| 摘 要： | 阐述目前中国建筑内墙涂料市场的现状以及存在的问题，认为内墙涂料的行业管理，应用产品的检测、生产和销售许可证的施工资格证的发放、工程验收标准、收费定额等方面着手，制定行业的标准和规范措施。加强涂料基料、成膜物质及原理、配套材料和施工技术的研究工作。积极宣传，正确引导市场的健康发展。大力发展新品种，使产品系列化、低、中、高档并存，增强市场竞争力。

| Abstract: | It is considered that the professional management of internal wall painting should start with product test,production,selling,licence and construction qualification granting,engineering inspection standards and charge quota,etc.And the professional code and standard should be laid down as well.Strengthen the research work for base material of painting,film former and its theory,accessory material and construction skill.Devote major efforts to develop new variety and make the product in series with the coexistence of low,middle and high grade products,so as to reinforce the competitive power of the painting market. |
