| 摘 要： | 针对传统有线数字视频监控系统缺乏灵活性与可扩展性,无法满足突发与应急状态下联动调度应用的情况,设计实现了一套无线宽带移动视频联动调度系统(VDSS)。该系统无缝整合无线移动视频与原有固定视频监控系统,并初步实现了与语音对讲系统与数字指令调度系统的对接,为关键行业现代化指挥调度系统提供了移动视频监控与联动调度的可靠技术平台。

| Abstract: | Conventional fixed network based digital video surveillance system lacked flexibility and expandability and could not satisfy the requirement of coordinated scheduling in a sudden emergency. This paper devises a wireless broadband Video Dispatching and Surveillance System （VDSS）. The system integrates wireless mobile video handhelds, high xesolution IP cameras and legacy fixed network based video surveillance into a united platform, which further interfaces with voice dispatch systems and digital command and control systems. The system demonstrates enormous flexibility and potentiality in modernizing an airport command and control system. |
