摘    要:随着绿色能源的快速发展,海上风电场的规模也越来越大,同时柔性直流也是海上风电场对外传输电能的主要方式。海上风电柔直输电系统在遇日常或故障检修后,需要由换流站等独立完成系统的黑启动。本研究从系统黑启动电源的选择、风电场和换流站的启动方式展开,总结出一种适用于海上风电柔性直流输电系统的黑启动策略,并归纳分析了系统启动过程中注意事项及难点,最后提出系统黑启动的未来发展方向,为今后海上风电柔直输电系统黑启动的研究和应用提供参考。

Abstract:With the rapid development of green energy, the scale of offshore wind farms is getting larger and larger, while flexible DC is also the main way of transmitting electricity from offshore wind farms to the outside world. The flexible DC transmission system of offshore wind power needs to be black-started by the converter station and other independent completion of the system after daily or fault maintenance. This paper summarizes a black-start strategy for offshore wind power flexible DC transmission system from the selection of system black-start power supply, wind farm and converter station starting methods, and inductive analysis the precautions and difficulties in the system starting process, and finally proposes the future development direction of system black-start to provide reference for future research and application of offshore wind power flexible DC transmission system black-start.
