| Abstract: | In recent years, new concepts and new technologies for improving the manufacturing level have emerged one after another, and the global industrial competition pattern will un-dergo major adjustments. The United States proposed the"Advanced Manufacturing Country" strategy, France pro-posed the "New Industry France Plan," and Germany pro-posed "Industry 4.0." At the same time, China's economic development has entered a new normal, and the resource and environmental constraints faced by the manufacturing in-dustry have been continuously strengthened. In this context, the "Made in China 2025" plan was promulgated, which in-sists on innovation-driven, intelligent transformation, and ac-celerating the transition from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power. |
