稀土(La,Nd,Sn)化合物对电沉积Ni-Co合金的影响

摘    要:研究了在电镀溶液中加入稀土化合物后对电沉积Ni-Co合金的影响。实验结果表明,Ni-Co合金的电沉积过程符合“异常共沉积机理”;在电镀溶液中加入少量稀土化合物后,可以增大合金电沉积过程的阴极极化,并能增强合金镀层的耐腐蚀性能,也能使合金阴极的析氢电催化活性有所增加。

Abstract:The effect of Ni-Co alloy electrodepositing process with rare earth compounds in the plating solution was studied. The experimental results show that the electrodepositing process of Ni-Co alloy conformed the "anomlous codeposition mechanism". The cathodic polarization of the electrodepositing process was increased with the addition of the rare earth compounds in bath, the corrosion resistance of alloy coatings was enhanced and the electrocatalytic activity of alloy cathode for hydrogen evolution reaction was raised.
