摘    要:为研究温度对桥梁支座位移的影响,以西安西咸新区红光路沣河大桥为研究对象,现场实测了箱梁截面的温度和支座位移。主桥为7跨变截面连续梁桥,截面为宽度达27 m的单箱三室箱梁。选择典型截面在混凝土表面布置了58个温度传感器,同时测量了7个位置的大气温度,以及在南北支座布置了2个位移传感器。分别于2015年9月5日和2016年4月18日进行现场实验研究。结果表明,由于箱梁截面的温度分布不均匀,在日温差仅为12.3℃,直接根据某一区域的温度进行支座位移计算的误差很大,误差最大甚至达931%;而根据形心点温度进行支座位移计算的误差相对较少,最大误差为35.9%。可供类似工程设计参考。

Abstract:In order to study the displacement of bridge support caused by the variation of temperature, the temperature of one box girder section and the support displacements of the Hongguang Road Fenghe Bridge were measured. The main bridge is a 7-span variable cross-section three-cell continuous girder bridge which section is 27m wide. 58 temperature sensors were set on the surface concrete and 7 temperature sensors were set to measure the atmospheric environment in the typical section. And 2 displacement sensors are set in the north and south supports. In-situ tests were carried out for 2 days in Sept. 5th, 2015 and Apr. 18th, 2016. Experimental results show that the temperature distribution of the box girder is unevenly. According to the temperature of one local region, the error of the calculation of support displacement would be huge. The calculation error can reach 931% even if the daily temperature difference is only 12.3C . The error of support displacement calculated by centroid point temperature is relatively small, whose maximum error is 35.9%. It can be a good reference to similar projects design.
