| 摘 要： | 金融服务外包有助于金融机构节约成本、集中发展核心竞争力、改进服务与提高效率。大连有良好的服务外包业发展基础、大量软件人才,应在高新园区打造金融服务外包基地、积极探索＂产学结合＂的金融服务外包人才培养模式、大力扶持金融外包服务企业,促进大连金融服务外包业的发展。

| Abstract: | Finance outsourcing business could help financial institutes save cost,focus on core competence as well as improve service efficiency.Dalian enjoys a solid basis on developing finance outsourcing industry,for its municipal government is actively promoting the construction of regional financial center and recruiting more software talents.In future,Dalian should build finance outsourcing base in high-tech industrial zone,explore more reasonable talents-nurturing model which combines industrial development and education,and support the development of finance outsourcing enterprises to further promote the development of finance outsourcing industry in Dalian. |
