摘    要:以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和己二胺为原料,在溶剂环丁砜中进行大分子酰胺化反应制备一种半芳香聚酰胺(尼龙6T)。研究了不同反应温度和催化剂用量分别与产品的反应产率、酯-酰胺基团的转化率和特性粘度的关系,得到制备较高产率、酯-酰胺基团的转化率和特性粘度的尼龙6T产品所需的最佳反应条件,并进一步研究了催化剂催化大分子酰胺化反应的作用。

Abstract:A semi aromatic polyamide, nylon 6T, was prepared by a polymeric amidation reaction of polyethyleneterephthalate(PET)with hexamethylene diamine in sulfone and in the process a catalyst was used to precipitate the reaction rate. According to characterization of the amount of the product, substitution ratio of ester for amide groups and the intrinsic viscosity of nylon 6T product, the optimal reaction temperature and the catalyst dosage were determined. Furthermore, the function of the catalyst accelerating the polymeric amidation reaction was discussed
