管道内壁重防腐陶瓷涂料在氯化钠溶液中的电化学行为

摘    要:利用交流阻抗技术,对管道内壁重防腐陶瓷涂料涂层在3.5%的氯化钠溶液中的电化学腐蚀机理进行了研究.结果表明, 该涂料的电阻非常大,可达109 Ω左右,且长期浸泡保持不变.表明管道内壁重防腐陶瓷涂料具有很好的绝缘性、抗渗透性和耐蚀性.

Abstract:Using EIS technique , the corrosion mechanism of heavily anticorrosion ceramic painting in 3.5 % NaCl was studied. It is found that the corrosion resistance of the heavily anticorrosion ceramic coatings used in the protection of inner wall of pipeline is excellent . The electric resistance is as high as 109Ω and remains unchanged when soaked in NaCl solution for a long period. It can be said that the heavily anticorrosion ceramic coatings possess very high insulation performance , antipermeability and good corrosion resistance.
