梯度压力分布活性材料准静态压缩特性

摘    要:采用准静态压缩试验方法研究了梯度压力分布对活性材料力学特性的影响.实验结果表明,梯度压力分布活性材料失效强度较均一活性材料有提高,同时逆梯度压力分布活性材料具有最显著的功能梯度特性.梯度压力从失效行为角度分析,充分压缩的逆梯度压力分布活性材料呈蘑菇状渐变失效,出现多个失效应力峰值.从材料密度分布出发,揭示了活性材料多应力峰值压缩失效梯度压力机理.

Abstract:Using quasi-static compression tests, the influence of molding pressure gradient distribution on mechanical properties of reactive materials were studied. Experiment results show that failure strength of reactive materials with molding pressure gradient distributions is improved compared with that of uniform reactive materials. Negative gradient molding pressure reactive materials showed apparent functionally graded properties. Fully compressed negative molding pressure gradient reactive materials showed mushroom-like failure gradually from the failure behavior point of view, and showed multiple failure strength peaks. The multiple failure strength peak mechanisms are revealed based on the density distribution theories.
