超细轻质碳酸钙制备

摘    要:利用电导仪跟踪CaCO3 乳液碳化过程,研究结果表明,生成的CaCO3 粉末材料的粒径与反应温度、石灰乳液浓度及碳化用二氧化碳的通气速率有关,反应过程主要受CO2 的吸收速率控制,但当CO2 的流量增大时则反应速率同时受CO2 的吸收及Ca(OH) 2 的溶解速率共同影响。在研究过程中,试验了各种表面活性剂对产品分散性能的影响,探索单分散碳酸钙的制备条件和过程控制。

Abstract:Research shows, jnvestipation results by using conduclometer to follow the carbonization process of CaCO 3 emulsion, showed that the powder diameter change of CaCO 3 is closely connected with the reaction temperature, the concentration of lime emulsion and the gas velocity of CO 2 used in carbonization. Reaction process is mainly controlled by the absorbing velocity of CO 2.But when the flow of CO 2 increases, the reaction velocity is influenced by both the absorbing velocity of CO 2 and the dissoluing velocity of Ca(OH) 2.During the researching process, various dispersing agents have been tested to show their influence on the dispersing property of products. The optimum conditions of preparation and the process controlling of ultrafine CaCO 3 has been propossed.
