摘    要:为实现JIT生产控制策略,讨论了陶瓷订单在带滞留时间的m台成型设备和1条窑炉组成的陶瓷生产线上,有共同交货期的提前/拖期间题,且其交货期也是优化对象,本文通过将原问题归结为业己解决的两个子问题而获解,在文章的最后给出了算例.

Abstract:In the light of Just in time(JIT),this paper discusses a typical scheduling problem with the constraints of Earliness/Tardiness in ceramics line with time lag between processes.The problem is about a common due data,which is also to be optimized.The solution is obtained by reducing the original problem into two subproblems that have been completely solved.An example is given to show the implementation of the algorithm.
