| 摘 要： | 老龄化加剧，老年群体急症突发率增加，急救药品使用频率逐年增长。老年人疾病负担率提高，因急症而危及生命的事件增多，迫切需求自我急救护理。本研究以用户为中心，对老年人自救认知与能力、生理心理特征进行分析；运用三元交互决定论，分析用药行为、药盒使用方式和使用情况调查，将人性化与技术相结合，深层次挖掘老年用户对急救性智能药盒的实际需求，从而设计出符合用户自救的智能药盒产品，降低老年突发风险，满足老人急救自救需求。

| Abstract: | The aging is increasing, the rate of emergencies among the elderly is increasing, and the frequency of emergency medicines is increasing year by year. The disease burden of the elderly has increased, and life-threatening incidents due to emergencies have increased, and there is an urgent need for self-emergency care. User-centered, analyze the cognition and ability of self-help of the elderly, and physiological and psychological characteristics; use the ternary interactive determinism to analyze the behavior of medication, the use of the kit and the investigation of the use situation, and the combination of humanization and technology, in-depth Explore the actual needs of elderly users for first-aid smart pill box, and design smart pill box products that meet the user''s self-rescue, reduce the emergency risk of the elderly, and meet the needs of first-aid and self-rescue for the elderly. |
