摘    要:针对天气实况数据的应用服务,以国家气象信息中心1 km分辨率多源融合实况分析产品(ART_1 km)为格点背景场,通过插值获得任意坐标点的气象要素值。采用FastAPI高性能Web框架和OAuth2.0开放授权标准,设计并实现了基于任意位置的天气实况服务(Weather-LBS)。经部署测试,结果表明:该服务响应速度快、安全性高、使用便捷,并按照气象数据统一服务接口(meteorological unified service interface community, MUSIC)标准进行发布,可供第三方应用程序调用,以实现用户对任意位置天气实况信息的即时查询。该服务已应用于第十四届全国运动会气象数据接入、天气微信小程序等系统,取得良好服务效果。

Abstract:In order to research on the application and service of weather live data. It takes the 1km resolution multi-source fusion analysis grid product (ART_1km) developed by the National Meteorological Information Center as the background field data, obtains the meteorological element data of any coordinate point through by interpolation method, which is designed and implemented Weather-LBS live service based on any location, by adopting FastAPI high-performance web framework and OAuth2.0 open authorization standard. Through deployment and testing, the service has the advantages of fast response, high security and convenient use. It is published according to the Meteorological Unified Service Interface Community (MUSIC) standard and can be called by third-party applications to realize the user''s real-time access to the weather information at any location. The service has been applied in meteorological data access of the 14th National Games, weather wechat applet and other systems, and achieved good service results.
