模拟闭塞电池法研究青铜病的发展过程

摘    要:用模拟闭塞电池法、模拟闭塞溶液法和电化学方法研究了青铜病的发展过程。结果表明,青铜孔蚀闭塞区内pH值随通电时间的延长而降低,最终可达3.7;pH值与电荷对数呈线性关系,即pH =6.55-1.82·lgQ;阴离子发生浓集,阳极腐蚀速度增大;青铜中Sn优先溶解;由于Sn2+的水解造成的金属表面pH值的失控和阴离子的竞争吸附,闭塞区内电极表面的腐蚀速率波动较大。

Abstract:A simulated galvanostatic occluded cell was used to investigate the effects of anodic polarization on chemical and electrochemical states inside occluded cells of localized corrosion for bronze in 0 01 mol/L NaCl+0 01 mol/L Na2SO4+0.01 mol/L NaHCO3 solution (pH=8.30, t =30 ℃). It was found that Cl - concentration in the occluded solution increased by electrical migration and solution pH inside occluded cells decreased from 8.3 to 3.7. It is shown that linear relationship exists between pH value and logarithm of quantity of elect ric charge. Sn is dissolved in priority in occluded cell.
