玄武岩纤维沙漠砂混凝土柱受压破坏研究

摘    要:为了研究玄武岩纤维沙漠砂混凝土柱的受压性能。将玄武岩纤维(basalt fiber,BF)加入沙漠砂混凝土中,设计了12根试验柱。对BF质量掺量为0、0.05%、0.1%、0.15%的沙漠砂混凝土柱分别进行轴压和偏心距为0、60、120 mm的静力加载试验,对玄武岩纤维沙漠砂混凝土柱的表观特征、破坏形态、承载力、侧向变形、混凝土和钢筋荷载压应变曲线等进行分析。结果表明:BF的掺入可以有效阻止受压柱浇筑初凝时表面出现的开裂;随着BF掺量增加,其抗压强度、承载力、压应变和柱中侧向变形呈先增后减趋势;且偏压试验表明在一定程度上能提高沙漠砂混凝土的抗拉强度;经分析发现普通混凝土的一些规律以及相关规范同样适用于沙漠砂混凝土,且偏心受压基本符合平截面假定。当BF质量掺量为0.1%时,各组受压柱力学性能均达到最优。

Abstract:In order to study the compression behavior of basalt fiber desert sand concrete column. Twelve test columns were designed by adding basalt fiber (BF) to desert sand concrete. The desert sand concrete columns with BF content of 0%, 0.05%, 0.1% and 0.15% were subjected to axial compression and static loading tests with eccentricity of 0mm, 60mm and 120mm, respectively. The apparent characteristics, failure forms, bearing capacity, lateral deformation, load-compression and strain curves of concrete and reinforcement of basalt fiber desert sand concrete columns were analyzed. The results show that the addition of BF can effectively prevent the surface cracking during the initial setting of the column. With the increase of BF content, the compressive strength, bearing capacity, compressive strain and lateral deformation in the column increase first and then decrease. And the bias test shows that it can improve the tensile strength of desert sand concrete to a certain extent. It is found that some laws and relevant codes of ordinary concrete are also applicable to desert sand concrete, and eccentric compression basically conforms to the assumption of plane section. When the BF content is 0.1%, the mechanical properties of each column reach the best.
