership in the new era can be strengthened through enhanced building of the Party,implementation of its core socialist values,media convergence platforms,and enhanced international communication power.A comprehensive and systematic analysis of Xi Jinpings expositions on the construction of cultural leadership in the new era will help the Partys firm grasp of cultural leadership,promote and develop socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and our culture. |
